I own a BMW 650i Coupe and I was involved in a parking lot fender bender. Somone backed into my rear bumber. I took my car to Caliber on Indiana st. In Riverside. The team at Caliber was super helpful and assured me that everything would be fully restored and my car would be back soon. Rusty was the store manager there and greeted me peraonally. Brian Assad was my service advisor and he explained in detail all the steps they would go through to assess the damage and how they would execute the repair. Brian also provided me timely updates on the progress until it was ready to be picked up. If you own a high end car this is the location that you need to go for repair. They specialize in BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc. Cars like that. Thank you so much Caliber for taking care of my car. read more

This place is amazing. No one likes coming to these places, but they made me feel great. I came in like a hot mess after my wreck and Armando Hernandez was extremely helpful and handsome. My car resulted a total loss, but Caliber made the process extremely easy for me. Fingers crossed no more accidents, but if I do, I will come here. read more

Edgar was a fantastic service person! He was friendly and kept me updated almost daily with texts! It turned out to be a bigger repair than originally planned on my mini but he still got the work done on the car in a timely manner and it looks great!!! Caliber has so many location, it makes easy to get your vehicle repaired and they back up their work.

The repairs were great. I was updated every step along the way. The car got done earlier than expected but on 2 day notice which was fine except I had not planned for that because I had to work. I called ahead and let them know that I have to pick up my car early so I can make it to work and was told everything will be ready. I got a call that morning to confirm that I was coming which was great. I show up and the emblem on my car is missing and it is pretty obvious that it is missing. So had to wait to get that installed which was frustrating. read more

Our beautiful 2018 Subaru STI is a damage magnet. Twice in the past year it's been struck. The last one was a hard hit to the rear bumper and quarter panel. The at-fault driver had wonderful insurance. His company recommended Caliber Collision. This body shop is trusted by Walter's Porsche, Audi, and Mercedes Benz. I knew our car would be taken care of. The damage was severe. The car needed a whole new right-side quarter panel. That means all the glass came out and major cutting and welding ensued. The list of steps to be performed was over seven pages long and exceeded seven thousand dollars worth of parts and work. The repair took weeks. During that time I was provided an excellent rental car to drive. José "Jay" Urieta was the man-in-charge. He made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way - including photos of the process. He even went above-and-beyond: Our car has aftermarket parts. I made sure to list them. This list included ceramic coating on the paint. Jay made sure to work with a ceramic professional I trusted and his services were included in the insurance claim. If there was ever a way to make our car better than it was before the accident happened, Jay and Caliber figured it out. read more

Great experience! I went back for a minor issue and with no hesitation Luis took care of it in less than 30min. The customer service from the reception desk to the the repair shop was kind, curtious and professional . Thank you all for a job well done read more

