Being somewhat new to the state (only one year) I have to establish new connections and do some research for efficient and quality automotive repair shops. Have done most of my own work on my vehicles (pre 1965) for decades with a few later ones. My current 2016 GMC needed a front end alignment and I took it here based on recommendations from folks in Florence. I thank them for that. The folks at the shop are very responsive efficient and fair in pricing. I inquired about additional work that I'd like to have done in the future, they said that they can handle it they've done it before etc. etc. I will be back later in the year to have that additional work done. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! Never EVER bring your car here unless you enjoy getting the run around. My car has been sitting in the shop for two weeks. No one called and let me know anything. If they had told me that they cannot get the parts delivered for two weeks, I would have simply taken the car somewhere else. I called two Toyota dealers and was told that they both had the parts in stock. I would have gladly paid more to have my car fixed in a timely manner. Completely horrible customer service. read more

I don't expect too much from mechanics. The prices are fair but I never am explained what they are doing in a way that makes sense to me.. which I feel is vital to the quality of a mechanic shop. Unfortunately what drives me crazy is the amount of time it takes. No work is ever done quickly and most of the time while tire changes or oil changes it always took much too long and longer than I was told. They are also very rude and make me wait at least 15 min to pay after they finish even if people are simply waiting in line.. they really need to learn to prioritize their time management. I bought 4 used tires to get me through the holidays till I buy new and after leaving the shop (hour and half wait) I went straight home. Headed to work the next morning feeling pretty secure I have a flat!!! So I have my sister take it back and they found 2 nails. No way! It had to be that way when they put it on cause how I am I gonna drive the same route every day and all of the sudden a year later pick up 2 nails!! They patched it of course under warranty however I don't trust them and will never go back. When I buy my new ones I'll definitely go to a more trusted place. Not to mention the two tires my sister bought from them had the same exact problem I found out later. The reason she wanted me to go elsewhere to begin with. I should have listened! Had our King ranch SUV in this shop a few months back over the summer. It sat there for at least a month. That in itself was frustrating but we wanted to give them a chance. Finally got it out when we realized there was a screeching noise in our tires Everytime we drove & if was just off balance. So we parked it and didn't drive it much until we could take it to ANOTHER shop who might actually fix it. Finally got some money to have it looked at. AGAIN. Took it to tire pros and turns out tire factory stripped our back tires. So NOW we have to buy new rims. read more

The Tire Factory saved me when I had an emergency and needed 1 new tire; which turned out to be 4 new tires instead... They could have price gouged me since I was in a pinch, but didn't. Instead they quickly gave me a quote for new tires at cost - I did verify the cost of these tires and there was no real markup. Only reason why I give them 4 stars and not 5 would be that the shop does seem a bit unorganized and chaotic, and also they almost put a different sized set of tires on the back of my all wheel drive car (Note: Different sized tires on an all wheel drive car is a really really bad idea...) read more

Was way over due for an oil change and was in town visiting my sister who said great things about this place so I figured why not. Brought my car in at noon and it was finished in an hour even though they close early on Saturday. They could have easily turned me away! Great customer service by everyone who came in and out of the office. They even checked out my brakes for me when I mentioned something was squeaking. Been bringing our vehicles here for 10 years but never again. Last year during covid I brought my SUV in for AC problems, we've been going here for 10 years so I trust them to do a good job and do it quick. They had my car for over a week before even looking at it. When I got it back it wasn't even fixed right and I ended up taking it somewhere else and spending more money. I gave them the benefit of the doubt though that is was just a bad time and a fluke. So when my car started having issues again last week I brought it in to Tire Factory, they had it for 3 days and again had not even looked at it, also when I would call I was brushed off and treated with disrespect. So we picked it up and I'll take it somewhere that actually cares about getting me taken care of. I was in need of emergency brake service. Took Jeep into shop and explained my situation to Jeremy Yeoman. The Gentleman had my car checked part ordered and installed later that day. I think the quality of work they do here has gone down hill over the years there was a time I would have given them four stars. I have never experienced them directly lying like other reviews but on the phone they say they can do things they tell you they can't after looking at it. They told be to wait four days to bring it in, said they had no record of that and they were booked but would work on it when they could. They wanted to know who I talked to and the price they quoted me and if I had written proof of it because it sounded wrong and they didn't want to honor it. It took them a week to do less than half of what I asked them to. The work I had them do on my taillights I had to pay another shop to re-do the piss poor job they did after leaving later that day. If you need 5th wheel work done I would suggest http://www.professionaltrailerrepair.com instead, much more experienced and did the job right. They are farther away in Tucson but worth it read more

My son was referred to The Tire Factory in Coolidge,Az. The worst service EVER! He just took his truck out of there after 2 Months of it sitting there. No work done on it. None. On August 22 I took my 2001 Hyundai XG300 into the tire center to have the ABS/TCS worked on. They told me it was the ABS pump and the right wheel speed sensor. 3 weeks and $1358 dollars later I was told it was ready. I picked my car up as they were closing that Saturday. As I headed down the road I discovered that I didn't have any breaks and the ABS/TCS light had come back on. I got the car pulled into the Shoppe's IGA and I called them and got no answer. Monday morning I was at there shop returning the vehicle to be repaired. My vehicle was there for over two weeks and they called me again to pick it up. This time I made it back to my house before the ABS/TCS light came on. I sheduled my car to be taken back in the 3rd time Monday morning 10/9/2017. I drove past the shop 3 times that day and my vehicle sat where I parked it and was still there at 4:30 pm when I drove by. Tuesday morning I went into the shop. It was sitting in the bay, but it didn't appear anyone was working on it. Wednesday I went by the shop and was told it would be ready today or tomorrow and they would call me. I received no phone call Wednesday and Thursday I went back to the shop. My vehicle was parked across the street. It isn't ready. The vehicle was left unlocked with the keys in the ignition. As I was checking the vehicle it appears as nothing has been done. I advised there employee that came out that I would be back and I would be picking the vehicle up this evening before they close. I plan to take it immediately to another shop to have it looked at if I can pick it up today. I am very dissatisfied in the service. My vehicle has been broken now for over 7 weeks. I have paid over $1700 for a rental car during this time. I could have brought a new car by now. I would not recommend taking a vehicle to them for other than minor service. read more

The Tire Factory took great care of me and my car twice in the past few months. The first time, they fixed my passenger window when it got stuck and didn't roll up any more. I called to say that I was running late and someone stayed at the shop until I got there to drop it off. The second time, the engine kept stalling. They were able to diagnose several issues and patiently fixed each one until it worked perfectly. One of the issues was a bad fuel pump, which had been installed recently by another shop. Loren found that it was still under warranty and was able to get reimbursement. This is a super highly recommended shop, which is probably why they are so busy! read more
