He's at the front desk, in the service area and always on the ball making sure that servicing is done correctly and in a timely manner. I particularly appreciate the fact that he kept us informed throughout the process on both of our visits. He helped us when we bought a used car a few years ago; so when we needed a new battery we made an appointment to do that, have an oil change, tires rotated, fuel/cooling systems flushed and air conditioner serviced. He even came to where we were stranded to jump start our car (not a service normally provided, so was very much appreciated). He sets a very positive tone for the whole shop which makes what could otherwise be tedious, very pleasant. They have a nice waiting area with a view of the shop, along with coffee, water, donuts, fruit, TV and WiFi. Products and services were reasonably priced--the battery cost what we would have paid at an auto parts store and they installed it for $25. Other services seemed reasonably priced as well. If we need automotive service in the future, we'll call Eduardo at Big O Tires.
