I checked my bank payment went through minutes after he took my card- then proceeded to tell me after being at shop for 1hr 40mins he was just now starting on my car! My appointment was 12pm! No communication! Then when I got my car back my a/c was having issues! Brian advised oh I didn't touch anything with your a/c, he advised nothing he could do- didn't offer to look at it, didn't offer estimate- NOTHING! I will be contacting owner when owner returns back from "vacation" according to Brian. Horrible absolutely horrible! And my husband called Brian when I left and Brian told my husband I didn't advised any issue, I said nope they have cameras ! I have no idea about the engines, I trusted their word. It was still dripping on my garage floor. Anyway, after another shop had diagnosed my engine, there was a leak. I took my car back to them again. It was under warranty. Well, this time, a young man asked me to open the hood. I did, he lifted the cover over the engine, and he said there was no leak instantly. At that moment, I was very upset. I took it back to another shop to be diagnosed. two mechanics confirmed there was a leak, and they even took a picture of where the leak was. Finally, we came back to them, they lifted the car in the shop, and they could see the leaks. To make a long story short, they were not very friendly to me. Time will show, did they really fix the oil leak? And I noticed, my door locks were not working; when I left my car, all the locks were working. I had to take another shop, they fixed the problem. There are some customers who were happy with their service, but I am not happy with their service. I will never take my car to them, while they are working on one problem, they created another one .

I was told if I open 'an account' I'll get a discount on the tire service I was already there to receive. I thought they meant a Website account where I'd receive promotional emails, etc., but it was actually a credit card account - with a flat rate of 28% APR - that's nuts! I would've never gone for that! I was also advised when I came to pick my car up that there was now a problem with my warning lights in my dashboard (ironic, since I had never had problems until I dropped my car off at this Firestone) and that for $60 they could perform a diagnostic to assess/fix issue. (I'd think since this problem occurred while they were performing related work, they'd fix it, but guess not.) I declined, and while the warning light was on for a moment, fortunately the issue cleared itself up within minutes, and there were no problems with the warning lights in my dash - glad I didn't spend $60 to find that out. Also, a recommendation to the technicians, please leave people's car settings as they are - do not raise their steering wheel or move their seat or adjust their A/C settings, etc. If you do need to do that, please put them back as you found them. Took me 10 minutes to figure out how to adjust my steering wheel back! So, overall, my point is that I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, but I am going to assume they work on commission, so buyer, be wary! I, personally, will not return to this location.

They have completely botched my scheduled appointments twice in a row. I scheduled an oil change for 9:00 AM, arrived early to be first in line, and left my vehicle. The store didn't bother to call me until 3:45 PM--nearly the end of the day--just to tell me they were "too busy" and wouldn't be servicing my vehicle. The only thing the staff offered was a lazy excuse that "sometimes things don't go right" with absolutely zero effort to make it right or value my time. After seeing a flood of identical negative reviews online, I'm shocked this specific location survives. This is a systemic issue with their management. A standard $172 credit from a previous failure doesn't excuse a repeated breakdown in service. I am forcing a corporate escalation to the Area Director to transfer my profile and credits up north. Take the extra time to drive past this location and go straight to the Tucson Mall or Oro Valley branches instead--they actually run a professional operation.
