Been here for a few of my vehicles. They have reasonable prices, for various package deals; they are very fast, as they have a good crew put together. Pretty much, in and out. I made an appointment for 1pm to get my windows tinted and I had such a great experience! I showed up around 12:30 and my car was serviced right away. I was shown the options for tinting and chose the darkness I wanted. Everyone was super nice and very kind, explaining everything in the process. The whole thing took less than an hour and cost $200; I'm very, very pleased with the results. If you need your windows tinted, I totally recommend trying Prime Window Tinting. read more

I went in today on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment to get tint all the way around on my new vehicle. Everybody there was very nice to me and my vehicle was pulled in immediately to get worked on. I sat in the waiting room they had, it was small but very clean and just nice enough! It literally took 30 minutes from start to finish and $200 later I'm pulling off happy. Had a wonderful experience! I appreciate you guys a ton! read more

What a great place!!! Let me start by saying they responded quickly with a more than reasonable quote. The price was fantastic. Then when I showed up for my appointment, they were actually ready for me. It seems like most places make appointments more to get you in and have no intention of doing the work at that time. But not these guys. They were ready to roll on time. The took less time then we were told to expect- another win! Finally, my car looks awesome!!! The windows came out perfect. We recently purchased a used vehicle just for work and were in need of tinting the windows. The previous tint on the back window was already old and bubbly. I messaged Prime Window Tinting on yelp for a quote and received a quick response. I was able to set up an appt to bring the vehicle in. Upon arriving I was given an estimated time and received a text from the owner when my vehicle was done. Overall, I had a good experience. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when I got home I realized all the scraps from the tint were left in the car, both in the back and front passenger side, instead of being tossed in the trash. read more

I called the day before to make an appointment and then showed up an hour late. I explained and they were very nice about it and able to get me in anyway. After going over the film options and a price that was a little more than the original quote, its okay with me, my fault I think, I chose the best film they had and away they went. Told me an hour or a little more maybe. Well 40 minutes later came and told me it was done, I went and looked at and first glance it was perfect. I liked how it looked. Got in to the truck to leave and saw a defect, asked the owner about it and he took one look at it and said we could probably clean that up but that is not the kind work they want to do and would rather redo it if I had the time. I told him what ever he thought was best. Well they redid it, windows are perfect and I love it. Let them do yours you will be glad you did! read more

They did a great job tinting all 14 window panels in my travel trailer. The 5% ceramic tint looks awesome from the outside and keeps the trailer a lot cooler. Less heat gets through the glass now and the reduction in UV should keep things from fading on the inside. The 5% limo/privacy tint does its job. No bubbles or issues to speak of. They fit me into the schedule quickly, traveled to my location to tint on site, and showed up on time. No complaints and would definitely use them again. read more

I was looking for a shop to tint my windows on an Audi. I checked the reviews and found Prime Window Tint in Casa Grande. It was a bit of a drive from Maricopa and despite local installers here I choose Prime from the stellar reviews. I contacted Jose through Yelp and arranged an appointment. I let Jose know that I would be waiting for the vehicle. The job took about two hours so no big deal waiting as they had hi-speed internet to pass the time. Jose is a very friendly knowledgeable person who was very helpful making the right decision on the tint level. Extremely pleased with the results and the car looks great. Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.
