By FAR my best experiences with body shops have been at Mark's! Francisco, the main man there is…read morejust outstanding. His estimates are completely reasonable, he is a great guy and is a master at matching paints which often negates the need to paint an entire side of a vehicle only because that side is all one piece. My small motorhome had some relatively minor damage just in front of the rear bumper. A neighboring body shop wanted to dismantle and paint the entire side of my coach to the tune of $13,000. Francisco found that unnecessary, instead saying only the small damaged area needed to be addressed. For just a few hundred dollars (it might have even been less) the repair was made and he matched the existing paint perfectly. I also had another extremely satisfying experience with Mark's regarding more substantial damage and the job was done perfectly. Francisco has a good reputation with my insurance company (State Farm) so they trust his estimates (always reasonable) and don't have a need to send out a rep to assess the damage. This is one of the best, most trustworthy, reliable business I have ever dealt with.

Making a reliable and lasting positive impression is built on the Representative's word…read more Approximately 5 weeks ago, and in good faith, I chose DENT BUSTERS to fix a very minor dent in my new 2025 SUBURBAN. Even though, I'm very satisfied with the quote, and that I was told that I would hear back from them in two weeks because of their busy schedule, I got skipped over and never heard back from the estimator. Good customer service starts with honoring your word; I'm left wondering if DENR BUSTERS is more interested in BIGGER QUOTES and BIGGER BUCKS than serving a $200.00 one. While this Collision Shop may provide quality work _ They have a tendency to take potential customers for granted. Contacting a Business in Good Faith doesn't have the value it once had in society

I was very fortunate that I was driving slow because it was dark. The deer hit the right side but the only damage it did was break the brackets (front and back) that held the bumpers to the body and broke molding around the wheel well in the rear. Dave gave me a very reasonable estimate and after he ordered the parts it only took him a half day to replace. It was totally efficient and quick. When I went to pick up the car, it had even been washed!! Good work, pleasant people, efficient, and reasonable price. Cant think of much more I'd want. This business is run by Dave and his family, which I also like. The family seems to like what they do. If the photos now look normal it is because the work was well done. Hope to never need body work/repair again but if I do, I will be heading to Dave's.

So, three years of fur and drool and god knows what finally made me think "wow, I'm gross and this car is gross." This is tough to admit on a public website, but I have to because I need to tell you how amazing these photos are. I drove Betty from CA to AZ and the car was even worse than I could imagine. It could have created a zombie virus for sure. So the first person to respond to my request for a quote (RESPONSIVE!) was Adam.
