The repairs were great. I was updated every step along the way. The car got done earlier than expected but on 2 day notice which was fine except I had not planned for that because I had to work. I called ahead and let them know that I have to pick up my car early so I can make it to work and was told everything will be ready. I got a call that morning to confirm that I was coming which was great. I show up and the emblem on my car is missing and it is pretty obvious that it is missing. Alot of promising talk but I get my car back (on time) and there is white powder all over the front. I was told this was wax used to polish the vehicle? Grimy paper floor mat and big service tag were left in my car, even as I was shown to my car where CC seemed more worried about coaching me on the follow-up survey I would be getting. I wanted to look at our car.. We were promised some minor-touch up paint would be applied to driver-side rear door front where there is about a 1/4" nick, completely obvious if anyone was looking at door from even 15' away. It was not touched. When I asked, I was told "I did it myself, it must have washed off." WASHED OFF? Does CC in Riverside use water-colors? I called BS three times and they stuck to their story of "washing off". Massive overspray points on black bumper inserts. Promising us rental would be returned same night and then being charged an extra day. I felt like it was all about getting good ratings than actually delivering quality work. Overspray, white powder on my car, saying touch-up painting was done but washed off! REALLY? I am embarrassed and I hate being called "big man". I was told now that it was BS and that it wad another G that they touched up. I have a pic they sent with license plate. Sloppy attention to detail, brought my 7 Series in after some vandalism and was told by BMW this was the place to go. Well ladies and gentlemen if that's what BMW considers a partner then I have truly been misled by the brand. Picked up my vehicle and the rear diffuser was incorrectly put on, flaws in the paid, damage to exterior trim due to reassembly and missing hardware. After a second trip back for re-repair and replacement of damaged items by Caliber. Their sloppy work extended my down time from vehicle from the estimated 5 days to 10. Our beautiful 2018 Subaru STI is a damage magnet. Twice in the past year it's been struck. The last one was a hard hit to the rear bumper and quarter panel. The at-fault driver had wonderful insurance. His company recommended Caliber Collision. This body shop is trusted by Walter's Porsche, Audi, and Mercedes Benz. I knew our car would be taken care of. The damage was severe. The car needed a whole new right-side quarter panel. That means all the glass came out and major cutting and welding ensued. The list of steps to be performed was over seven pages long and exceeded seven thousand dollars worth of parts and work. The repair took weeks. During that time I was provided an excellent rental car to drive. José "Jay" Urieta was the man-in-charge. He made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way - including photos of the process. He even went above-and-beyond: Our car has aftermarket parts. I made sure to list them. This list included ceramic coating on the paint. Jay made sure to work with a ceramic professional I trusted and his services were included in the insurance claim. The worst experience I've ever had. It's actually been so bad that I've woken up the past few weeks wondering if it's real life. Buckle up, this story is wild. So, I bought a brand new car on May 12, 2020 and on the way home from the dealership, someone rear ended me while I was at a red light. Super. I've heard of these horror stories but never thought I would be a star in one of them. Then, on the morning I was pulling my car out to drop it off at Caliber to get fixed, my garage door broke on top of it causing over $4000 more worth of damage. UNREAL. I'm still in disbelief and trying to process the bad luck I've endured. Anyways, dropped it off and explained the brand new damage. No problem, they stated they will fix it all. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating (at first) 2 weeks later they called me saying car was done and ready. I look at previously damaged areas, all looks good. Drive home and notice my passenger window has a scratch/crack in the middle. I contact Caliber who said to bring it back. I bring it back and they said ok we'll replace it. "Sometimes the wash rags can have something in them." No apology but says to come back when the new window arrives. Soon after that, I notice that the scratches are actually ALL over my ENTIRE BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!! Duh, I should have known after the dirty rag scenario! I was and still am absolutely horrified. Now caliber says they will replace window, send to their detail shop to buff out scratches and pay for a rental car. That's nice right? Wish the story ended there but it doesn't. The following week I come back AGAIN for the 68th time for window replacement and detail for the scratches. (Btw I have an essential job and a 3 yr old so as you can imagine this is extremely inconvenient for me, not to mention putting the car seat in and out of multiple rental cars) Car is gone for 2 days. They call me to pick it up. I get there, walk around the car and the scratches are STILL there but now they're shiny scratches ‍ I asked Richard, did you even look at my car? He replies, and I quote " I think it looks great" people, please please please see my attached photos for what Caliber's version of "great" is. Richard even had the audacity to tell me "oh I'm sure some scratches came from it sitting at the dealership before you bought it" WOW. No sir, come on and get real. On top of all this, when I opened up my door, my Clorox wipes were GONE. I specifically left them in there for me to wipe everything down after getting my car repaired. We all are aware of the Covid 19 pandemic we are all living through and know very well that clorox wipes are sold out everywhere. Sold out on amazon, target, walmart etc so this is actually what put me over the edge believe it or not. Not only do the employees scratch your car up without remorse, they steal your personal items too????? Who even knows what kind of shotty work was done to my actual "repairs" from the rear ending. I'm sure I'll find out in the coming weeks. Btw, I read another review on here about them stealing stuff out of other people's cars!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware. I inquired about my wipes and of course, nobody knew who took them. Shocker. They tried to offer me their Clorox wipes from the office with a "Rick's " name on it in sharpie. No thanks, I don't steal other people's stuff. Ok, last chapter. After making a massive scene (I was forced, all human beings have a breaking point) due to Caliber's refusal to believe the car was still covered in scratches, they agreed to replace all 8 window panels/moldings (because those were the most severely scratched) and that they would send it back to their detail shop for the SECOND time!!!!!! I took matters into my own hands and took it to the detail shop myself the next day to speak with them directly where I found out some pretty interesting news. Caliber told them that they oversprayed my car while it was there and then used a [bad] clay bar which completely destroyed my paint. Interesting. Needless to say, the shop worked on my car for another day without Caliber's knowledge but on their dime and made it look so much better HOWEVER, the scratches still remain and I remain livid. Do NOT go here if you love your car and want your personal items back. As for the 8 window moldings, they can shove them up their a$%. I rather poke my own eye out with a toothpick than bring my car back one more time for more free damage by your staff. Thanks but no thanks Rusty. read more

