Doug did the leg work and contacted the insurance and arranged the claim, work order and repair date. He is also a gun guy to talk to on the phone. Luis PAC was the technician that came out. He came early in the time frame and told me he needed 45 minutes to do the repair. Luis finished the job under the time and made sure it was perfect. The manager John said " the tech spaced out and forgot to call me". I asked if the chip spread were they going to replace my windsheild. I was told they are a mobile company and they cannot control if the scheduled appointments run over. Very poor customer service. I am calling my car insurance company for a different company.
