Even though they could not repair my car, due to its age, I would highly recommend this shop. Everyone, from their receptionists to their estimators, is so kind and helpful. After having a horrible experience trying to obtain an estimate from another shop, they were willing to write an estimate for my insurance company (knowing that I could not have the repair done at Caliber) at no cost. read more

I had my 2021 Chevy Malibu repaired at this location. When I got into my accident I was so sad. It's my first brand new car I have ever owned and it was damaged so bad I didn't even know if it would be repairable. During the whole repair, the Service Advisor Chris consistently contacted me and kept me updated so I never even had to call to check status on the repairs. I was greeted by both Managers Kim and Rusty and the receptionists were also just as friendly and professional as the managers. I also liked how safety compliant they were with handling Covid. For such a big repair there has not been one issue with my vehicle since I picked it up. You would honestly never ever be able to tell I was in an accident. They far exceeded my expectations and I am beyond satisfied. I will be recommending this Caliber location to all my friends and family. read more

Just want to start off my by saying that I had took my Audi to here and my service provider Jay was absolutely amazing! Jay was on it from day on when I brought my vehicle in. He ordered parts that be could see from the outside. Once the parts came in he called me I dropped my car off. I need more part. He was on it and ordered the other necessary parts that I needed. He communicated with me from the I took my car in to for a estimate. I really appreciate Jay communicating with me because it made this process less stressful. I'd recommend Jay and caliber collision. Thank you Jay for everything! read more

I was hit by another person and had my truck fixed here at Caliber Collision! 1st off the place is very professional and clean! I had TOP NOTCH service by Edgar Zamora! He made the process smooth and the communication was superb! He made sure the problems from the accident was taken care of not to mention GOING out of his way to advise us we had a nail in my tire and if we wanted to replace it and yes extra out of my pocket BUT I'd rather have it taken care of now then later when it gets worse. That's some great customer service no DOUBT! I also got a rental by Enterprise which is a few steps away...can you say another WOW factor because it's a ONE STOP SHOP! I give 5 stars as well to Victor Amaelor for his service in making the rental process just as smooth! Thank you Edgar and Victor for such wonderful service! --Carrillo Family read more

Amazing work, as soon as I was able to drop off my car I was notified almost daily on the progress and estimated time of completion, Jessica was so helpful with my many questions and arranging pick up times just about two weeks and I had my car back to me. The work that was done to the front end made my car look brand new again. Totally would recommend to anyone! read more

I heard good things about this location specifically and they work on Porsches. Most places and advisors are generic, this place isn't generic, they go the extra mile. My current service advisor Jay U. understands my car and communicates with me often. I'm very particular with my car, and Jay has done a lot to accommodate my requests. This place has great customer service. My car is almost done and I will update when it's done. read more

My car was hit early in the morning while parked on the street, and as soon as they opened I called Caliber. A tow truck was sent out quickly and my estimator, Jay, began the estimate as soon as I arrived. When I say I have never had better customer service, I mean it! Jay kept me updated during the entire process. This includes anytime the estimate changed, when parts arrived or were scheduled to arrive, when my car was going into paint, etc. If I had any questions or concerns about the process, Jay responded as soon as possible. Overall an amazing experience, and I know my car was in great hands! read more

I am writing this letter to recognize the extraordinary care Rich Diaz provided me as my service advisor. I had a devastating accident in which a semi-truck hit my 2016 Lexus RX 350 resulting in over $13,000 dollars of damage. I rolled in and he was given the task to help through the repair process. He was kind, personable, efficient and easy to reach when I called. I have been meaning to write this letter for some time and I ran across his card in my wallet and made this my Sunday task. I felt blessed to have Rick during this process and I want to recognize his professionalism and personal care. He made my life better and those at Caliber Collision are lucky to have him as an employee. Sincerely, Patricia Blakely, M.D. read more

I unfortunately have had to come to this shop twice already to get repairs done to my vehicle after 2 accidents accrued and I am forever grateful for Servando and Jay making it such and easy process. If I could give zero stars- I would without a doubt! My car had more damage coming out of this place than it did going in. Caliber used to take pride in their work and now I would compare them to a poorly run sweat shop. Their goal is to bring as many cars in and crank as many cars out as possible. I gave this Riverside location two attempts to fix a VERY minor dent in my fender- they failed terribly with both attempts. The first time I was asked to pick up my car, I found that the pieces were not aligned at all. I waited over an hour with my toddler while they "fixed" it. They brought it back and it was worse. The service manager then told me he would need to keep it longer to repair. When we picked it up almost two weeks later- it had a terrible paint job with tons of overspray, chips and bumps. I was disgusted by their lack of attention to detail. I took my car and told them we would figure it out. I then gave their Moreno Valley location an attempt at making it right and they two failed at both attempts. This body shop is a complete joke. I wish insurance companies would take a closer look at the sub par work they do. They do not deserve anyone's business. read more

worst company ever if you take your car here plan on having more damage done than when you brought it here the only reason they even get a Star is because they did fix the damage but I was without my car for 4 weeks Also this was the 2nd car I brought here for an insurance claim and they damaged my other car while it was under their care read more

