We bought a used Tiffin with a door latch that was tricky to open, so we asked Norris RV to order and install a new latch. The result was that they installed a new latch that is nearly impossible to open from the outside. My husband is able to muscle it open, but I am not able to open it to all. Adding insult to injury, they charged us over $400! They didn't remedy our RV problem; they made it worse. read more

During Country Thunder a friend of mine brought a fifth wheel down from northern NM which he was needing some parts for (tip: check your equipment out before going on the trip) so I called this place up and was told that they had a generator adapter kit in stock as well as a water drain plug tip that would work. They seem like small things but without them we would have had no electricity and the water was draining out as soon as the pump was turned on, so pretty vital. It was great being able to find these parts so easily without driving to every Ace Hardware and Home Depot in a 50 mile radius! read more

Ordered a part and the person who took the order said they will call me once it arrived. Got a call several days later and said the part is in. I confirmed the part with its manufacturer name and part number, and they replied that is what they got. When I arrived to pick it up, they said they don't have it. What a waste of time to drive 40 minutes to their store. As I was pointing our my frustration. one of the staff even suggested that I go to another store to shop. Instead of being apologetic of their incompetence, they were even rude! I had purchased numerous items from this store and had some work done on my RV. Never anymore! I have had trouble for several months with starting the Onan 4 KW generator in my older motorhome. Had good service at Norris in the past so I took it to to them. They did a diagnosis, called me with the results and an estimate for the repairs. They did some "shopping around" and found me a carburetor for a lot less than the catalog price, saved me about $400! I had to wait a couple extra days to get the cheaper part but well worth the wait. Picked up a few accessories while I was there too. The front desk staff and Rob in Service are friendly. read more

I had an urgent situation with my motorhome. My cabin doorlock broke with the door closed. I contacted Norris RV. They said they were booked solid, not unusual given the locale and time of year, but said if I came by they would see if they had my part in stock. When I got there, not only did they have my part, they were able to replace it in my unit. Got me back on the road in about 45 minutes. Everyone very friendly and professional. read more

I am a new RV owner. I bought an older RV that needs some repairs. First concern was a propane leak. I called and spoke to Rob. When I told him the problem he said let me call you back and see what I can do. He had A tech Frank come out to my RV shortly after and he did an amazing job. He explained things to me as he did them. He answered all my questions and even went around and showed me about some important things I need to know about the different systems. Before he left he made sure all my concerns were handled. I can't say enough about this place. It feels like a mom and pop kind of place and I love keeping money in my community. I was told if I have any issues on the road or when parked here in Casa Grande to call them and they will do there best to walk me through issues. They will get all my RV business. I like that they are honest. They tell you right up front how much the service call is and as they go what you are looking at. And that is important to me. Being a single woman in a mans world it is imperative I get that out of the people I do business with. Otherwise I take my money somewhere else. 5 stars for Norris RV. read more

Twice now, we have had emergencies with our RV. First time, the refrigerator quit working. Today, the air wasn't flowing through our AC system. Norris came out to our RV both times within a half hour and fix both problems. They could have said we needed new units, but Marcus quickly fixed both issues and the prices were great. I highly recommend them. read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made my appointment Feb 20th upon the recommendation of other RV owners and asked Norris at least twice, if they had worked on Dexter Nev-R-Lube 7200lb axles. When they said "yes" and stated that it was the one with the 50mm sealed bearing, I thought I had a winner and we discussed my issues. This axle is very unique and expensive to repair. I had my entire brakes down to the spindles replaced in Jan '16 so they only had 3 winter trips on them maybe 20,000 miles. I took my 5th wheel to my appointment on March 15th to check my brakes and fix as necessary. They thought the bearings were leaking and needed to be replaced, I immediately called Dexter Warranty and Service Department (for warranty coverage) and they explained that the Lippert seals are supposed to "weep" to keep the seals moist. Since there was no grease inside the drums (per Dexter's explanation) I told Norris we'd reuse the drums. I think Norris took my call to Dexter as an affront to their expertise. I left with the understanding that they were going to order entire new brake assemblies. I called at noon to see if they had found them and ask the size. They said they were having major problems finding them and said they were "looking outside the country", alarm bells started going off. I called back late Friday and was told by "Butch" they ordered the brakes, when I asked about the size, first he couldn't find the information and I was told for about the 6th time how busy they were and they would have to "fit me in". He rambled off that they were 3 3/8 inches wide. I said that was not the correct size, my owner's information and on line checks said they were 12 1/4" x 2 1/2" wide. He said Dexter told him that 3 3/8" was the correct size. I tried to tell him again that the size was wrong. He fired back that he "was not going to argue with me", I told him again the size was wrong and hung up. After much research on line, pictures of my axle labels and calls to Dexter and 4 suppliers, I was convinced that 2 1/2" was correct and Jim @ Dexter point blank stated that my drums would not fit over 3 3/8" shoes. I returned to Norris Monday March 18th with my documentation and computer with my axle pictures, and exploded views of my 7200lb brake assemblies. I asked and they confirmed they ordered 3 3/8" assemblies. I told them they were the wrong ones. Then the testosterone started to fly, the supervisory employee became very defensive, they asked me who I talked to, so I told them. They totally refused to look at my computer and got very aggressive in defending their wrong order like it was my fault the order was placed and the parts were on the way. Then they told me that the "expert" had ordered the parts and he "knew" that they were 3 3/8". The mysterious expert was subsequently identified as the owner who breezed into the area a couple of times never addressing me. The supervisor then told me that they couldn't work on my trailer until April 1, I had to leave by 3/29, It is my opinion that they are overbooking their appointments and I felt that they should honor my appointment date. The supervisor became rude and said "are you done talking" he told me that they had "slots" to work on units like mine, so I asked are you putting people in front of me that made appoints later? He didn't deny it. At that point the "expert" told the supervisor to tell me that I could take my business elsewhere. I told him I'd do them myself and I'd be back with the old 2 1/2" shoes for him. Since I carry a spare drum, I subsequently measured the depth of the drum and removed a tire from my trailer to ensure that the drum numbers matched, they did. The old drum is 2 1/2" deep. read more

We just arrived yesterday (Sunday) to Casa Grande. As we left Quartzsite, AZ I noticed my taillight in our towed vehicle was malfunctioning and decided to wait till we got here to get it fixed. On our way back from the golf course we swung by Norris RV just to discuss my problem. Were we lucky to find Mike, one of their techs at the service desk. I described my problem with him and he checked with his boss to see if he could take a look at my connector and got his approval. I was lucky to have my towing connector pig tail with me and in short time he found the problem and fixed and tested it. It was a wire that had come loose. Mike was so pleasant and knowledgeable about my issue that I had to write and commend him and the staff at Norris RV. It's not often that a person can drop in like I did and get the courteous care that this company provides. I highly recommend this company. read more
