A month or so late another nail showed up with a very so leak in another tire. Neither can be repaired by tire repair shop because of liability exposure. The paint job wasn't that good either.

I got the price on the cover and I got the price on the whole truck too, and I went with the whole truck price they did an amazing job and a amazing price. They out did their self and they repaired things that weren't included in the quote and did not charge me anymore. Repaired 3 dents, gave me new tail lights, and tinted my windows. I was totally amazed when I finally saw my truck. They broke a piece of molding on my inside door latch but they are working on finding the piece to repair it. I will definitely use them for any work in the future and refer everyone that needs body work to PRIME COLLISION. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. I said I'd like it out in the next minute or two he said it's coming it's coming and I thought what are they doing? I sat down and said you know all you had to do was tell me yesterday that you were too busy to take on my vehicle. I would've rescheduled it for another day. He then said well it didn't get busy until after you left most likely, Lie #2. (then why not call me and tell me they won't be able to get to my truck that day.) I said good customer the customer update on what's happening if it seems to be taking longer than normal. He said well you don't sit in this chair and know what I do all day. I said yes I do, I was a waitress all of my life. Customer service is my life. You need to learn more!He said I've worked on your friend's car many times he has not had a problem with us. I called him, and he is fine with not being called about his vehicle. I said no you did not call him! I called him last night and he said you had not called him, Lie #3. You are lying! My car was in need of an oil change and I really wanted to give my business to this town. I called to see if they would do an oil change and they do indeed, on a drop off only, no appointment needed. I was able to drop my car off shortly after they opened Tuesday and they performed the service between other jobs in house. Now my car is no longer yelling at me to change the oil, lol. The price I paid was very comparable to the chain stores, so I am very happy I came here instead. Once my car was done, I was able to walk back over and pick her up. I would highly recommed using M&M Auto for all your car care needs!

I hired Every Inch RV to do a full inspection after I looked at their website. Scott responded quickly, and we arranged for the inspection the following week. I cannot stress enough how thorough Scott is, not just with the inspection, but with instructions for the necessary paperwork, and the checklist for the dealer, as the inspection was to happen at the dealer's lot. Scott and Holly were there about 8 hours, doing an amazing job. I drove down to talk to them in person, and they generously took time to talk to me and show me what they found. They were so extremely warm and friendly they felt like family, and I hugged them when I left. Scott and Holly are both extremely detail oriented. They showed me things I never would have noticed. The final report included details and suggestions on every finding, with lots of photos. The report was organized into sections for Safety Issues, Major Issues, Minor Issues, and Suggestions. Very helpful. We have been in contact since the inspection, with questions I had. Scott has been generous with his time and advice. Great customer service!
