I literally had to spend an hour of my time wiping all the paint dust and overspray from the vehicle after they worked on it. I'm being generous giving them two stars just because Austin who works there is a stand up guy and at least tried to make things right but sorry, your shop doesn't do quality work.

These people are scammers. I took my bmw here after a fender bender. Seems like a simple bumper…read morerepair right? Wrong. They give me my quote and I drop my car off they anticipate it taking about 2 weeks to finish cool. I call them asking for updates after it had been almost a month and they tell me that the OEM headlights that they ordered came in broken and were on back order until December. So they recommend after market headlights as this was in September when they told me. I don't get headlights on my car that came in for a broken bumper for 3 months! Then I get my car back and everything seems fine until i notice there's a water leak in my headlights and then one of my bulbs goes out. I go to change my bulbs and messed with the conversion kit and got the wrong bulbs so i go back to carstar for them to tell me which ones i need to get. They tell me and I order them mind you they are of no help at all getting this fixed they told me they would reach out if it gets approved to fix by insurance and they never reached out I had to call them 2 weeks later after not having headlights for a months and zero help from these people. So i ordered the kit and put it in the car myself very simple unlike what Mike was saying about how complicated it is. Fast forward to about a week ago one of my headlights goes out again and at this point Im convinced it's because they didn't put the headlights assembly in correctly. As the bulbs haven't even been in a month and my headlights fog up anytime the car gets washed or is in rain. I decided to look at my invoice from them and do some research turns out these people never ordered the OEM bmw headlights and still charged it to the invoice along with lying to me for months about what is going on with my car saying that the headlights came in broken and were on back order since my car is 'rare' when they never even ordered it in the first place. These headlights cost $900 per headlight. I called the bmw shop they said they it from on the invoice and they hadn't sold the part since 2022! At the very bottom of the invoice they charged me $165 for aftermarket headlights and conversion kit in the miscellaneous repairs. These people are scammers and idiots that don't know how to work on cars take your business elsewhere unless you want them to use you to commit fraud along with holding your vehicle for 3 months! Horrible service from these people and also since my car sat in their shop for 3 months on a lie my starter went out and that was a nice extra $500 for something that wouldn't have happened at a body shop that's going to charge an arm and a leg for a simple repair you can do in your garage had they actually done their job.

Brad provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had at any shop. He was professional, knowledgeable, and immediately understood exactly what was needed. He gave an accurate estimate for both repair time and cost--and it ended up being spot on. His estimate was about half the price of another shop nearby that had added a lot of unnecessary extras. The repairs were completed on time, and the quality of the work was perfect. Highly recommend! ********** 10 Stars!!

I came immediately after the damage occurred a few weeks ago at about 10am and was warmly greeted by staff. Lakota worked with me to give me an estimate on my damage. I was literally in and out in 15 min. I then went back to my insurance and filed a claim and insurance would cover the fix. This past Monday I brought my vehicle back into repair and was greeted by Julian to get the repairs going. Fix Auto also works with Enterprise and they came to give me a lift to pick up my car rental. Very convenient. Fast forward 4 days later, my car has been repaired and everything looked brand spanking new and ready to go! Julian was helpful and answered all my questions. I dropped off the rental car at Fix Auto and drove my car away! No hassle at all! Overall, an excellent experience here. I deducted one star because every time I came in here the parking lot was full and no place to park. You would expect that in a higher density city but shouldn't happen here. And also, one morning I called around 8am and no one answered the phone even though their hours of operation begin at 7:30am. I'd definitely come back here again to get work done if ever needed. Great staff, good communication and prompt service.

Our 2022 Palisade got…read moreinto a fender bender, not too much damage, but airbags went off so there was enough damage to need repairs. Fix Auto had bad communication, (while friendly, you would get a different person every time who didn't know what was going on), and it took almost 6 months to fix the car when the estimate was 1/3rd of that time period. The car was repaired nicely but there was something slick and smelled oily all over the mats, causing a slip hazard. We would get residue on our shoes every time we entered the car. We had to thoroughly clean the mats and the smell was unbearable, imagine the new car smell combined with gasoline, tripled. Would not use Fix Auto again if I needed any repairs.

Despite having…read moreboth: the photos I took of my vehicle at drop off and Penske pre-scan photos, I am having to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix the damage they caused. I wouldn't recommend this location, employees are disingenuous. For context, my vehicle was at the Mercedes dealership being serviced the day prior to drop off at Penske. When I picked my car up at Penske, my head light was out and they told me 'it was out at drop off, there's no way we could have caused it to go out because we didn't touch it.' The light was not out at drop off and Mercedes would have included that in their inspection report. Come to find out, when they took the vehicle back to fix the mistakes in their paint job and primer oversprays, Derrick owned up to the light being unplugged. No one else could have unplugged it except a Penske employee. I WAS FLAT OUT LIED TO BY MY SERVICE REP. This is one of 6 different other new issues with my car when Penske handed it back to me. I'm glad I asked for a walk around. Extremely disappointing experience.
