Dayton was great to work with and they did a great job installing a new single-DIN JVC unit I bought from Crutchfield. I showed up just to get an estimate on a Sunday afternoon and he squeezed in the job - only took about an hour and a half. He even offered to pick up a Subway sandwich for me while I waited! I would and will go back for any further upgrades - sounds great and he gave me honest answers about speaker upgrades, didn't even suggest I necessarily do anything but leave my existing BA 4x6's - not trying to upsell me. Awesome experience! I called on a Tuesday and spoke to Dayton to get an estimate on getting a LED interior light kit installed with a switch on my Accord Coupe. Dayton was very friendly, professional and helpful. He answered my questions with ease and the best part was, he had room in his schedule, and got me in on Wednesday, the day after I called! My appointment was at 11 and Dayton started on time, which I really appreciated since I waited there while he worked. He did an excellent job and I love how the lights look! After he was done, I asked him about upgrading my amplifier, speakers and subwoofer. Again, he answered my questions and explained things well. I appreciated him taking the time to talk through options. I also appreciated that he understood I didn't want to spend top dollar and was on a budget. I got my tint done here a couple months ago, I do not recommend this place to anyone, I am on the highway with my windows open and i can hear and see my rear window tint just coming off and unsticking... That is very poor quality and installed wrong. never going back here again read more

I want to give these guys a 5 but I can't. As a new business I'm sure they'll get better with customer support, but right now they suck!! During a tint and dashcam install on my car, they misplaced the covering to my rear window wiper (I didn't mention the pieces missing from the inside of the car). When I brought it to their attention they claimed they would replace it. After SEVERAL calls, texts, and providing VIN info, they claimined they were ordering the part from the dealer...nothing. I gave them ample opportunity given that my rear window had to be re-tinted 3 times as well as a side window (causing multiple trips to the business). Bottom line, I thought they were a very nice startup business, but it's those little things like follow-through that will make them. read more
