His estimates are completely reasonable, he is a great guy and is a master at matching paints which often negates the need to paint an entire side of a vehicle only because that side is all one piece. My small motorhome had some relatively minor damage just in front of the rear bumper. A neighboring body shop wanted to dismantle and paint the entire side of my coach to the tune of $13,000. Francisco found that unnecessary, instead saying only the small damaged area needed to be addressed. For just a few hundred dollars (it might have even been less) the repair was made and he matched the existing paint perfectly. I also had another extremely satisfying experience with Mark's regarding more substantial damage and the job was done perfectly. Francisco has a good reputation with my insurance company (State Farm) so they trust his estimates (always reasonable) and don't have a need to send out a rep to assess the damage. This is one of the best, most trustworthy, reliable business I have ever dealt with.
