Again doesn't even acknowledge my existence, just walks away. I literally had to chase her down to tell her I had an appointment. She then begins to walk around the office looking for something. She finally appears with a pad throws it on the counter and says fill this out. I look at the form and it's the exact same form they had me fill out on line when I made the appointment. I told her I already filled it out on line and asked if I needed to do it again. Without even looking up she just said Yep. That was enough for me I left. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she looked like she didn't want to be there.
