The location closest to our home was unexpectedly closed that Saturday, and we urgently needed to drop off our car. After calling around, I reached their receptionist, Kelly, who graciously told us to come by. It was likely right before closing, yet we never felt rushed. We were welcomed warmly, and the facility itself was clean, organized, and inviting. I don't recall the name of the gentleman who performed the drop-off inspection, but he was thorough, respectful, and very professional. Throughout the two-week repair process--exactly the timeline they originally estimated--they kept my husband updated regularly. He's a car guy and was understandably nervous about how the final result would look, but he came home extremely impressed with their craftsmanship. The work was done with care, precision, and pride. What gave us even more peace of mind was their confidence in their paintwork. We were told that if the paint were ever to fade, we could bring the vehicle back because their paint is meant to last a lifetime. That kind of guarantee speaks volumes. Beyond their technical skill, I truly believe this location has a great culture and team. Kelly even shared with me how their shop supports community events like "Coffee and Cars," which they sponsor or host for a local cause. Horrible experience This place is a shady shop you have to be on top of everything I had to go in a total of 6 times you avoid small shops to avoid these problems this place has no quality inspections my suv only had 1700 miles brand new only 2 months old 1st time I dropped off the suv 2 time I showed up they expected I was not going to check any thing one of the rear light was still broken the scraped muffler was never changed he told me they changed it and he was like in the paper work it was replaced until I showed him the pictures of the same muffler scraped he realized they never changed it also they tried to say the Touch up paint they put that was there before the tail gate was so not in the place it wasn't in correct location my finger was going in from one side and the other side it was even half also missing some rubber pieces that go in on the trunk 3rd time I showed up and the trunk would close seems like it was hitting something before it closed up it all seemed it was not centered correctly 4 time I called before I picked up I told the guy like hey please inspect before I show up I dont want to keep going in and tell them what they had wrong well he said everything was perfect and sure enough it wasn't touch up paint was still there with a dent and all he said there is so much we can adjust the trunk so I took it home called the insurance told them my suv looks salvage and sent them pictures so this shop called me the next day all of sudden trying to fix all the issues 5th time told them list of things what they had to fix I was like imagine if I was a woman that doesn't check details they would've gotten away with all this bad quality work they do they painted the rear inner fenders where they weren't suppose to be painted like fast work it took them 2 weeks to fix all the details and still the top of trunk still likes not the right angle all he said that they can only adjust so much I was just like change half of the suv so it can be done the correct way 6th time I went in I was already tired of double checking their work maybe that was the plane it looks like the letters are out of place and the top looks out of place they should've replaced the black plastics they just painted over them and said they have life time warranty I hate to leave this review but people avoid this place hopefully not all Caliber Collision are the same read more

I would like to start off by saying worst customer service! I have gone here twice now to pick up the same vehicle, after both times they stated it was ready only to find scratches all down the side of my vehicle still and paint bugers all down the side. The owner comes out and i show him all the scratches and he says " who cares it will mostly be covered by the trim." It wont matter it will be covered. If you just painted this why is it still scratched...? No answer or explanation besides it will be covered by the trim... I wouldnt reccomend anyone to come here. read more

I used this shop back in March of 2016 and loved it, so when I had an accident back in May I requested to use them again, however this time I was pretty disappointed. The car was not washed as I was told it should have been. My wheel wasn't fixed even though I was charged for it to be fixed on my invoice. Most importantly when I got my car back my rear seat was not bolted or latched in. The seat belt buckles were also under the back seat, when I spoke to the employee Ryan Owen to have it fixed he took it to the employee's in the back. The car came back with only the seatbelt issue fixed, the seat was only latched in but not bolted in. This is an unbelievably dangerous issue to give back to someone. read more

Got my car fixed here around 1.5 years ago thru referral w GEICO. Things started off alright but I felt like communication was not great nearing the end when my car should have been ready to be picked up. The receptionist and I believe manager at the location were on top of it and I had good experiences with them, but my main issue was with my adjuster who handled my case. Multiple times I Ubered myself to the caliber location only to be told my car wasn't ready resulting in my time and money being wasted. When my car finally was ready for pick up there were some pretty obvious details such as a piece of the front trim/lining missing as well as features on my car not working anymore (remote engine start, door auto locking, car lock beep sound etc). Not really the end of the world but just disappointing and shows a lack of attention to detail. my windshield was also full micro scratches that I know for a fact were not there before probably as a result of wiping from a dirty towel? who knows lol. I would have taken the car back and addressed these concerns but with the customer service I had received prior to this I just decided to cut my losses and live with it rather then deal with another headache. I felt like I wasn't taken seriously as a customer here ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I would not recommend this caliber location to anyone that I know and would say go to a independent body shop instead. read more

My car was hit in an accident and my insurance referred me here. I was told Original parts were to be used and that was a lie. What was most surprising was that they did not get the paint job right on the rear bumper. The technician said "it is not possible to get the paint to blend 100%" so they landed on egg white for the rear bumper. However I just went to another collision repair and they got the paint just right. I think it was just laziness on their part to get the paint right. read more

I brought my car there earlier this past summer and they had it for OVER ONE MONTH, and the repairs they did were pretty cheap and my car has been making more noises and has just been overall much worse since getting repairs done. After getting my car back there were horrible noises a week later as my car would rumple and drive very uncomfortably. Also I can see they did a lousy job fixing the undercarriage. they took over a month to order new tires. and then they didn't even look at the damage to the undercarriage until they got the new tires on, so it took them another 2 Weeks!! I tried calling them but it was some customer service rep who said they'd call me back and it's been 3 weeks. I don't recommend going to this location in particular, while Kelly the front desk rep is good, the others will keep pushing out repairs and giving you a dumb reason to make up for their laziness. read more

Excellent customer service is only given during the time the vehicles are been worked on, once they have been fully paid there is no longer such thing as customer service. We noticed bill new parts on the estimate were not replaced, instead sprayed paint, w a bad job of spray paint so we noticed, along w an u level front bumper. Took 3 weeks of unreturned calls to follow up with our reported concerns. Finally took the vehicle back to place the parts that were not taken cared of as charged, came out w only one part replaced but not the rest of the parts that will level out the bumper out. Very disappointing on Caliber collision at this time. Will be getting back to our insurance to report of this awful job from Caliber Collision and have our vehicle reviewed if there are even more parts in the estimate that were not replaced but charged as new. So unprofessional crew w more excuses than the parts they falsely claim replaced on the estimate but billed to the insurance. read more

I brought my 2016 Honda Accord in because it had been sideswiped while parked on the street. Caliber Collision took a stressful situation for me and handled it with care. My service advisor was Jerry Gutierrez, and I would recommend him to anyone coming in for a repair. He went above and beyond, with great communication all around, keeping me updated on the process and what was going on. The repairs took a little longer than expected simply due to supply chain problems and parts being sent in that were not up to par, but Jerry rejected two subframes before he found one in good shape that I saw with my own eyes. I would much rather wait a few extra days for quality parts than rush a job, which I've experienced with other auto shops in the past. read more

I would never recommend Caliber. I had my bumper repainted here in July 2020 and the paint is bubbling up already I went to their office to have them take a look and have them repaint in since the paint is suppose to have "life time warranty" and when the representative takes a look at my truck he immediately says break fluid has spilled on the bumper! He then just takes pictures and sends then to his manager Weston. There has never been any type of brake fluid or any fluid type dropped on my truck. The paint is definitely a different tone from the original and looks dull. This is horrible customer service...Please don't take you vehicles here.
