I was going to get it fixed at didn't respond until the next morning so I called ANR towing and spoke with the owner directly and he said he was on the way to pick up my car that he would be there, within 30 minutes. he calls me not too long and says he's 15 minutes away three hours later he doesn't show up. I call his phone. He doesn't answer so I called his dispatch. They send another driver named Scott out to my house. Mind you I was quoted 220 for my vehicle to be picked up at my home and brought to a shop in Apache Junction. The shop that the vehicle was supposed to be brought to said they would call me when they get there. Three hours later the shop is about to close in. My car is still not there. I tried calling the owner multiple times with no response. At this point, my vehicle is nowhere to be found and no one is answering so I texted the owners phone and I told him that I paid you guys to bring my car from my house to the shop and it should've taken an hour hour and a half max. No one responded to me or if my vehicle wasn't in the next 20 minutes, I would report it stolen. Not even five minutes later the owner calls my cell phone saying he's outside of my house. He doesn't want to bring my car to the shop. I asked him I said where have you been with Car for three hours? He said I was taking it. I said I never even gave my car to you. I gave my car to Scott. The owner then started to scream at me gave me back my key and told me he doesn't want my business.. I told him I paid him to pick up my car from my house and bring it to the shop. I didn't know where my vehicle was for those three hours. He still had no explanation for me and continue to scream at me. He got in his truck and left quickly. I said I was gonna make a police report for what occurred. Sorry for the miscommunication I was explaining to him. It was a miscommunication. You didn't communicate at all and you took my car from my house. Dropped it off at your shop for three hours so you could ride around Maricopa and get more business. And now the shop is closed so they can't even start on my car today. All the owner had to do was simply say I'm sorry for not doing what I said. I was gonna do. I'll bring your vehicle now. He has no accountability and he can't even acknowledge if he made a mistake. He chose to do what he did over and over and over again he chose to have poor customer service. He chose to not communicate with me. I made it very clear when my car was picked up by Scott that I need my car straight to the shop in Apache Junction because I have no transportation and they were going to start on it today. The owner is very disrespectful has no accountability. He is a scammer. He advertises a service that he does not provide. He quoted me a price, and then when someone else was at my doorstep, he would not honor the price that he gave me. You don't lie to people to get customers because that's just as quickly as you lose lose them. He then, at the end of everything had the nerve to tell me I didn't have patience mind you he was supposed to have my car picked up at 11 something in the morning and brought over to the shop so the latest my car should've been at the shop was 2 PM. It is now 5:38 PM. Shops are closed and I now have to wait till the next day to figure out a tow and a shop to bring it to. I was patient He ignored me for hours said nothing, and then when I finally got fed up without knowing where my vehicle was for three hours that was his response. Do not do business. It is not reputable. They do not honor the prices they give. They will switch the price at the front door and they will definitely scream at a pregnant woman in front of her children.

Going the extra mile…read more On a recent trip along Mobile road near Maricopa my trucks driver side front tire broke loose. Thankfully I did not lose control and was able to pull off to the side of the road. I asked my son to call around in search of a tow truck that would be able to assist. He contacted Wreck-A-Mended Towing and Brian was soon on his way. When Brian arrived he got the truck up on the flatbed and mentioned a few options to get my vehicle back on the road. Brian was able to provide me with an exact cost for parts and labor and once the pieces came in he was done within a couple days. The day he called me and told me my truck was ready I drove it home in optimum condition. He along with Angel in the office did a great job! I can point to at least 7 "extra miles" Brian went along side with me but my thank you note needed to be short.
