I'd give them ten stars if I could! They rescued me from a bad mud hole in a dirt road at night that my AAA wouldn't cover. They were professional, quick, and efficient. Their dispatcher worked with me to get my location figured out (I was out in the boonies and I am not good with tech things on the cell phone). They found me, took charge and had me out in a jiffy. Last Sunday, I had a difficult time reaching a company who could come and tow my motor home same day. Thankfully, Knight Towing came out to rescue my broken down RV in Mesa, AZ that morning. The operator, Grady, was cordial & knowledgeable. He climbed under the RV and determined the problem was a locked up hydraulic/electric 4 wheel automatic brake system. If he had the parts, he would probably have fixed it. After mechanically freeing up the locked up wheels he towed it to the shop in Chandler where I was going to have it repaired. Unfortunately Geico sent Knight towing to me with fuel!!! The driver accidentally spilled it in my garage! I woke uo in the middle of the night and the gas odor is potent in my house!!! My dog has picked up Bordetella from taking her to a doggy day care! She is having difficulty breathing more so now.. Owner was way to busy to take the call! Seriously amazing!! My car broke down on the side of the I-10 at night. Stranded in an unfamiliar place traveling as a single female (as my car was rocked back and forth from the wind and the passing semi's), I was terrified. Completed City Tow's 8-hr unfinished tow from the day before. Impressive, professional and print. It took some mad skills to get my truck through the front gate and to the front door, but he did not break a sweat. I don't know if he was out of the Knight Towing, LLC in Maricopa or Casa Grande, but I should have offered a case of beer for that one! I don't think just anyone could of accomplished that one. My employee car had a flat tire and I called AAA to come out and change it. The guy that came out was named Junior(JR) and he was on time and very professional. He also did not do anything with out asking me if it was ok to do so. He had the tire changed in five minutes and was done. I recommend that he get a raise immediately. I was towed by Ray about a week ago and could not that him enough for going above and beyond for me. He turned a very unpleasant situation into a much simpler one. He drove me to the shop I was leaving my car at and knew I was waiting alone for a ride (past 6pm) so he offered to stay the 10 minutes it took my ride to get there. A small gesture, but I know that is not required of him by any means. He got to me about 50 minutes earlier than my estimate was too! Great service. read more

Knights towing gave us a horrible run around about our vehicle. My husband was in an accident heading to Texas and wrecked his car right where the 10 freeway begins. He got a ride and waiting for help. When he arrived this company had towed our car, which we understand. We tried calling several times and received unwilling help on the other line. We stayed over in the city because we were told they wouldn't help us until 8am. We arrived at 8am sharp and we're told to wait until another person arrived shortly, she was running late.well she finally arrived over an hour late to assist us in signing a release for our insurance to pick up the car. I was connected to this company via triple a to tow my truck to a repair shop two miles from my house. They were over 2 hours late for no explained reason and did not answer any calls from either me or triple a nor did they explain the delay upon arrival. The driver left his lightbar on my hood which he didn't take with him and stained the hood with mud and grease. He also hooked his towing chains To my D- rings on my trailer hitch which he decided to take with him along with the wiring for my trailer hitch(effectively taking advantage of COVID protocols that you cannot ride in the cab with the driver to the repair facility). I am a commercial truck driver who rigorously inspects my personal truck every single day as much as I do my tractor trailers so I know neither of these were missing prior but either way the overall service and interaction was poor, I would rather Pay full price for towing than get stolen from read more

They deserve zero stars.. two days in a row had to deal with this tow company took 6 hours the first day to get the car towed..now today someone comes to tow and gets an emergency call the second he gets here and leaves us sitting for an undetermined amount of time in 118 degree heat.. the lady who answers the phone lacks customer service skills, screaming at her kids in the background and when I asked how sitting out in 118 degree heat doesn't qualify as an emergency .. she got hateful charged my daughter's card for the tow and then canceled our tow.. still charging us for the tow!!very unprofessional and will not recommend this tow company to anyone!!! I had to have a tow from Casa Grande to Phoenix. As most of the reviews on here my driver came well before my estimated time of arrival. There was no trouble with paperwork or payment through my insurance. David was very helpful, upbeat, and professional. He never made me feel like my long distance tow was a bother to him. The tow truck was in good condition and clean and had ice cold AC! My car was very secure on the bed and David worked very efficiently in both loading and unloading it. I hope i am never in need of a two again so far from home, but I will def recommend Knight to ppl I know in casa grande area or those traveling through. read more

The owner/manager of this facility is extremely rude. This is a company that is contracted through my insurance company and instead of being apologetic about the fact that they cannot stick to their estimated time of arrival, she (manager/owner Jessica) would rather give excuses, talk over me and tell me she is cancelling my order. Told me to continue to wait another 90 minutes! This woman does not know whether I am waiting in heat or not. To talk to someone like that is unacceptable. When she finally did decide to apologize she was full of excuses as well. In closing I would not give these people your business. I have never in my life encountered and experienced a more unprofessional, ignorant, distasteful and incompetent business and owner. I had to pay to get my car out of her facility and when I asked her the price right away when I got there it was much higher than I originally had been told. When I asked her the reason she began to tell me she could always make it more and continued to yell at me and tell me I could wait outside and to get out of her office with my attitude.. the door was then shut in my face by another employee.. when I returned a few hours later with the paperwork and cash and we completed the transaction I asked if their company take photographs prior to towing.. she answered and wanted a reason why when I simply said just a question she proceeded to tell me if I wanted to keep up my attitude I could call the taxi service back that just dropped me off and come back and get my car at 5.. after I had already paid her and completed the transaction. I was preparing to call a police officer to assist in the rightful return as registered owner of the vehicle that this nasty women was refusing to release. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and it's unfortunate this is the only tow company in Maricopa. She should not have a business and I will await the closing of this awful incompetent place. read more
