We were ok with the price quoted then offended to find out the price quoted was a three installment price making it 3X the original price we had seen. We started looking around and found Option Auto Glass. All contact was quick and his price was more than half the price quoted by the large advertiser. His price included home install at no additional cost and Francisco was very friendly and efficient. Another bonus was that I have a transponder for the 91 expressway and he replaced the Velcro strips and attached the transponder to the new windshield. I have had many windshields replaced over the years because I traveled a lot in my working days. This is the first time that someone was thoughtful enough to replace the Velcro strips. I can't say enough good things about this company. I waited to write my review until I had a chance to run the car through the car wash. The seal on the window is solid. Second time using Safelite Riverside, CA location with poor results. First time the technician got…read moredirt all over my driver side A-pillar. Brand new car at the time. Failed to properly recalibrate my sensors correctly so my speedometer was off by 4mph. I didn't feel like going back so I just lived with it. Recently I gave them another chance (years later) and I had the same experience with the technician getting grease on now my passenger side A-pillar. Worst of all my head up display on my glass is now crooked (no adjustment for this on my car - only up, down, left, right). The technician said there was also a problem with the plastic piece that glass sits on saying it comes that way from the factory sometimes. Ironically I had him show me and he was able to fix it. Little did he know, they were the last people who installed my glass. Not very truthful with what he was telling me. He tried showing me how it doesn't snap on place correctly, once he moved it, it went in place just fine. Gave this place a second chance because the Rancho location has similar reviews, I'll be taking future business to another reputable company at this point.

Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes.
