These guys & gals are AMAZING!!…read more Justin has a top notch crew that we retained to clean and apply titanium coating to our 2022 Grand Design Momentum 397th, our 2021 RAM 3500 Dually, and our 2021 Goldwing touring motorcycle back in February 2022. His crew spent days taking their time with weather and other appointments to properly fix some of the common issues in our full body paint prior to applying the titanium coating. He even took our motorcycle and RAM to his home to complete the titanium coating on those. Even when a few areas did not look quite right they rebuffed and reapplied the coating until they - and more importantly, we - were satisfied. :-) They went above and beyond our expectations and highly recommend them to anyone. From a simple wash and wax to something a lot more involved with the titanium coating -- you cannot find a better crew. Pricing was spot on as well - especially with having the RV, truck, and motorcycle all coated.

We did not want to drive it until the car's finish was protected as well as get good window tinting for privacy and UV protection. After researching this industry and looking at Tesla's website for recommendations, we choose Bulldog, now RPM. Another factor was the closeness to the Tesla delivery center, literally under 2 miles. I asked for a quote, which Arianna, their accounts/front office specialist provided. She worked well with us to make sure they could accommodate our delivery date and their schedule. We took delivery on a Friday and drove immediately over to RPM. Dropped off the car and briefly went over the scope before heading back to Tucson. The work was going to take a week, which worked out well for us. I was concerned about leaving our car outside, which they assured us it would be inside their facility the whole time. Tesla's have a very good location feature as well as notification when driven. They were true to their word and made sure the car was inside and safe at all times. We had a partial wrap, which consisted of a front bra, hood PPF, rockers and pillars PPF, ceramic coating entire car, all glass tinted. The car was finished on time and Arianna called me on Thursday the following week to let me know. I had a scheduling conflict on Friday, but Kyle (one of the owners) said he would be happy to meet me on Saturday morning to fit my schedule! Got there at 10:00am and Kyle was there waiting for me. We went over the car and all I can say is wow! They did a remarkable job! Everything done to our agreement and expectations! Fast forward 3 months and we too delivery of our second model 3, identical to our first. Wanted to make sure it too was protected, reached out to Arianna. She provided us a discount for returning customers. We also upgraded to a better quality tint for the windshield, but it was a wash with the discount! Once again she accommodated our schedule (Tesla does not provide a delivery date until the last moment). Dropped it off and they hopped right on it. Again they made sure the car was secured in their facility at all times. Once again the work was perfect! I had my windshield replaced due to a crack and had them put on the higher end tint on it. Also had my sunroof's tint replaced with the same material. Again, a great job! It is a 2.5 hour drive each way to their shop for us. Their outstanding customer service and focus made the trips well worth the effort. I will not consider any other detailer for future work! Kyle, Arianna and the rest of their folks at RPM are outstanding!
