Despite having to have work done on my car due to an auto accident in which the other driver admitted liability and had to work with State Farm--- I had a wonderful experience at this Caliber Collision location. Working with State Farm was the low light of my experience but working with this location of Caliber Collision was the highlight! They really own up to their work. I went back to get the rear bumper touched up from a collision they fixed 2 years ago. With no hesitation they reworked the paint and it came out great. They also have good customer service. Paola at the front was super helpful and friendly. She took time out of her day to arrange the time for me to pick up the car on a Saturday. Caliber Collision bought out the company that previously repaired my car from my accident back in 2014. I was having some issues with my car and had the dealership (I go to for service) take a look at it and they were trying to up-charge me on the work needing to be done. The repair work needing to be done fell under warranty and got the chance to work with Caliber. I worked with David and he was AWESOME! David was so professional and HONEST! So I actually came here before like a year ago to get my car bumper fixed. Fast forward to yesterday and it turns out my front bumper popped out because it got hooked onto a parking block when I parked on an incline. I came back here right away because I was in the area to get it fixed because last year they said I have lifetime warranty on the bumper. It turns out it's considered my own damage and the warranty wont cover it. I was sad for a second, but I was talking to the manager at the time and he was super nice to me. Because it was a minor fix and they just had to pop the bumper back in, he did it for me for free and it only took 5 mins. Thank you to that manager! I appreciate him. They popped my bumper back in and glued it for safety measures just in case if it pops back out. It looks brand new, no scratches, no damage. Caliber Collision is awesome, so I suggest people to come here if they need to fix their cars up. The staff is nice, especially the manager I talked to. 5 stars! :) read more

Came in with a few questions and looking to get a quote for a scratch I had on my truck and he came out and buffed it out in the rain before making me an estimate. I had a problem with my civic that I had gotten repaired here. I talked with one guy here but he wasn't helpful at all and told me that it was something that I had hit after. I asked to talk to the manager, MARCOS and he was GREAT! He went out his way and told me he would show me my car on the lift and go over the damage. He showed me damage in the mid skid plate, caused by running something over which caused the damage I was talking about. I asked if there was anyway he could have the guys straighten out the mid skid plate and remove the part that had been falling off and he said "SURE, NO PROBLEM". Even though it was something completely unrelated. I was very happy that he was willing to help me out. If you have a problem ask to talk to the manager Marcos he's the best. read more

This is the honestly the best auto repair ever. Great customer service. Noe was very friendly and always kept me up to date with the repair and answered all my questions . Very helpful. Do not be fooled by their kind faces. I picked up my car missing my hubcaps. Cindy tried to tell me I didn't have them when I brought them in and after reviewing her pictures in my file from when I originally dropped off my vehicle for repair she began her hunt to find out what happened. To conclude, my hubcaps were never found and she advised me she would order me new ones. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received them. I think it's important to note that my vehicle was in their possession for 2 1/2 days and had no damage near the tires. They repaired a small dent on the front bumper. read more

January 2019 I purchased the car of my dreams and now December 2019 almost ending the year and I already been in two car accidents imagine how that feels that I have worked so hard for something and things like these happen once I was rear ended and the second time someone hit me on the street when I first came I spoke to Noe he was always so wonderful to me and my husband I was such in doubt and thought my car would never look the same we talked to Noe about all my concerns one being original parts he said he would be using all new dealership parts which put me at ease the way he talked to us about all my other concerns he made me feel so much better he was always updating me calling me every day and telling me how my car was doing and how the process was going I was surprised how detailed he was about the process and of course made me feel so much better my car was done days before when I first seen my car I was in lost of words of how my car look like brand new again not once did I have to go back to fix anything after that which was my other concern having to go back for something they did but I was thankful that he did a good job he met my highly high expectations noe went above and beyond , Then my second accident happened and immediately without hesitation I call caliber collision to speak with noe and two days later my car was in the shop by the end of the week parts where in and again Noe always kept me updating on the daily day basis and made sure everything was going to be all original parts he new how concerned and scared I was that he even showed me and emailed me all the receipts off all the original dealer ship receipts my car was again second time ready before there date I was so happy and excited he has done so good to my car and till now my car still looks so brand new like nothing happened I would recommend this place to friends and family without a doubt I hope I won't have to come back for another accident no one deserves to go through this but I will always be a caliber collision customer and the best advisor was Noe thank you and I appreciate the team for doing such and amazing job made this experience so easy and smooth!!! I really appreciated all that Caliber Collision on E La Cadena, in Riverside, did for us when they had my granddaughters Kia in for repairs. It looked absolutely great when she drove it home. You would never have known it had been in an accident. Blake Krausse was our main contact and I cannot say enough positive things about his treatment towards us during the time they had the car. They promised us that car back on a certain date and they did everything right to get it to us by that date. I also greatly appreciated all the texts with updates, letting us know exactly how the repairs were progressing. Can't say that anyone else has ever done that for us. All of the guys really were wonderful, and though I hope we never need to use them again, I would go back to them without any doubt. I'm glad USAA uses them as a contracted agent, so I'm fairly sure that we would be sent to them again if there is need in the future. There was courtesy and professionalism in all aspects of their Customer Service, starting with the sweet girl at the front desk, to the gentlemen who took me back to see the car itself, and then Blake, being available to take calls and not route his calls to an answering machine. It is harder and harder to find the "personal touch" in businesses these days. Everything is computerized. This was "personal" from the minute we walked in the door. I feel sorry for anyone who is forced to bring their vehicle here by an insurance company.

I went here because I was in an accident with a person who had Geico insurance and this is the company they recommended. I had the option of going anywhere but decided to give Caliber a chance. The experience was great an so easy from start to finish. They kept me informed about my vehicle throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was perfect; in fact, I can't tell there was ever a repair done. My car was ready sooner than promised and it was clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up.
