I went back to the shop for another repair because they did a great job on the first repair. However, I noticed that the first repair job is actually starting to come undone. Meaning they use some type of white sealant to piece it together. It feels like it's going to come off. When I contacted for my second repair everything was so unorganized and it was hard to talk to somebody. I was only able to text. I was only able to communicate through text (they didn't answer or call back). They kept telling me to bring it in. I told them I live far and I can't just bring it in. I need an appointment so I can schedule things. And I need to know an ETA of how long it might take, ect. So I finally brought it in for repair on the passenger side door & panel. When I received my car I didn't thoroughly inspect it and when I got home I realized that the very front bumper was still all scratched up. I was solely focused on the major damage I didn't pay attention to the minor damage. The side they fixed also had a lot of that white sealant material already sticking out. When I called and told him that they didn't fix the scratches near the front & side bumper they said "come bring it in." I can't just come in. I live really far. I need to know details. How long do you think it will take? I need to make an appointment so I kept asking when can I bring it in? What time? What's the ETA when it will be fixed after I drop it off? I never got an answer and again this is all through text. They did call me once because I told them I also never got a receipt. I called back within the hour and then nobody answered or called back again even though I texted them saying I missed your call. Please call back so I can schedule. Nothing... I live far from Valenz Autobody and I went back a second time because the first job went smoothly regarding the appointment, friendly customer service, and for what I paid the job was done to my liking. I don't know if the dad stopped working because he wasn't there & everything was just so unorganized & non professional. I tried asking for a little bit of a refund because I ended paying quite a lot more than expected, especially when it wasn't even finished. I didn't get an answer. I just gave up on it and I still have the minor damage to my bumper. They do give you a ride to Hertz and pick you up from Hertz rental car when the job is finished. Overall they are a nice family & very nice people. Usually the job is done well for what you pay, but I personally wouldn't take my car back here for body work due to my 2nd experience. The 2nd job was rushed, they charged me the full price without fixing it or giving any explanation of what they replaced and not giving a receipt. Where do I start is the question. Let's just say, Valenzuela Auto Body made my Mercedes Benz come alive again. Carlos restored my car back to brand new and it looks better than when I initially purchased my car. Thank you Carlos for repairing the mess another person made!!!! My story began when a person by the name of Mychal Moreno/ Valenzuela who claimed to have a business called "Cracken Wraps" (note, he removed his page because he is a liar and con artist ), going on with the truth he said he was an experienced, very detailed car wrapper who stood by his work and had a page showing wraps on cars that he had done. That was the first lie. The truth was about to unfold..... he was a liar! Myke Moreno goes by alias names, shows work he has never completed and has no experience whatsoever in wrapping cars. He is a liar and a con who pulled out of wrapping my car after he stripped my paint, water sanded my car front and back, plus the truck, removed my engine under panel, plus more then after the job was to much bailed on me leaving my Mercedes in shambles. Livid, angry, manipulated, frustrated is some of the words I can use on this platform. Let's jus say he my car up in three weeks time and quit in the midst of a job he promised he could do. Well after all that my husband took our Mercedes to our professional car clinician/repair maintenance shop, shout out to Inland Mercedes', Kevin and Sonia Dabbaggian who referred me to Carlos at the Valenz Auto Shop to have our car paint renewed and repaired. Kevin personally took my husband to Carlos at Valenz auto Body who took a look at the huge catastrophe another person had completed on our car. bad service! if you want you car to be fixed in a right way, avoid Valenz Auto Body! They are extremely unprofessional, give you Mickey Mouse works! The paint job I had from them is a joke! They use a very thick body filler to fill all dents, spayed my car without wait all the body fillers dried out, didn't sand the primer and did not polish the clear cost. My 2018 4Runner needed rear bumper replaced and front passenger door got deep dent/long scratch that needed repair as well. I went to Valenz Auto Body to get an estimate (I follow Yelp review), it happened to be the right place for me. Letis at front desk is very nice and helpful, Carlos is the one that checked and spoke to me of what could be done and how long it would take for both repairs. The estimate came up very reasonable price compared to 2 other shops I went to, also the timing that once they order and get the bumper they will contact me to come in ($250 deposit for that) and it'll take 2-3 days to finish. No other shops can do this fast. I asked Letis if she can give me a ride home that day, she said yes and also will pick me up to get my car when it's done. That's really nice !!! I dropped my 4Runner Monday 11am and the repair was done Wednesday 4pm. Carlos did a GREAT JOB fixing the damages, my 4Runner looks like new again. My parents van (a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan) had broken automatic locks, a busted side door that would not open, and a crushed in back bumper. They had taken it in to 7 different auto body shops and mechanics in the San Gabriel valley area and each shop said they were not able to fix the automatic locks (my parents' biggest concern). After about a year of dealing with getting into the vehicle (their only vehicle) using just a key, I finally got their van into Valenz auto body while they were on vacation. I am so glad we went to this place. Lolis and her husband were able to fix everything! They were able to obtain parts like the lock motor/actuator that were "impossible to get" according to the other shops. They also fixed the side door so it opens. I don't know how they did it but it works perfectly now! They also got a new back door with the glass and painted and it looks brand new. My parents are so happy they feel like they got a new car. Valenz really went above and beyond when they even cleaned the interior and got the handles super clean (my dad always has greasy fingers and leaves touch areas grimy). The glass inside in the front and back is so clean my parents keep thinking there is no glass. They were very responsive and detailed when I asked about the progress and estimate. The estimate was so fair and below what I would have expected for all the labor intensive work I know was done. These people are honest, resourceful and talented. I would go to Valenz Auto for anything small or large. The one thing is the location is a bit tricky to get to. Follow your gps and know that there are two Magnolia streets- one that leads to a bridge and one outer one that leads to Riverside county's best auto shop. read more