The worst experience I've ever had. It's actually been so bad that I've woken up the past few weeks wondering if it's real life. Buckle up, this story is wild. So, I bought a brand new car on May 12, 2020 and on the way home from the dealership, someone rear ended me while I was at a red light. Super. I've heard of these horror stories but never thought I would be a star in one of them. Then, on the morning I was pulling my car out to drop it off at Caliber to get fixed, my garage door broke on top of it causing over $4000 more worth of damage. UNREAL. I'm still in disbelief and trying to process the bad luck I've endured. Anyways, dropped it off and explained the brand new damage. No problem, they stated they will fix it all. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating (at first) 2 weeks later they called me saying car was done and ready. I look at previously damaged areas, all looks good. Drive home and notice my passenger window has a scratch/crack in the middle. I contact Caliber who said to bring it back. I bring it back and they said ok we'll replace it. "Sometimes the wash rags can have something in them." No apology but says to come back when the new window arrives. Soon after that, I notice that the scratches are actually ALL over my ENTIRE BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!! Duh, I should have known after the dirty rag scenario! I was and still am absolutely horrified. Now caliber says they will replace window, send to their detail shop to buff out scratches and pay for a rental car. That's nice right? Wish the story ended there but it doesn't. The following week I come back AGAIN for the 68th time for window replacement and detail for the scratches. (Btw I have an essential job and a 3 yr old so as you can imagine this is extremely inconvenient for me, not to mention putting the car seat in and out of multiple rental cars) Car is gone for 2 days. They call me to pick it up. I get there, walk around the car and the scratches are STILL there but now they're shiny scratches ‍ I asked Richard, did you even look at my car? He replies, and I quote " I think it looks great" people, please please please see my attached photos for what Caliber's version of "great" is. Richard even had the audacity to tell me "oh I'm sure some scratches came from it sitting at the dealership before you bought it" WOW. No sir, come on and get real. On top of all this, when I opened up my door, my Clorox wipes were GONE. I specifically left them in there for me to wipe everything down after getting my car repaired. We all are aware of the Covid 19 pandemic we are all living through and know very well that clorox wipes are sold out everywhere. Sold out on amazon, target, walmart etc so this is actually what put me over the edge believe it or not. Not only do the employees scratch your car up without remorse, they steal your personal items too????? Who even knows what kind of shotty work was done to my actual "repairs" from the rear ending. I'm sure I'll find out in the coming weeks. Btw, I read another review on here about them stealing stuff out of other people's cars!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware. I inquired about my wipes and of course, nobody knew who took them. Shocker. They tried to offer me their Clorox wipes from the office with a "Rick's " name on it in sharpie. No thanks, I don't steal other people's stuff. Ok, last chapter. After making a massive scene (I was forced, all human beings have a breaking point) due to Caliber's refusal to believe the car was still covered in scratches, they agreed to replace all 8 window panels/moldings (because those were the most severely scratched) and that they would send it back to their detail shop for the SECOND time!!!!!! I took matters into my own hands and took it to the detail shop myself the next day to speak with them directly where I found out some pretty interesting news. Caliber told them that they oversprayed my car while it was there and then used a [bad] clay bar which completely destroyed my paint. Interesting. Needless to say, the shop worked on my car for another day without Caliber's knowledge but on their dime and made it look so much better HOWEVER, the scratches still remain and I remain livid. Do NOT go here if you love your car and want your personal items back. As for the 8 window moldings, they can shove them up their a$%. I rather poke my own eye out with a toothpick than bring my car back one more time for more free damage by your staff. Thanks but no thanks Rusty. read more

I could not be more happier with my visit. My first visit I made, I was side swiped and Jay the rep that helped with my repairs made sure the insurance used Honda genuine parts. State Farm will push back go the cheaper route. 2nd visit a good chunk of tree branch fell right on the front of my car. Windshield, hood and a fender need to be fixed and replaced. Of course Jay without hesitation made sure to get me OEM windshield. Body repair, paint and replacement was done perfect. My last and most recent visit I was T-bone with damage so extreme insurance wanted to get it fixed under budget. Jay made sure to provide my insurance with a fair and good judgment letting my insurance know damages exceeded the estimate State Farm gave when they came to look at the car at my home. Car was total loss. If it wasn't for Jay going above and beyond with daily updates and doing all the leg work with the insurance, my insurance would have pushed back and tried to repair the extensive damage. It would have taken at least a month and some weeks to repair. I would have surely ran out of car rental coverage by then. Front desk reception are extremely welcoming. I have been to other repair shops where you have to hunt down someone to help you or make an appointment to get seen. Not this place, walk right in and they greet you with empathy and concern for yourself first and of course your car. read more

My brother told me to go to the one on LaCadena...I should have been specific with my insurance company because... They didn't complete the job. My mirror wasn't fixed. Their associate said he would give me 24 hours notice so I could take time off work to pick up my car. I work overnights and made that clear. And he did not do so. Finally, they did not tell me they would not take cash payments and had me waiting for a hour for my car. And brought me the wrong one after that hour wait. Dissatisfied is an understatement. The rent a car place came long before I got my car so I was waiting outside with my stuff...waiting...ALSO...if you send ONE survey and you get no response...leave it at that...SPAMMING my email box isn't going to work in your favor. Silence should have been the hint. Now, in order for the SPAM to stop I'll review, survey, and let my insurance company know just how dissatisfied I was. I was willing to stay silent though...but the constant email...I felt forcefully compelled. read more

