Unfortunately their mechanic must have forgotten propping up the hood and when they attempted to shut it some damage was done. I went back and spoke with the owner who assured me they didnt do this damage and would look at the video records to prove it. I told the owner thats great. Well they never called me back to let me know what the video contained so I have little recourse except to let others know that this shop may have issues with personal accountability and responsibility. Mike and his wife, Stormy, are ethical and knowledgeable people. they make good on their warrantees as well. i have been going to them for at least five years now and recommend them without reservation. my mom depends on them as well, instead of a local dealership who charges a fortune.
