5 Stars - Stellar service from Manuel at Audio Experts in Mesa!…read more I reached out to Manuel, the owner of Audio Experts, to furnish and install BlackVue front and rear dash cams. He's an absolute top-notch guy -- super friendly, professional, and knows his stuff inside and out. His pricing on materials and labor was super fair, and he got the parts quickly so he could knock out the install fast. What really stood out was his dedication: he drove two hours each way (four hours round trip!) to come to me in Prescott on a Saturday. It started raining as soon as he began heading this way, and he never once complained. He just focused on taking care of me as a customer. The entire installation was quick, and looks very clean and professional with all wires neatly hidden. It turned out exactly how I wanted. If you need car audio, dash cams, or any custom install work done right, Manuel is your guy. He goes way above and beyond. Highly recommend Audio Experts -- thank you again, Manuel!

I have been to their location in Casa Grande before to install dual exhausts. It should have been an easy install however they didn't even have a lift to do the job. So it took most of the day. I had a new stereo installed in my car by someone I knew. The unit was designed specifically for my…read morevehicle and included Bluetooth, GPS, and a backup camera. Unfortunately, after the installation, I discovered that most of it wasn't working correctly. The backup camera wasn't connected at all, and when I reached out for help, the installer stopped responding. At that point, I was out the money I had paid--including a tip--and had to find someone else to fix it before moving across the country. One of the main reasons I purchased this system was for safety during my cross-country drive. Since the Bluetooth phone connection wasn't working, I was forced to hold my phone against my chest under my seatbelt while driving--not safe and certainly not legal. To make matters worse, several installers refused to even look at my Android-based unit. They told me those systems are usually installed incorrectly and rarely work properly. Thankfully, they were wrong. I took my car to Custom Car Concepts, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Mike got me in right away, properly installed the backup camera, and made sure everything else was working exactly as it should. Did I have to pay to have it fixed? Of course. But the price was more than reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. To say I was impressed--and relieved--would be an understatement. This is absolutely the place to go if you need car audio or electronics work done correctly. I can't thank Mike and the team enough for helping me out when I really needed it.

I had purchased the Viofo A229 Pro along with the hardwiring kit, remote and micro SD card from Amazon months ago. We then went out to take a look at the car real quick. I realized that I probably should've got my window tint done before getting the dash cam installed. Oops. He estimated my car would take about 3 hours so I waited in the waiting area. There are two comfy sofas (room for 6 people), a table of snacks and candy, and mini fridge full of water for guests. Coffee/Turkish coffee was offered. He even offered to buy those in the waiting room lunch too! Really nice of him. Bring some reading material or a laptop to watch some shows on. It'll make 3 hours go by quick! John and his team did a really good job on the install! Wires were tucked in. Everything looked great. He took some time to go over the dash cam and the app. Also showed me what options to change on the app settings as well. Front and rear camera are working great! Also, thank you for the gifts from Istanbul!

There are plenty of other places around town willing to charge you an arm-and-a-leg for things you don't need. But, if you're looking for high quality service at a very reasonable price as I was, you have definitely found the right place. Joe and his wife are the two most pleasant people you could ever hope to work with. They listen carefully to the work you want done and/or the electrical problem(s) you need fixed and provide exactly those services. They do not try to convince you to do things you do not need or do not need to pay for like other places do. Joe is experienced and knowledgeable, taking in my 60's era classic car installing a new in-dash Retro Sound radio with two rear under deck speakers and a replacement center speaker. He treated my classic car with kid gloves and I could not have been happier when I went to pick it up. He also took a look at my "oh, by the way my horn does not work" issue and took care of that, too. Joe quoted me a very, very fair price, did not try to upsell me and did the work exactly as I wanted done, plus completed everything in the timeframe he said he would. I will never waste my time and especially not my hard earned money with other shops, rather bring all my electrical work to Stereo Joe.
