I had my 2017 Dodge Charger tinted and it was a terrible job. The gaps were extremely noticeable on all the windows. The film was cut incorrectly and it bubbled in a few places. This doesn't show 10 years of experience like advertised. I wanted it done right and they told me if they redid it they couldn't warrantied it because haveing the film actually covering the window is not recommended so I asked for a refund to have it done right. I only choose this place out of convenience and the "10 years experience". I was advised that a service was provided so I wasn't getting a refund, even though it was a shitty tint job. I was never once told about there no refund policy even if I was unhappy with the terrible job and no receipt was given. How would you guys feel if you paid for something and didn't get what you wanted? Im a small business owner as well and I don't take money from my customers when I don't deliver. I have spent a lot of time on this issue. They don't care if they do a crappy job its all about the money. Im highly considering Legal action. It's unacceptable to take my money and not do the job I paid for. I made the mistake of going to someone's home business a small business instead of going to a shop like I always do. I have a brand new 2017 Charger and my windows are terrible. This is an example of why people choose big name and established businesses. If you are looking for a great tint job by a honest business do not select this place. Please invest your time and money into a business that does the right thing.
