My go to spot in town. Usually come by after church on Sunday for a quick wash/vacuum. Usually 3 people hand-wash, dry, & vacuum the car. I like that I'm able to sit inside where they have church like pews to watch some old country music videos. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I get a basic full service wash, which comes out to $27.99 plus $1.00 for suv. Also leave a $5. tip for their hard work. I'm just glad to support a local business and get to relax while my car gets cleaned. read more

I have been going to this car wash for years and never had a problem, the last 2 times I was there they said my car was too dirty..too much dog hair.. I used to have 4 dogs and never had an issue..its a car wash where you take your car when its dirty. I am 66 years old and have taken my car to many car places. Extremely slow. Waited for an hour while watching them focus on vehicles in the minimum/cheapest car wash wheres I paid for the supreme. Especially love the cars where two people are working on it while my car sits still. Also would have liked to been told the cheapest wash equals thorough cleaning just like the supreme I paid for. Watched them vacuum trunks of most of the cars but not mine. Took them less than 30 minutes to do my car. It does not smell good. read more

Never again. The service is awful, and the employees are consistently unfriendly. I've paid for their top priced wash three times, and each time they did a subpar job at best. Today was my last visit, when they used dirty rags to clean the interior of my car. My car reeked of lavander scented sewage as I drove off the lot. This is a bold concept to get customers to come back, but I'm just not understanding it. The dark and dismal aura of the retail area should have been enough warning to stay away. Went to get my car washed today. Absolutely caked in mud from the last weeks of rain. Guy at the carwash was trying to hustle me. Shampoo interior blah blah.... No thanks... and I am deciding on which wash.... He says.... "make up your mind I have work to do".... SAY WHAT! So I got back in my car and told him I would let him get his work done. He's like ... I had the worst customer experience ever. I accidentally pulled into the wrong lane as it was a bit confusing and different than many previous visits. A fellow who I later confirmed to be Roy, the owner came running out waving his arms. I took to mean that I should move over. As I was backing up he started yelling at me and said to drive away and keep going. I somehow really managed to piss him off I guess. He was def having a bad day. Beware. Do not take your Dually diesel truck to this location. They started and moved my truck 4 times and never waited for the coil light indicator to go off. They just kept cranking and cranking and cranking the ignition. When I asked to talk to the manager the girl at the front desk was very reluctant to allow me to speak to him. When I did speak to him he told me we start those trucks all the time and you can just kindly leave go outside he was the rudest man I've ever met in my life. My truck has some kind of greasy film on the outside of it I think they use the same rags that they are all the tires with on my paint. They laid their cleaning bottle on my King Ranch leather seat I now have spots all over my King Ranch leather seats. The manager again threw me out when I tried to show him. I wish I could give this place a zero. Me and my husband have never been treated so poorly at an establishment EVER. Pulled in this weekend said we wanted the $5 special. It was our first time there and the guy said I'll move the cones so you can go out. Me and my husband couldn't figure out why he wanted us to go the wrong way (leave) to get our car washed. I only pass through CasaGrande on a commute daily but I started using the wash and it beats any I have used in my seven years in Arizona- management was very nice and even the waiting area was a small gift shop ! I could have spent more time there my first trip , but my car was better than expected for less than $15 and they even removed a gummy tar like substance that had been on my wheel for months- I and other car washes could not get off ,they said it may damage the wheel ! If I could leave a zero or a - I would. I paid almost 200.00 for a complete detail on my daughters car and they put a baseball size whole in the dashboard. When I talked to them about it the manager was extremely rude. They admitted to breaking it but refused to do anything. All I wanted was him to take 15.00 off the bill so I could order a dashboard cover. It wasn't even that he wouldn't do anything to make it right it was the fact he was screaming at us and was extremely rude. I wish I had read the earlier reviews. When I pulled up to get my car wash the signage is so poorly placed I had no clue about where to put my car, that was the first problem. Second problem, I got out to go in and pay for the wash and one of the workers screamed at me like I was a common criminal and I will quote you "Get back in your car!" no other directions, no customer service on what I should do next. I've spent too much money here and will never give them another dime. After a camping trip we took our SUV here and paid extra to have it cleaned. When we got home we realized they had not put an insert back in the cup holder and they also did not clean out the back. When we took it back they said they don't clean out the cargo areas even though we paid extra for that (the car wash down the street from them always does). We decided to give them another chance last spring and took a car in to get detailed before selling it. After paying around $100 my husband brought it home and it looked like they hadn't touched it. When he took it back they said they forgot to do the inside of the car (they had it for 1 1/2 hours). When my husband brought it home again the floor mats were missing. He turned around and went back for a third time and they didn't even really seem to care about what all they had put us through. From now on I will definitely go to the other places in town, not only do they do a good job but they are very friendly and go out of their way for you. read more

Horrible place. I will never return for a high price. We had to argue with the workers, so they would finish their job. If I pay for a clean car, I expect for my car to be cleaned inside and out. We had marks on the outside and the inside was not vacuumed. When we asked them to clean what they missed. They had a nerve to tell us that the rags they used to dry the cars, would scratch the car if they used it to clean off the spot. So it's okay to rub on a car to dry it, but it will damage a car you try to clean it with? Think on that for a bit. read more

Looks like every other year for a review for this place...and it hasn't gotten any better. While the wash wasn't too bad, most of my car had some remnants of the grease and whatever else the "drying" rag picked up from the last car (and probably from wiping down the rims and door trim of the last car (or mine.) I didn't notice it when I picked up the car since it was in the shade. Plus, the vacuum job on the carpets left too much behind, and the car was pretty clean to begin with. I've always washed my cars but recently found it more difficult to handle so have tried this place a couple times. Just don't do it! Windows looked like they were wiped with the same rags, and they didn't even get the windows clean of the dirt on them. And this is in Arizona where cars stay clean for weeks (if it's not Monsoon time!) read more

Went there to get my truck washed, later that day I noticed the clear coat was gone on my center cap of my rims, i took pictures and went there asking for the manager or owner. I showed him the pictures and was very nice with him asking if he could fix this and he said take me to small claims court and started laughing, i then asked why are you laughing and walking away. He then said take me to small claims court I don't care and got in a customers vehicle and drove it through the wash, i was speechless that the owner of the store would care so little about the customer service. Twice now I've earned enough points to get a free car wash and both times they have refused to honor them, saying they had expired, even though it had only been a couple of weeks. Additionally they always find a way to tack on an additional fee of $1 to $3 because I have a hatch back or a van, or whatever. Finally, the hand drying is marginal at best.
