We called a few different places we found on Yelp, and Robert himself actually picked up of our call. It was so refreshing to actually talk to a PERSON, and not an answering service. He patiently listened to me ramble and eased my mind that we could get it fixed. He had me send over a quick picture of our electric panel and he got me on the calendar!! He was out here the very next morning and fixed the problem with ease. Robert was very professional and transparent through the whole process. He explained to us what happened, and how he fixed it and he didn't just try and to do a sloppy repair and leave, he made sure to check through all the bathrooms to make sure there was not any additional issues. He told us about the price over the phone so we were aware of the price before he came and honored that price. A few weeks ago I had Brutinel come out and fix a plugged line on a mobile home. Ended up taking…read morethree appointments. They said first that the sewage under the MH needed to be pumped out before they would go under the home. I called a pumping company who came out 12 hours later and said there was no sewage to pump and everything was dry. Brutinel came out again the next day with TWO plumbers and fixed the plug. The price? Just over $1,000, including over $100 in materials. They said that they needed someone in the unit to turn on and off the faucets while the apprentice(!) went under the trailer and fixed the leak. I told them I could do that for less than the $200/hr they were paid (excluding the time it took me to coordinate this fiasco). They refused to reduce the price. Then I asked for a detailed breakdown of the parts that cost so much. They came back and said that it should have been only $14 - they had "made a mistake." Well, my mistake was using them at all. After about 6 years of using them for everything from changing out a light pole to fixing all kinds of electrical and plumbing problems, we've moved on.

When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear.
