When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75. Took my '14 Coyote in for a dyno tune after I did intake, headers, exhaust, etc. Tiffany was super helpful and communicated very well through the whole process! They knocked it out quickly, did a full blown custom tune (not the copy/paste crap or email in tunes that other places use) and the car drives and feels amazing. Everyone there was super knowledgeable and friendly, and it was well worth the money. When I dropped the block off, I was asked to leave it by the shop door. It sat in that exact spot for over two weeks before I finally received a quote, which I felt was unreasonably high for the work. I understand that shops have minimum charges, but waiting more than two weeks for a quote on a cam bearing replacement--only to receive a price that high--was frustrating. When I picked the block up, it had developed some surface rust because it hadn't been moved the entire time it was there. That said, the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. Because of that, I'd be willing to give them another chance if I needed different work in the future. However, my first experience ended up being a frustrating waste of time.

The Dodge 2500 Turbodiesel with a Banks Exhaust also needed the diesel fuel filter changed but did not have the time to get it all done after packing another vehicle and this truck. ?They were able to fit me in within 2 hours if I provided the parts which I did have. The pressure to be over in San Diego for a meeting by 7:30 the next morning was very high! Toby and his shop did the job very well and was reasonable considering the short time-frame! Thank you Toby!
