Making the Appointment: 10 stars; Again, both Brandi and Samantha worked with us to fit our schedule and walked us through the damage inspection process before we arrived at their repair facility. Inspecting the vehicle: 10 stars; Samantha is a pro with a keen eye and listened to my concerns about auxiliary damage first, then she spotted a door ding I never noticed before! Communication during the repair: 10 stars. Samantha even coordinated/communicated with our insurance company which made the process absolutely seamless and stress free. She gave us multiple updates during the process. Sticking to the estimated schedule: 10 stars; They completed the repair on the EXACT DAY they estimated. Quality of work: 10 stars; Absolutely flawless and incredible fit and finish. Paint match was PERFECT. Extras: 10 stars; Caliber outsourced the door ding with a mobile (PDR) Paintless Ding Repair technician. It was all completed when we picked up the vehicle. This is the second time I have use Caliber Collision. The first time was great. I'm not happy my paint on my bumper does not match. The 1st time I came in the paint matches 100%. I can see a difference at night and diluting the day. My bumper doesn't really fit on my car. It's off in some areas. I was supposed to have my car back and out of the rental within1 week. It was three weeks and had to bring my car back to fix the light. I'm not happy. On the driver side the light is not lined up. On the passenger side the number is bulging out and not lined up the finder. I shouldn't have to sit in your lobby for hours to bring back my car. Caliber Collision should have gotten right the first time. All I see when I look at the front of my car is all the imperfections of it. Others have notice it too. I don't recommend going here. You'll get your car back and have to take it back and whoever works on your vehicle snopes through it takes what they what and they get a way with it. How do I know cause it happend to me. read more

Worst customer service ever. I had appointment at 7 30. At 7 32 lady walks past the door, doesn't open it or even acknowledge me standing there She does this 3 more times before finally opening door at 7 36. Again doesn't even acknowledge my existence, just walks away. I literally had to chase her down to tell her I had an appointment. She then begins to walk around the office looking for something. She finally appears with a pad throws it on the counter and says fill this out. I look at the form and it's the exact same form they had me fill out on line when I made the appointment. I told her I already filled it out on line and asked if I needed to do it again. Without even looking up she just said Yep. That was enough for me I left. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she looked like she didn't want to be there. read more

I went to Caliber collision today as my front bumper on my Camry was pulled out when I backed out of the garage. I was devasted. I saw Priscilla who was to do my estimate. She said she was going to have one of her techs look at it. She came in, not 5 minutes later, and said it was fixed!!! No charge!!! I was blown away and I hugged her! So happy. That doesn't happen all the time. They were honest and I was able to breath again :) read more

I used Caliber Collision through my insurance company. I thought the customer service was fantastic. They kept me updated on the progress and say they stand by their work. Well I ended up with the shield that attaches to the bottom of the car not staying attached and it got damaged. Brought it into them and they said no problem and that it was damaged. They would have to order a new one but will to a temporary fix until the new one comes in. Never received "updates" like before. Several weeks later the temporary fix came undone again. Went back to Caliber, they said the shield is still on order. They will remove it completely unti the new one arrives. Have not received any updates as of yet and it has been several weeks again. I went to a shop to get an oil change in Catalina and the mechanic now tells me that not having that shield is causing even more damage to my car. Guess I will have to go back to my insurance since I am not getting the service I expected. Not a fan of Caliber (Oro Valley) as I was with my original visit. read more

Recently I was hit from the side causing damage to both passenger doors. i picked up my car this morning and to say I'm happy is an understatement. The staff here is super nice and professional. Unprofessional. In one word. And I never do reviews, but wanted to warn others. I brought my car in after using them once before, thinking I would be happy with the experience. We did an online estimate with Caliber and I had brought a competitor's estimate to see if they can do it for a similar, more cost-effective price. He asked what collision place the estimate was from, and when I told him he shook his head. He wouldn't even look at the piece of paper. Then, he looked at the car and explained everything to me, which was helpful. However, the price was 3X the price in comparison to the competitor's. When I took my car in for an estimate I was told that I needed an appointment...for an estimate. That was annoying, but I returned at the appointed time and was told they couldn't give me an estimate because the vehicle would have to be disassembled to determine the level of damage. So I left the car there and got my estimate two days later with a twelve day promise date to completion. Two days later I was invited to get my car. Two days! The car is perfect, and they even cleaned it inside and out. I am totally pleased with the whole interaction (except for the first delay which was satisfactorily explained to me later. Do NOT take your vehicle to Caliber Collision. First off the repair man makes 25 percent off all repairs. I know this cause I was told by an employee to leave a positive review on their feedback form so they can receive their cut. That is fine, but when the work is not done right, it's not. I will list the problem found below this review. The thing that bothered me the most was that they put a zip tie on the air cleaner box and told me that's how it was. There was no way that was like that as the air box was shoved towards the firewall. The repair man told me that they would never do that. It was funny case the air box and surrounding was dirty and then there sits a brand new zip tie! I refuse to take my vehicle back as I don't know what they would do next to it. We will be taking this matter up with the BBB. Problems found: Center of hood in front has what appears to be hail like damage. I know it's not, but that way it looks like. Driver and passenger lights do not match. One is one color and the other is another color. It's not the bulbs like they think. It's the DLR lights that so not match. Front driver side bumper has massive paint drips. Air box was not replaced, just zip tied. So who really knows what else is under the work that was done. Please be advised and take multiple photos before and after. Please learn from my mistake. read more

