Not the scope of body paint repair i was looking for. I wanted my entire truck exterior bed repainted (not spot painted) There is some overspray on existing paint and pain runs. These area should have been masked better. He could have done a better job. There was some miscommunication with Arnold. He did gave me a partial refund as I requested. However I will need to get it re-paint at a body shop or wet sand and wrap it myself.

Reached to a couple of body shops last week and Arnold immediately responded with the best quote. I scheduled the appointment and was pleasantly surprised that he offers a mobile service. Only thing that he will need is the car in a shaded area so keep that in mind prior to scheduling your appointment. Initially he quoted $425 for damage then upon arriving he stated the repair would require welding on my bumper so it was an additional $60 so $485 out the door. The other quotes I received were between $700-$1000+ and that would be full bumper repair. He was transparent that he wouldn't be able to fully repair the inside of the bumper however I was satisfied with the results considering the reasonable price. My main concern was the way it looked on the exterior so i was satisfied with the results and I would recommend Arnold!

I bumped a car in the parking lot and had to fix the client's car. I couldn't afford what the big collision shops were asking for but I found Arnaldo here. He was AMAZING. Arnaldo fixed the damages up so nicely that the client ended up using his services for her daughter's car. Best of all, he's mobile so he comes to you and I didn't inconvenience the client. His price was extremely competitive and he was a customer service champion!!! You can't go wrong with Arnaldo.

I had a disappointing experience with Arnold. He misquoted me and then let his emotions get in the way of doing a decent job. The repair looked rushed and incomplete he actually made my car worse. After I left a one star review, he said he'd consider fixing it if I took the review down. He came back to buff the car but then decided not to continue and refunded me $285 out of the $600 I paid. Because he at least refunded part of the cost, I'm giving two stars. But he should've just left my car alone. I learned my pricey lesson now I'm paying someone else to fix what Arnold did. The new shop showed me all the imperfections and explained how poorly the work was done. He basically just oversprayed on top of my car's protective film instead of removing it like a professional auto body shop would. The color looked botched, and the texture was gritty and uneven nowhere near the smooth finish it had before. My car is new, so this kind of work really stood out. If it were an older beater car, maybe I wouldn't have cared as much, but with a new vehicle, you have to pay for real professionals who know what they're doing. He also doesn't offer any warranty, so I wouldn't risk it. I'm being honest because what he did wasn't right I paid for a service and was mistreated. I just wouldn't want someone else to go through the same experience. Talk to the guys at DJ's Paintless Dent Removal in Paramount they'll take care of you.

After my gardner left my driveway gate unlatched, it swung towards the rear of my car and left obvious damage. I decided to get it repaired and while I was at it, got some other details taken care of. I found Prestige Auto Reconditioning and Arnoldo quickly set up an appointment and estimate. He is mobile and showed up on time with a great attitude. His attention to detail was incredible. Afterwards he conducted a walk-through with me in case I didn't like something. Really?? Really!!! I had him do work on my ding on a door, retouch up front bumper. (Need a paint) and fix 3 scratch wheels. Of course, I sent him a photo to get a quote for $550. First, he was late for the appointment (about an hour) because he had to pick up some paints he needed for my car. He didn't have a chance to get them before he came. After he spent about 2 hours on my car, he said hes done. when I checked his work, the first word that came out of my mouth was. Are you done? This is it? Where did you work? To me, it got worse than before. There was paint everywhere on the body of my car near the bumper. 1)Ding on a door( still there), his excuse was, it was on the hard area to fix. 2) scratches on bumper( paint color was off and spay paint all over near the scratch) it's rought surface, that i can see it and feel it.he told me that I need to get buffing to get color match and make a smooth surface. 3) he only worked on 2wheels and says he needs to charge more money for the third one. 2 wheels he worked on, it's not even completed. He did a great job on my car for a mobile service. I had pretty bad paint scratch on my back bumper of my Mercedes GLC. I was hesitant to go with a mobile service vs the traditional mechanic shop. He also had the lowest quote. Based on other reviews and because there was no structural damage I gave them a shot. He came to my job and knocked it out in I would say less than an hour. My ONLY advice coming from a customer is I didn't get a receipt. For my own documentation it helps and potentially referring you to someone else. After someone reversed out of their house at a high rate of speed and donked my vehicle (Sadly the other party didn't have insurance). I found Prestige Auto Reconditioning and Arnoldo who reached out to me here on Yelp. After assessing the damage and giving me a quote, he charged me a fair price for the repair despite how complicated it looked. After he arrived and assessed the damage, he gathered all the tools and got to work. A maintenance truck/trailor hit the passenger side front fender--putting 3-4 deep scrape/gouges in the paint. It also damaged about 20 inches of the passenger side front bumper of my wife's Mercedez CLK. Arnaldo did a great job repairing the scrapes/gouges and repainted the fender/whole front bumper to match. Excuse after excuse and he finally admitted botching the tire cover even more. I told him to just give me back the tire cover and just drop off the decals and I'll put it on myself. It's been two weeks since and I give up. I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt but so far I'm out the money I paid for the decals, deposit for tire cover paint job, and never even got back my tire cover. Should have known better after I texted him from another number requesting another service done while waiting for a response from the number he already has. No surprise as I get a response in a few minutes from the new number and over a day to respond from my inquiry of my tire cover/decal.

My thought was that perhaps it's a growing business, and thought I would give it a shot. In person was a very cool guy named Eddie, that seems to care about his work. Did do an excellent job fixing the curb rash, and quick too. Because of the positive experience, I inquired about his caliper painting service as well. He went to work, and the process took a little longer than expected, but no biggie. Problem was that the day was too cold, and the paint wasn't drying quick enough to install the decals and lastly the clear coat. Eddie assured me that he can always come back and put it on, the process wouldn't take more than 15 minutes. Trusting him at his word, I said that's fine, and even tipped $30 on top of payment because of the positive experiences so far. Unfortunately that's where that ends. Since then, I've tried to schedule with Eddie twice to finish up the caliper work, and both times, even after confirmed appointment, he's flaked out with no prior notification. Really unfortunate as I am on the go a lot and has broad network of people to send business to this seemingly growing shop. Lesson learned for me.
