Repaired panel is separated. Won't stay in place. Snaps in, pops out immediately.
Mike S.

Adequate repair and paint on passenger side rear. Except that a year later the replaced panel will not stay in place. It keeps popping out. I assume the plastic clips were either used or low quality. Also the taillights in the same-side assembly randomly stop working. When we booked the repair the manager promised us the work would be done in one week. This was critical timing because we needed the car available to drive to Ca for surgery. On the day it was supposed to be complete, the car wasn't ready. That was stupid on ice because we told the manager when we booked that if the deadline was a problem we'd bring the car in when we got back from Ca. He assured is that it wouldn't be a problem. When the vehicle was finally ready, the interior was covered with sanding dust as was the rear tire. IOW, they didn't bother to cover the interior or to clean it. When I asked about it he acted like I was the stupidest person on the planet. "Here, I'll show you", he said, and wiped some of the sanding dust off with a rag. I asked him why he didn't clean it up before we picked up the car and he just glowered. Never offered to clean up the mess, either. In addition, there was some other work that was supposed to be done which was ignored. Pretty short-sighted and it cost his shop my future business.

Deleted my comments as they were incorrect. Have nothing negative to say about my vehicle's repair.

Brian is absolutely the worst! Went in for a service and had appointment at 12pm should have been at most 20-60min appointment- Brian had taken my car around back at 12:15ish and then another customer showed up he went out front helped the customer with there issue then disappeared in the back- assuming he was working on my car then came out front around 1:10pm and advised of payment- then took my card in the back to make payment and then proceeded to have my DEBIT CARD 20mins! I checked my bank payment went through minutes after he took my card- then proceeded to tell me after being at shop for 1hr 40mins he was just now starting on my car! My appointment was 12pm! No communication! Then when I got my car back my a/c was having issues! Brian advised oh I didn't touch anything with your a/c, he advised nothing he could do- didn't offer to look at it, didn't offer estimate- NOTHING! I will be contacting owner when owner returns back from "vacation" according to Brian. Horrible absolutely horrible! And my husband called Brian when I left and Brian told my husband I didn't advised any issue, I said nope they have cameras ! Whoever has access to cameras will see I showed Brian and explained issue! Absolutely horrible! I trusted this shop and Brian is the reason for a bad review!

The entire experience with this business was top notch. Kris and Jen are friendly, professional and proficient. Same for the mechanics! Kris knew I needed my car ASAP and worked with the shop to have it ready earlier than I expected. It also drives like a dream. I really appreciated the ride back home and to pick up my car. This is above and beyond service. We will definitely be back! So glad you're here!

About 6 months ago, in November 2024, I took my 2009 Honda Pilot to get the alternator replaced,…read morethey also told me that there was a leak, gaskets needed a new one. With additional work, brakes needed new ones. I agreed to pay for all those almost $3000.00. When they called me to pick up my car, I did pick but after driving less then few hundred yards, the engine light showed up. I took it back they said it was fixed, it was not really. I have no idea about the engines, I trusted their word. It was still dripping on my garage floor. Anyway, after another shop had diagnosed my engine, there was a leak. I took my car back to them again. It was under warranty. Well, this time, a young man asked me to open the hood. I did, he lifted the cover over the engine, and he said there was no leak instantly. At that moment, I was very upset. I took it back to another shop to be diagnosed. two mechanics confirmed there was a leak, and they even took a picture of where the leak was. Finally, we came back to them, they lifted the car in the shop, and they could see the leaks. To make a long story short, they were not very friendly to me. Time will show, did they really fix the oil leak? And I noticed, my door locks were not working; when I left my car, all the locks were working. I had to take another shop, they fixed the problem. There are some customers who were happy with their service, but I am not happy with their service. I will never take my car to them, while they are working on one problem, they created another one .