Beware ... Their motto should be; if you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit- seriously!!! Eek! methinks not .. but where else does one go when one owns a car like mine?!!! Any suggestions would be welcomed!!! This was supposed to be a certified Mercedes Benz Body Shop. I read all the one-star reviews on here for this shop and in every single one there is a piece of my story- exactly!!! I did not waste time complaining to them or to their corporate office, I just had my insurance company (AAA) get all over it. Here's what happened ... Car is a new Mercedes Benz CLS550 4MATIC twin turbo with factory MATTE paint. I backed into something low to the ground that I didn't see in back-up cam even though all the bells and whistles were going off at the time .. was not yet used to driving this hunka hunka steel- my bad :( Walter's advised me to take it to CC-Riverside as they are qualified, certified, verified, and every other "fied" that comes to mind to work on Benz's. Usual routine- take in- get estimate- insurance approval, etc. etc. Two weeks later was called to pick up. Just like other reviewers here: Grimy paper floor mat... and even as I was shown to my car CC-Riverside seemed more worried about coaching me on the follow-up survey I would be getting. I wanted to look at the car... - Trevor S. (Oak Hills, CA) They did a fine job of taking the car in and getting the quote for the work. The work took a full week longer than they had told me... They kind of blew it off with "well if you want us to fix your car right, that is how long it is going to take'". I thought that I was going to get it fixed right when they quoted me 2 weeks. - Ian D. (Riverside, CA) I got my car back dirty and dusty as hell and the guy started wiping it down with a cloth and kept apologizing for it not being washed properly... - Sanaz T. (Riverside, CA) This place does not deserve one star .. I'm beyond upset with this place .. brought in my brand new car .. they said my car should be ready in 9 days which was a lie .. very very poor communication with this place .. good luck to everyone who takes the risks on taking their car here and if the job was well done for you then kudos to you but unfortunately I wasn't lucky - Erika A. (Riverside, CA) To sum it up - of course the paint did not match (hahaha) - I even found bubbles in the paint - took more than a month to fix again after that - and, really, even after ALL that it was NOT a good job. They are supposed to stand behind their work for as long as you own the car - 100% guarantee of satisfaction, they say. Like I told AAA, they have had the car for twice as long as I have had it, and I'm the owner .. something wrong here. I'll be tarred and feathered before I will ever take my car back there. There ought to be laws to protect consumers against this kind of deceit ... bad, very, very bad and apparently, corporate does not check Yelp reviews either :((( Well, I DO hope SOMEONE finds this review helpful. The sad part is the whole time they acted like they want to take care of the problem, but they don't follow through- all bark and NO bite!!!. They are GREAT at deception. You've been warned. read more

Avoid at all cost from this facility If I have a choice I would rate negative Star for this facility. First, they ask me to sign off without letting my inspect my vehicle Second, the vehicle is dirty inside & out Third, they disassembled my vehicle engine to repair the faming and don't know how to assemble back to it original specification plus few parts broken & tangling when I open up my engine to check which I ask them and they try to blame on me that it's broken when they got it which is #^*£'$@%£ Fourth, I got upset and drive off then I find out my steering control function (phone, radio, cruise control, etc . . . ) all not working at all which I turn around immediate back to their shop and told them what's going on. They turn around and said they have nothing to do with it. It's not working when they got my vehicle which is a lie and they know it. Now they try to denied the repair and said it's not their responsible. Now I have to bring to BMW dealership to have it repair & replace their mistake which should not be my problem but I don't trust them to touch my car after this incident. STAY AWAY! read more

