The Prius was SO clean and detailed when Bud and Travis returned it to us. Was that our car?…read more But...all the repair was done under the front left bumper, inside the left wheel well and the left rocker panel. I've had a month + to reflect on Select. I lived several years in a mountain community. Every so often somebody from elsewhere brought their brand new jeep or other four wheel drive vehicle to the mountains to play 4x4 commercial and go "stump jumping" with rookie, destructive, high centered results. A curb hid in the darkness. The driver of the low-slung, air-dammed aerodynamic Prius Prime did not see the curb as they made a U-ey in a tight parking lot. The sound and feel of the bottoming-out, denture rattling, impact are left for your imagination. Do not take a Prius stump or curb-jumping. Do not take them off-road, take all driveways at an angle if possible. We have a choice where we get car bodies repaired. A mega-chain body shop, mega dealer body shop, independant small business body shop. We chose Select. The business appearance speaks quality, the OEM parts say trustworthy, the quote says, "Here or a Big Guy? I'll mention all the auto makes Select has on the wall for certified, excellent work. Plus, this family business has some very nice, top level projects waiting under the carport for "that day" when there's time and parts enough to complete dreams. An excellent quote. Some discounts because we paid out of pocket. OEM parts, time taken to do the work correctly. An issue with the rocker panel turned up, the quote was updated, reasonably priced. Necessary, touch up painting was done Gaps were checked with factory gauges., The front seat and master sensor unit recalibrated. A loose light from a previous repair was found and tightened. I am a fan. Select is our body shop driving into the future.

It took forever for her insurance to get back to me accepting fault and fixing my car. Now I need a body shop to fix the hulk. Winner! 1st person I talk to is a Travis ask questions and advise of neighbors insurance is paying yes they work with them. Called day off rolled up Bud the owner standing outside as I pull up. Mechanically, the car has always been excellent, but cosmetically it had really started to show its age. The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. It's not easy to trust someone with a car you care about, especially one in such good mechanical condition, but USA Collision earned that trust. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I'm very glad we found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality body and paint work.

Met with Hovik....he's a real pro....was upfront in I might have some out of pocket costs if the insureds carrier didn't totally cover their labor rate. He completely handled dealing with Root Insurance and getting approvals for over $6,500 in damages not covered in the original estimate of $4,300. And ultimately I had no out of pocket costs. From drop off, then evaluation, parts orders, body replacements and repair, I had my car back in great shape and all done in less than 6 weeks. I was very fortunate that I found USA Collision and Hovik. They are worth your trust.

Sheila was the first to respond, and when she sent over the quote, I almost couldn't believe it. AZ Auto Repair and Body had the best price by a long shot. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by the owner, Mike, with a warm handshake. Even with a lot full of cars, he assured me they'd squeeze me in -- which was a huge relief. In no time at all, my oil change was done, and they genuinely thanked me for coming in. What really stood out to me was the integrity. Not once did they try to upsell me on anything I didn't need -- no pressure, no surprise add-ons, just straightforward and honest service. That alone sets them apart. This place is an absolute gem. Everyone was warm, professional, and kind -- something that's surprisingly hard to find in the automotive world. This is officially my new go-to shop. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't find friendlier people or better prices.

A month ago my Silverado was involved in an accident, it required the replacement of 1 bedside, the back door and the cab corner needed repair. My truck is my baby and the thought of a poor repair was my greatest fear. I've seen work done by many of the large production shops and didn't want my truck hacked together by a shop rushing my truck in/out with time as their priority. Ultra Collision repaired a truck for me in 2002 and I was beyond pleased but knew the chances of the same people working there were slim. Turns out Steve still owns the shop and I actually told him upfront that I returned because of the experience I had in 2002 the difference being I really like this truck and I needed to hear from him that his shop was still able to put that kind of work out because I love this truck and intend to keep it a long time. I told him quality of work was my priority over getting it back soon. He said no problem so I dropped it off the next week. Turns out the Chevrolet door was on factory back order and the dealership sent 3 bedsides out each was damaged in the box. Steve called me to make me aware of the situation and because I told him I'm a bit anal he didn't want to repair a new bedside and planned to wait for a good one. I stopped by to see the new/damaged bedside and the dent was smaller than a door ding. He told me fixing it wasn't an issue but wanted my approval. A door was found out of state but this meant the original completion date was pushed back 3 days. Steve's shop was packed with work and I had a planned vacation so I told him to push my truck aside if need be and I'd pick it up after my vacation, again I told him I wanted it done right so I was in no hurry. I picked the truck up Friday, as I looked it over I found that 2 dents in areas not associated with the accident had been repaired, I asked what I owed him for that and he wouldn't take anything. The color match is perfect and the workmanship was spot on. I've attached pictures, because I asked Steve I wanted to see the process and these are the pictures he sent. I 100% recommend this shop, as it turns out 1 of the guys in the shop told me Steve had personally worked on my truck. I appreciate his way of doing business, he under promised and over delivered. Thanks Ultra Collision.

Honestly, I am extremely disappointed in this shop. I have been coming here for around 2 years with…read moremy E36 M3, and they have been incredibly inconsistent. I had them replace my master cylinder and slave cylinder for brakes, and they not only did not do it correctly the first time, but also made me feel wrong when I found the master was leaking. It was not until the shop owner got involved that it was fixed. I additionally had my spark plugs to go in to be changed when they did a smoke test a while back, and their technician advised I keep the current ones in the car and assured me they were good. The day after, I inspected them to find they were burnt through the iode and the 6th plug was hand loose. Additionally, the shop manager assured me that there were no codes (in the process of chasing a misfire), and again, I went and bought my own scanner for BMWs specifically and found several codes relating to the misfire. In my most recent exchange, my idler pulley broke after an alternator repair after about 100-ish miles, and when I asked them, they didn't see the faulty part as the idle pulley needs to be removed to replace the alternator. Angel (the shop manager) said that part didn't need to be removed to fix the alternator. A blatant lie. All of this work makes me question why they charge manufacturer labor, not the actual time it takes to replace parts (which I would understand if they had corrected the first time around). In addition to this, I confronted the shop manager about why they had moved my own purchased parts from the floor of the vehicle, and he said to keep them safe. He moved the brake pads to the seat and left a camshaft position sensor on the floor, which sounds like looking through my parts for reasons he didn't care to explain. Instead, he said he was done with me and my issues regarding the shop and its integrity in their work. I really wanted to love this shop, but after being inconsistent, charging for time that isn't necessary for work for an incomplete job, while being dishonest and making it look like I was the problem, after paying thousands for work sucks as a repeated and long-time customer. I unfortunately would not recommend.
