Reached to a couple of body shops last week and Arnold immediately responded with the best quote. I scheduled the appointment and was pleasantly surprised that he offers a mobile service. Only thing that he will need is the car in a shaded area so keep that in mind prior to scheduling your appointment. Initially he quoted $425 for damage then upon arriving he stated the repair would require welding on my bumper so it was an additional $60 so $485 out the door. The other quotes I received were between $700-$1000+ and that would be full bumper repair. He was transparent that he wouldn't be able to fully repair the inside of the bumper however I was satisfied with the results considering the reasonable price. My main concern was the way it looked on the exterior so i was satisfied with the results and I would recommend Arnold! read more

I had a disappointing experience with Arnold. He misquoted me and then let his emotions get in the way of doing a decent job. The repair looked rushed and incomplete he actually made my car worse. After I left a one star review, he said he'd consider fixing it if I took the review down. He came back to buff the car but then decided not to continue and refunded me $285 out of the $600 I paid. Because he at least refunded part of the cost, I'm giving two stars. But he should've just left my car alone. I learned my pricey lesson now I'm paying someone else to fix what Arnold did. The new shop showed me all the imperfections and explained how poorly the work was done. He basically just oversprayed on top of my car's protective film instead of removing it like a professional auto body shop would. The color looked botched, and the texture was gritty and uneven nowhere near the smooth finish it had before. My car is new, so this kind of work really stood out. If it were an older beater car, maybe I wouldn't have cared as much, but with a new vehicle, you have to pay for real professionals who know what they're doing. He also doesn't offer any warranty, so I wouldn't risk it. I'm being honest because what he did wasn't right I paid for a service and was mistreated. With hesitation, I feel compelled to share my experience with Mr. Arnaldo, owner of Prestige Auto Reconditioning. I decided to cancel an appointment with Caliber Collision after exchanging text messages with Mr. Arnaldo. He confidently wrote, "I never have an issue with the paint matching. All my work has a 2-year warranty." That assurance gave me confidence to move forward with him. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The repair involved small scratches on the tailgate of my car. Mr. Arnaldo arrived at my residence around 11 AM and completed the job in less than an hour. He then texted, "Your car is ready." However, in my original message, I had clearly mentioned that the letters "C" and "R" on my Crown Signia tailgate also needed to be reattached as part of the repair. When I brought this up, he appeared frustrated and stated that the $565 quote was only for the paint. Wanting to stay cordial, I proceeded to pay him the full amount after he said he would return later to reinstall the letters. He then added a 5% surcharge for using a credit card, which had not been disclosed in advance. I also mentioned the 5% discount shown on his Yelp business profile, but he declined to apply it. My impression is that unless the system registers the discount automatically, he does not feel obligated to honor it. I ultimately paid $585, trusting he would follow through. After payment, communication became difficult -- he didn't send the receipt he promised for that same day, and responses since then have been delayed. When he came to reinstall the letters 2 days later, the result was disappointing. The "C" and "R" were misaligned, spaced 3 inches apart instead of 3.5, and positioned lower than the other letters. He used different thicknesses of adhesive tape -- one too thin and one too thick -- resulting in a wobbly, uneven look. The letter "C" has already fallen off, and I easily removed the "R" because it wasn't properly secured. While I can't yet judge the quality of the paint since it's still new, the lack of transparency, attention to detail, and follow-through reflects poor customer service. To me, quality workmanship is not just about paint -- it's also about integrity and professionalism. I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope Mr. Arnaldo takes this feedback constructively and improves how he communicates and honors his commitments to future customers. read more