Horrible experience. While the repairs to my car were completed on time, I received my car back with extensive damage to the clear coat of my car that the manager claims was there when I dropped the car off, but it was definitely not. My clear coat had shown beginning signs of peeling on the edges of my roof, however, when I received my car back the clear coat on my entire roof was bubbled and stripped and the hood of my car now has bubbles surfacing. The manager showed me pictures they took in order to "prove" the damage was there before, but their photos are so blurry you can't see any detail in them though he claimed he could see the damage no one else can. I'm disappointed and frustrated that I will now have to continue dealing with my insurance and possibly a lawyer now to have this resolved since they will not repair the damage they caused because "we don't get paid for anything not related to the accident filed in your claim". read more

The best part was that once she was towed I didn't have to worry about the repairs and the quality of work that was being completed on my car. Caliber had my car for almost two weeks because the repairs were excessive. I needed a new back end as well as some side paneling after being involved in an accident. Extremely disappointed!! last March my car was hit while it was parked on the street. I brought my car into Caliber Collision and the initial phone conversation where I discussed the timeline I was informed the car had been knocked out of alignment. I barely had this car for three months. At that time I was told that after the bodywork was completed they would be taking my car next-door to the mechanic for the alignment. three weeks later when the work was completed I inquired when I could pick up my car. Again, I was informed I would need to wait a few more days because they had to get my car in to the mechanic next-door for the alignment but they would call me when it was done. two days later I received a phone call my car was ready a day early. When I picked up the car never dawned on me that I needed to fact check with Samantha to confirm that the car had been aligned. Last week during scheduled service at my dealership they for my car was out of alignment. I called Caliber and spoke with James believing I was going to inform him about poor workmanship at their preferred mechanic. However James informed me that the alignment was never done on my vehicle and that USAA did not approve it. Who dropped the ball here? More than one staff member at Caliber. While I was driving on the freeway, the car in front of mine had a blowout tire. The tire hit the left side of my car and cracked my resonator, tore off my fender liner, chipped my paint, and tore off the plastic piece underneath my car. When I took my car in here, they gave me a quote of $1,700. I was blown away because the damage wasn't that bad. *all the 5 star reviews on here must be insurance related, because I was paying out of pocket and this company was robbing me. We have ALWAYS been pleased w/ the staff and work at Caliber. They gave such fair estimates for damage to my car last year when I was rear ended. Fixed it up beautifully. Fixed my left rear door after someone backed into it w/ their great big truck this past April. They also did very well w/ the guy who backed into my car and he was difficult to deal with. I am a 73 year old woman living on social security. For over a year I've had a fender in need of repair. I was told then that the only solution was to replace the fender at a cost of over $1300.00. Three days ago, I went to Caliber Collision to get a current estimate of costs. I talked to their service advisor, James Marsh, and jokingly asked if they could fix it with super glue. He looked at the fender and said he could take care of it if I had about 10 minutes to wait. In 10 minutes, he was back with my car and told me it could now go through an automatic car wash without losing the fender. My wife is becoming a regular at Caliber (not her fault). USAA (another great company) recommended Caliber Collision and we couldn't be happier. They are very friendly and always keep us up-to-date through the process. They have a life time warranty on their work and stand by it. They do fine work and were very responsive even when we brought the car back for a tiny nit-picky issue. They also recommended another less expensive company to use when we brought the car in for a non-insurance related scratch/dent. Another time, they offered to give me a ride home when I walked there to see how my wife's car was doing... even offered my dog a doggy treat! How cool is that?