I have now taken Three (3) of my cars to this Caliber Collision Center. My Gold Lexus (RX 300) which was rear ended by a drunk driver, my Red Lexus (GS430) and Now my Dodge Truck (Dakota) when another truck clipped the front end. All of this within about the last year. I was concerned about my Red Lexus which had damage to the hood. I was anxious about matching the paint since the car is a 2002 and has some fading from the sun. Its been a year and the car looks Beautiful. You can not see any difference in where the hood was painted in comparison to the rest of the car. Antonio Velasco assisted us, and was very professional. He listened to our concerns and had a "Can Do" attitude. Caliber stands behind their commitment to exceed your expectations. I would recommeds this collision center to my friends, and would not take any of my vehicles anywhere else. The cars were ready on time and came back looking like they had just left the show room. WOW! A+ on their report card! Darin J. read more

This place means business!! Second time I have used Caliber Collision on Indiana in Riverside and they go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. They gave me the red carpet from beginning to end. My daughters new Dodge Challenger was hit and the bumper and exhaust needed to be replaced. In only 2 days it was finished, painted and returned with a guarantee for the life of the car!! I got a rental car on site. Not a dime out out of my pocket. Curb side service was like valet parking. I hope I do not get in a accident again but if I do it won't be so bad since this company gives grade A service. read more

This month, due to a minor car issue, I chose to get my car fixed at Caliber Collision. My experience in getting my car fixed was remarkable & hassle-free. The credit goes to Ms. Alison Olsen who was amazing from the time I dropped off my car till the time I picked it up. She kept me informed every step of the way. My biggest fear was dealing with my insurance "Geico" but she handled everything and was able to get the car fixed, resulting in a 5 STAR experience. I would highly recommend this place !! read more

Well, I was rear-ended in my new BMW, so back to Caliber Collision the Automobile Club of Southern California recommended repair shop for BMW repairs (in this area). And it was a disaster. My car spent 85 days in the shop (first called me at 71 days and I rejected the shoddy workmanship, before accepting the car after the second try to get it right). I had been assured the car would be "better than new, and even came with a lifetime warranty for the repairs" Well, I wasn't satisfied and took the car to another collision shop for a second opinion, as suspected, more shoddy work was uncovered..frame damage/repairs more moulding falling off (even so bad it was now falling into the back seat), paint runs and dimples, back door rattling and not closing tightly. Silicone applied to make the moulding "appear" tight for delivery, now stretching and separating. Not only did I have to pick up the tab for my rental car(only 30 days included in the policy coverage), but now I'm on my own for this so called "warranty" and 3 different places(2 BMW, 1 CARMAX) told me my car was not saleable to the general public, it would have to be auctioned off due to the extent of the damage/repairs. Shame on Caliber, and waiting to see what ACSC does to rectify this mess. So much more, that I haven't even written here...all I can say is Beware of this shop! So my car is in another repair shop, BMW inspected my car and of course the repairs weren't done as reported. And to top it off, additional damage was discovered. "Someone" apparently ran my car into a curb then covered it up by painting over the damage (I had not noticed this because I was concentrating on the repair area- rear quarter panel, not the front driver side! ) Of course consistent with their workmanship it was with their epic paint runs. I will also note that during a visit to my car when it was at Caliber I witnessed "someone" drive another customers car (it had a number on its roof)up and over a curb when they were bringing the car into the shop in the back where they work on cars. read more

Unfortunately, the 2 stars are not totally the fault of Caliber. I dropped my car off for repair work, and everyone at Caliber was super nice! It was in and out in 15 minutes, but I was then taken over to Enterprise to get a car. Two hours later, I was annoyed and in a car that's all scuffed up. If Caliber continues an affiliation with a replacement car service that is not up to the same standards it holds, I can't recommend this place. read more

I have only good things to say regarding this collision center. My SUV T boned other car just because other guy didn't stop at stop sign. I brought my SUV here because other insurance was going to cover the cost and recommended this place. I was glad to have Jessie assigned to me, He was professional from beginning to the end. He called me many time to update its progress. Two of the phone call was that he was going to order authentic Nissan parts because after market one did not fit right. Two weeks after I picked up my SUV, its battery died. I took back to him, he did thorough diagnostics and swapped battery with new one for no charge. read more

Can't talk enough about this place and the 5 star service I received. My 4 month old, brand new 2015 VW Golf was rear ended recently with some damage to the rear bumper and hatch. I was recommended Caliber Collision by USAA and set up an estimate time with Jesse. I didn't expect much in terms of customer service considering there's an assumption that body shops are only after money and not the client, but Jesse took really good care of me. He was thorough and kept me updated throughout the process. In the end, my insurance waived the deductible and paid the entire bill which was an added bonus to a terrific experience! 5 days after the dropoff, I picked up my car that had been washed, buffed, and looking like new. Couldn't be happier and was grateful for a pain free process. read more
