I took my stuff to these guys because everyone in the area said they are the ones more capable to help my needs. I had some serious issues I couldn't get my rear wheel to not stop being wobbly. Need a new hub, well at least we all thought. But they took the time and actually helped me for a great budget price. We ended up having to track down a rear axle for a trailer and they took the time found one and swapped them out for me. I definitely have to say everything rides so much more smoother then before. I asked around and was recommended to get towed to Midway Diesel LLC as they have reputable reputation of doing good diesel work on trucks and trailers. So Midway Diesel it was, my rig was towed there, where they immediately started the removal of my old transmission. I decided to go with a brand new Weller Factory Rebuilt Transmission. When the new transmission arrived the shop immediately got at the installation. This shop is a family run business that has been around for over 26 years and the shop owner and his son are two amazing professionals. This place is shop has a very knowledgeable front desk man that really keeps the place organized. They have a crew of "top" tier well experienced mechanics all of who are experienced in their own section of trucking mechanics. While waiting for my repair/installation I noticed just how uniquely specialized each tech was, not only did they take "complete" care of my truck but I saw how their professional staff of mechanics were able to fix and repair every part of a variety of different trailer issues as well. After the work was all completed, I drove off and I immediately noticed that my truch has never ran so good before. I mean it's as smooth if not smoother than any brand new truck I've ever driven, it seriously is. I'm in complete awe of just how "good" my truck scoots down the road. Midway Diesel LLC did an amazing job on my truck "wow". In short if you have a problem with your truck or trailer, this is definitely the place to take your truck and trailer to. My route has me passing by Midway Diesel as I'm going into Phoenix and as I'm heading out of Phoenix, so they will be my go to Diesel shop for all my truck and trailer needs. Not only did they fail to solve the problem, but they also took advantage of me. They threatened to keep my truck in their parking lot until I paid, even though they hadn't fixed it properly. I strongly advise against going to Tucson Truck Repair and Towing for repairs. They don't know what they're doing, and they treat their customers unfairly. They were dispatched by my insurance company to pick my car up at another towing/storage yard and transport to the repair shop. I received several text messages regarding their ETA being within 30 minutes and then nothing. I called my repair shop to confirm they had my car and was informed that it had not been dropped off yet. I then contacted Knight towing and was told that they did not receive the required paperwork for release of the car so they cancelled the order. No call. No update. And naturally it was a Friday, the lot storing my car closed at 4:30 and did not reopen until Monday. I contacted my insurance company and made sure that they submitted all the required paperwork and we were ready for pickup on Monday. Monday comes around and I again received text messages confirming that Knight towing had been dispatched and was on their way. Again crickets...and this happened twice that day. Both times I contacted them they said that the order had been cancelled due to missing paperwork but no attempt was made on their end to get the paperwork. I again spoke to my insurance company and re-confirmed that they had everything they needed for now, a Tuesday pickup. Tuesday comes and goes the same as Monday. Only this time when I called to see why they failed to pick up my car the woman on the phone said that they never had an order for my vehicle and had never heard my name. This was the final straw...this time I called the company that my insurance company uses to assign towing services and talked to a lovely woman who was very understanding and willing to help me. I requested that literally any company other than Knight be dispatched and she was able to make that happen. She was also able to confirm that the company had access to all required paperwork in order to pick up my car. And guess what!?! They picked up my car this morning and had it to the repair shop by 10 am. In conclusion, never call Knight Towing for fast or reliable service. Take your money elsewhere.