I was involved in an accident and brought my car to Caliber Collision. I dealt with Rick Diaz as my service advisor and also the GM Rusty Rawls with whom I had several conversations with while waiting for my insurance to make a decision. Rick and Rusty were both easy to talk to and genuinely cared about my situation. As it turned out, my insurance (after a week and a half) finally decided that the vehicle was totaled. Caliber received no compensation from my insurance for the estimate or the storage of the vehicle yet they were still very professional with me and compassionate about my situation. All in all a very class act to say the least! read more

My Mercedes needed dent repair and windshield removal. Richard was my customer services representative. Top notch service. There was a problem with the match of the metallic balance in the paint of the new paint job. He didn't give up until my color matched perfectly. The correspondence was outstanding. Was updated frequently and when I reached out over the automated system, he replied with a short period of time. The desk ladies were also very attentive. Definitely felt VIP treatment from the start from everyone. Thank you Richard. read more

This place was great! My service provider was Jay. He was very nice and answered all my questions in detail for me. He constantly kept us updated on the status of my car as well! He even went out of his way to save me a little paint to put on the back of my car where I scratched it. It did take two weeks to fix my car, but the damages were pretty bad. However the finished results were fantastic. A little part on the windshield was not glued on right, but i believe it's easily fixable and nothing to really complain over too much. Overall I was very happy with their work and service! read more

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Jose "Jay" Urieta at the Riverside location. He helped me a few years ago at the Carson location after my accident. I was recently in an accident and I immediately reached out to Jay by email to let him know I was in need of their services. He explained to me he was in the Riverside location and unfortunately that is a very far location for me therefore, I decided to go back to Carson location. Jay was kind enough to reach out to Mario Solorzano at the Carson location and let him know I was a former customer and needed services again. I am very thankful for these two gentlemen being professional, friendly and hard working. My car is finished and I'm very pleased. Thanks to all the employees at Caliber Collision for being so consistent with your work. read more

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO CALLIBER COLLITIONS!!!!!!!! I took my Audi to fix a rear hit in December. They took a month and a half to fix it. After 2 days of pick up, I notice there was a panel inside the trunk missing, a metal bar to lift the jack also missing, my working gloves were also missing, there was a tool hit in the roof by the trunk, the inside trunk cover was broken when they pulled it out, they did not straight the exhaust pipe and it burned the new bumper, when I put the new registration stiker I notice they put two wrong size screws. I've been waiting 4 months to get this issue resolved!!!! read more

I called this location and scheduled my car to drop off. The day came and I took my car and they said the lot was full but they'd write an estimate and get the information over to kemper.the guy who came to look at my car, Jose, took pictures and said he'd send the information and an estimate to kemper, a week went by he said he send kemper the estimate and waiting on them to see what they say. More weeks went by and nothing. I called today and they say they can't write estimates for kemper when Jose told me he already had sent them an estimate. Unorganized. Unreliable. read more

My Pacifica was t-boned and we chose Caliber. The repairs took 8 weeks. But my service advisor - Jay Urieta - did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop the entire time. The repairs were much more involved than anyone expected going in. I got my car back repaired and looking brand spanking new. They did do me a solid by throwing in a little something extra since it took so long and we were going on lockdown due to Coronavirus. I very much appreciated that. Thanks Caliber! read more

I got into an accident on my way to work. After calling 5 other shops Caliber was the only one that would let me bring in my car same day. The estimating process was easy. They have an Enterprise Rental facility on site so getting the rental was easy. They set a timeframe and beat it by 3 days to finish the repairs. Jay was terrific as he kept me up to speed and coordinated with the insurance company. The car looks perfect and drives as if nothing ever happened. Great service and quality work. read more

I can't speak for all caliber collisions but this one in particular is unreliable and extremely unorganized they have no idea what is going on with so many vehicles in both their lots. I had met with an Estimator and he made me feel great about having my car fixed there and assured me that they could fix the issues my Audi had from an accident and even had spoke to my appraiser it was confirmed. However when I went to just DROP OFF my car they set me up with a different Estimator named Rick Diaz and he was rude telling me they couldn't even touch my car. I was brought up to the moon with the first estimator and the RICK dropped me it was clear he was happy I was one less vehicle they had to work with. read more
