Iron Bull Bumpers

Iron Bull Bumpers

In September 2021 my Dodge Ram was involved in an accident and I needed a new bumper quick. Rather…read morethan go with a stock bumper I decided to go with a ranch style bumper with brush guard. The problem? Every last shop I contacted that does this kind of bumper was booked until 2022. But of all of them, Johnny and Iron Bull alone offered me the option to expedite my order for a small fee. The result? Iron Bull Bumpers delivered a quality bumper that mounted up and fit perfectly the first time with zero modifications. And they got it to me in about 3 weeks. And as for those who want to bring politics into the equation, I don't have to agree or disagree with the owner to appreciate the quality of his workmanship. At the end of the day we're all Americans. And as Americans we should be doing more to support one another in these troubled times, not try to tear someone down because of who we think they should have voted for. I am perfectly satisfied with my bumper from Iron Bull Bumpers. And I think you will be too!

Terrible service. Promised the bumper would arrive in 6 - 8 weeks. I paid nearly $2000 upfront in…read moreadvance, all services, shipping, tax and for the bumper itself. Nearly 16 weeks later the bumper was not even ready to ship. Would not respond to repeated calls. I canceled the order for failure to deliver the product as agreed in the sales contract. After I canceled the order they called twice. They left a message that the bumper was ready. Most likely a lie trying to string me along even further. If it was ready why not ship it out. They don't ship the bumpers out via a truck delivery service. They have their own truck and trailer rig. They hold everyone hostage until the in house delivery rig has a full load. Then they drive around the country delivering the product. If no one is ordering and they can't put together a load you have to wait until enough orders come in to fill the delivery rig. Crazy Look up the address of the company and search for it on Google maps. Google maps shows the picture of the property which looks like a wasteland. No manufacturing facility in site. Iron Bull Bumpers is located at 11484 N Cordell St, Casa Grande, AZ 85194 Do not order anything from them. Look at the reviews on this Yelp page, that gives you an idea on what you will be dealing with. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Those positive reviews are suspect in my opinion.

Autozone - Jenn W. showing me how to replace the socket on my Jeep.

I had a great experience thanks to Jen W.! I came in expecting to buy a new 12V battery for about…read more$250. Jen noticed that my old battery was a Duralast that I had purchased from AutoZone a few years ago and realized it was still under warranty. I had completely forgotten I bought it there, so she saved me a lot of money! She even helped install the replacement battery. Jen was professional, but more importantly, she was genuinely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. You have a real rockstar on your team. Take good care of her!

There ARE still good people in this world…read more.. This evening as my kids and I were riding home, I hear knocking from under the car that didn't sound normal. I pulled over to the Auto Zone in Casa Grande and waited patiently in line praying one of the two workers there could help get the car together so we could get home. One was a GM, young lady maybe my age or younger and the other, a kid maybe late teens. The GM lets me know she will be right with me and I say "Okay" not wanting to look obvious that something was wrong, I smiled. The GM comes back and says "How can I help?" In desperation I say "I'm not from here, I just need to get something to hold my muffler in place so I can get my kids and myself home." She says "I am a mom myself. I think we have something. Let me take a look." She proceeds to check out the muffler and as we were doing that, she notices one of my license plate lights were out and she let me know. (Because why not just add more stuff wrong that needs an immediate fix!‍) I say "I hope someone can help me because I have no idea what I am doing. I called my dad in Cali like he would be able to help." She says "Don't worry about it, I can help you." PRAISE HIM! We then go to the aisle where the muffler clips were and she took her time to check out for the best one to make sure we were safe. She took the piece and went to my muffler (while I held the light) to make sure it would work and was secure! GOD SENT! One problem I thanked her so much and asked if she could also do the power steering fluid as I noticed some groaning on turns. She said sure and wrote my license plate # down. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you must, but I asked what was that for and she let me know she could look up my car by license plate # with their new system. I said thats pretty cool! She grabbed the license plate light bulbs and the power steering fluid and we went outside to put those two in. After we finished the fluid, I grabbed the bottles and proceeded to follow her in to pay. She turns around and says, "This is on me. You get you and your babies home safely." "I said really?! I wanna cry!" And I began to get teary-eyed... because anyone who really knows me knows I am a cry baby! She says, "Don't cry. Just get home safe" and she proceeds to walk in the store as I am still standing there in awe and disbelief that something good happened to me out of this not-so-good situation. Jen, GM at the Auto Zone in Casa Grande...Bless you and your beautiful soul. I am forever grateful I was led into your store this evening and blessed with your kindness and compassion. You went above and beyond for us and to you, it may have been you just doing your job and being yourself. But for me, a single mom of two knucklehead teenagers, working two jobs and at her wits end and damn near breaking point, this was a blessing in disguise and I had to share with the world that there ARE still wonderful people in this world and you are definitely one of them that's for sure! I hope you have many blessings that come your way and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making sure my kids and I returned home safe.

I want to preface by saying that the staff was very congenial. That is why they have two stars…read more I took my vehicle in for an overall inspection. It had an oil leak and the a/c needed Freon. I am an Arizona newbie and wanted to make sure that everything was in tiptop shape. The first bill came in at around $400 and I was ecstatic. But the next day I still had an oil leak and the a/c was marginal at best. I returned to the shop and mentioned that these problems still existed and expressed my disappointment. I reiterated that I wanted a thorough inspection of my 2005 Cadillac De Ville. A different person assessed the vehicle and came up with a new quote. It was. $3k+. I agreed to the repair that included front brakes. $4k later and my engine is idling so rough that it will barely stay running when I start it up. Lucas octane boost has helped a tiny bit. But not enough to clear out the injectors or smooth out the rough idle. I called the shop back and the response was, "Bring it in and we'll give you a cost estimate." Cost estimate?? Are they kidding? $4k should have covered front brakes and a tune up don't you think? Let me conclude by saying my father bought this Caddie brand new and always took brilliant care of it. I inherited it when he passed. It had 56k miles on it when I acquired it a few years ago. I want to take care of it with the same conscientiousness that he did. I've never had such an enormous repair bill in my life and perhaps I could have lived with it if my car ran smoothly. But it doesn't. It's a good thing I can drive a stick because I've had to drive this car slightly pushing the accelerator with my left foot on the brake at red lights just to keep it running. It has always been a lovely, dependable vehicle. I want to hear it running smoothly once again but on a fixed income further financial investment seems crazy and they didn't offer to correct the problem at no charge. In my opinion, $4k should have been enough to cover an inspection, front brakes and a tune up successfully.