I could not be more happier with my visit. My first visit I made, I was side swiped and Jay the rep that helped with my repairs made sure the insurance used Honda genuine parts. State Farm will push back go the cheaper route. 2nd visit a good chunk of tree branch fell right on the front of my car. Windshield, hood and a fender need to be fixed and replaced. Of course Jay without hesitation made sure to get me OEM windshield. Body repair, paint and replacement was done perfect. My last and most recent visit I was T-bone with damage so extreme insurance wanted to get it fixed under budget. Jay made sure to provide my insurance with a fair and good judgment letting my insurance know damages exceeded the estimate State Farm gave when they came to look at the car at my home. Car was total loss. If it wasn't for Jay going above and beyond with daily updates and doing all the leg work with the insurance, my insurance would have pushed back and tried to repair the extensive damage. It would have taken at least a month and some weeks to repair. I would have surely ran out of car rental coverage by then. Front desk reception are extremely welcoming. I have been to other repair shops where you have to hunt down someone to help you or make an appointment to get seen. Not this place, walk right in and they greet you with empathy and concern for yourself first and of course your car. read more

I was involved in an accident and brought my car to Caliber Collision. I dealt with Rick Diaz as my service advisor and also the GM Rusty Rawls with whom I had several conversations with while waiting for my insurance to make a decision. Rick and Rusty were both easy to talk to and genuinely cared about my situation. As it turned out, my insurance (after a week and a half) finally decided that the vehicle was totaled. Caliber received no compensation from my insurance for the estimate or the storage of the vehicle yet they were still very professional with me and compassionate about my situation. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO CALLIBER COLLITIONS!!!!!!!! I took my Audi to fix a rear hit in December. They took a month and a half to fix it. After 2 days of pick up, I notice there was a panel inside the trunk missing, a metal bar to lift the jack also missing, my working gloves were also missing, there was a tool hit in the roof by the trunk, the inside trunk cover was broken when they pulled it out, they did not straight the exhaust pipe and it burned the new bumper, when I put the new registration stiker I notice they put two wrong size screws. I've been waiting 4 months to get this issue resolved!!!! read more

This place was great! My service provider was Jay. He was very nice and answered all my questions in detail for me. He constantly kept us updated on the status of my car as well! He even went out of his way to save me a little paint to put on the back of my car where I scratched it. It did take two weeks to fix my car, but the damages were pretty bad. However the finished results were fantastic. A little part on the windshield was not glued on right, but i believe it's easily fixable and nothing to really complain over too much. They have an Enterprise Rental facility on site so getting the rental was easy. They set a timeframe and beat it by 3 days to finish the repairs. I can't speak for all caliber collisions but this one in particular is unreliable and extremely unorganized they have no idea what is going on with so many vehicles in both their lots. I had met with an Estimator and he made me feel great about having my car fixed there and assured me that they could fix the issues my Audi had from an accident and even had spoke to my appraiser it was confirmed. However when I went to just DROP OFF my car they set me up with a different Estimator named Rick Diaz and he was rude telling me they couldn't even touch my car. I was brought up to the moon with the first estimator and the RICK dropped me it was clear he was happy I was one less vehicle they had to work with. read more
