Iron Bull Bumpers delivered a quality bumper that mounted up and fit perfectly the first time with zero modifications. And they got it to me in about 3 weeks. And as for those who want to bring politics into the equation, I don't have to agree or disagree with the owner to appreciate the quality of his workmanship. At the end of the day we're all Americans. And as Americans we should be doing more to support one another in these troubled times, not try to tear someone down because of who we think they should have voted for. Nearly 16 weeks later the bumper was not even ready to ship. Would not respond to repeated calls. I canceled the order for failure to deliver the product as agreed in the sales contract. After I canceled the order they called twice. They left a message that the bumper was ready. Most likely a lie trying to string me along even further. If it was ready why not ship it out. They don't ship the bumpers out via a truck delivery service. They have their own truck and trailer rig. They hold everyone hostage until the in house delivery rig has a full load. Then they drive around the country delivering the product. If no one is ordering and they can't put together a load you have to wait until enough orders come in to fill the delivery rig. Crazy Look up the address of the company and search for it on Google maps. Google maps shows the picture of the property which looks like a wasteland. No manufacturing facility in site. Iron Bull Bumpers is located at 11484 N Cordell St, Casa Grande, AZ 85194 Do not order anything from them. Look at the reviews on this Yelp page, that gives you an idea on what you will be dealing with. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Those positive reviews are suspect in my opinion.

I have been a loyal customer of DT since 1995 and they have always had stellar service. However for the last few years I have experienced extreme wait times for routine "free" services that are included as a purchasing customer, WITH AN APPOINTMENT! It finally occurred to me, as I sat in the lobby for over an hour and watched the customers coming and going... they are prioritizing New Sales over their "valued" customers because "cha-ching" money talks. So, the "value" of long term customers is just a scam. If someone walks in before your vehicle makes it in the bay and they're planning to drop some dough, you're out of luck, appointment or no appointment. THIS IS DISGUSTING. This is why I am planning to give my business to Costco moving forward. They have better reviews on wait times and they have ONE list, they also make appointments AND if you're an executive member you earn cash back on that purchase. I was not going to write a review, I had planned to just disappear from DT's system, BUT I want people out there to know that you have buying power. The big corporations don't get to push us around for the almighty profit margin anymore. Go find another company that values you and your time. This is the only way we change this corporate abuse.
