Cliff and Janna are just amazing at what they do. Both so knowledgeable, always helping in any way they can. Every time my 2011 Honda Pilot needed work, Janna got me an appointment so quick and so fast and Cliff would work on my car and have it available to me in a timely manner. Unfortunately for me, my Honda Pilot needed a lot of work done. Work that would cost more than she was valued. Cliff and Janna worked with me and let me store my car at their shop until I could finally figure out my situation and get my car towed away. They could have charged me a storage fee but they didn't. (not that I'm saying to take advantage but just know they work with you as long as you work with them and are honest.) And for that, and all they've done to try and help me, I will forever be grateful and continue taking (when I do have a car again lol) my car to their shop. I hired Every Inch RV to do a full inspection after I looked at their website. Scott responded quickly, and we arranged for the inspection the following week. I cannot stress enough how thorough Scott is, not just with the inspection, but with instructions for the necessary paperwork, and the checklist for the dealer, as the inspection was to happen at the dealer's lot. Scott and Holly were there about 8 hours, doing an amazing job. I drove down to talk to them in person, and they generously took time to talk to me and show me what they found. They were so extremely warm and friendly they felt like family, and I hugged them when I left. Scott and Holly are both extremely detail oriented. They showed me things I never would have noticed. The final report included details and suggestions on every finding, with lots of photos. The report was organized into sections for Safety Issues, Major Issues, Minor Issues, and Suggestions. Very helpful. We have been in contact since the inspection, with questions I had. Scott has been generous with his time and advice. Great customer service! From the moment I arrived, I experienced more grace, courtesy, and honesty than almost any place of business I've visited; nevertheless, any other auto place. There was a troubling, high-pitched chirping sound coming from the hood of my car. First, I went to Triple A, and they charged me over $100 just for a simple sound check and then quoted me $5,000 for "necessary repairs." Thankfully, my friend told me about Faithworks. I drove over 40 minutes the next day, and when I arrived, the owners greeted me and answered all my questions. They quickly identified my car's problems (needed new strut assemblies and suspension control arms), quoted me a much fairer price and broke down the individual charges, which I happily accepted. With no ride back, I asked if I could stay until repairs finished, and they said yes. The owner, Samuel, made sure I was comfortable and even offered me food. Since the repairs took longer than expected, they gave me a discount and the option to use their company vehicle until the next day. I was overwhelmed with their kindness. In the end, I left with my car in great shape, the chirping sound gone, and they even ordered me a new key fob free of charge! When I dropped off my vehicle the odometer read 68,900 miles; on pickup the reading was 68,914 miles. The only reason for these 14 miles can be: they used my car to go to the parts house for other cars. We just took our granddaughter's Honda Odyssey to Big O, her car took the same synthetic oil as my vehicle, they charged us $62.00 My only hope when dropping off your car make sure they know your mileage and never authorize work without knowing pricing.
