The business model of Caliber Collision is evident in all areas: 1. Communication is outstanding (staff is professional and competent, at ease with customers and co-workers). 2. The site is spotlessly clean and inviting. 3. Repairs were complete and done right the first time. 4. Completion was well within the estimated timeline. Tucson is a difficult city to drive in, especially post pandemic. If I need future repairs, Caliber Collision will be my first choice. This caliber collision location has had my vehicle for 30 days our insurance rental car coverage is capped at 32 days. It has been very hard to get ahold of someone at this location that actually has the ability to give clear timelines on when work will be finished or getting calls back in a timely manner with information asked if them. Finally after hearing from the general manager that over sees multiple locations Isla, caliber was able to extend our rental car reservation while we wait for our vehicle to be finished. It's been 30 days and we were told it would be about 3 more weeks which is very disappointing timeline. We are glad that the general manager Isla stepped in and took over to handle our situation from here. This process has not been easy but Isla has been fast and efficient in making sure that our concerns were heard. read more

Honestly, I don't think I'd ever recommend someone bring their car here due to the service of the shops they use. I had an amazing representative working with me (Amber), she was very informative and helpful. But the service from the shops they use for automotive repairs has been HORRIBLE. My car was involved in a minor accident where I was hit on the drivers side with minimal damage to the wheel well and fender. Upon inspection Amber noticed that the wheel had markings on it and recommended getting the alignment checked just in case. My car was driving fine but if it was covered under the insurance I thought it would be a good idea to be sure. My car was sent out to Big Brand tire shop where they fixed the alignment and stated it was only "slightly off", but did not say anything else. Upon getting the car back, it started randomly pulling to the left. I called and Amber had me tow the car back to them. They then sent it to D&D automotive, they stated that there were a couple things wrong with the front end and that it was not accident related, but wear and tear. So the insurance won't cover it now. While my car was there waiting for insurance to file the claim, the battery died and now needs to be replaced out of my own pocket along with everything else. It has not been a great experience and there are a lot of things that make me feel uncomfortable with the situation. read more

I would 100% come here again for vehicle repairs. I loved the online tracking so I could see how much the repair was and the estimated completion date. Unfortunately, I backed into an awning post today and scraped my car good on the front passenger side. I remembered what great service we had received in the past at Caliber Collision so I drove over to see if I could get an estimate and make an appointment for service. I was presently surprised when a mechanic asked me to wait in the lobby and he would take a look at my car. Not only did he take a look but he proceeded to buff out the scrape. When I went to pay he said there was no charge. Amazing! He was friendly, courteous and took less than 10 minutes for the entire process. I worked with Eduardo for this visit, and he was extremely communicative and did an amazing job with getting together rare parts. He was proactive and did a lot of behind the scenes work so I barely had to lift a finger during the whole process. He took care of my car and made sure I was happy during the process. I recently needed some body work done on my Honda Civic. I was actually partially going through insurance and partially paying out of my own pocket. I went to check out Caliber because it was close to my house. Basically as soon as I got there, Jeremy one of the employees took care of the entire process. This place is the worst. They gave me three delivery dates and missed all three, one after the other. My paint looks like someone went over it with a 150 grit sandpaper after the paintless repair for hail damage. The headliner and fixtures in the headliner are all loose. They're only getting two stars because they got the work done fast. BUT I firmly believe this place takes advantage of insurance companies because they know the insurance is going to pay it. I wouldn't be so upset about it if the service was top notch but it's simply wasn't. The big stuff that needs repaired they do good but all the small things and stuff they think they can skate on because you won't see it they are terrible. Charged for "hitch repair and paint" not only was it not done when I called them out they spray painted my scratched up hitch with spray paint in about 30 secs and charged the insurance for 30 mins of body work and 30 minutes of paint time. But the one that really upsets me is that I detail my truck twice a week, I brought them a truck that was spotless inside.. I get my truck back and my seat is dirty, door was dirty, floor mat was nasty. I could go on but honestly if you have a new car and want it returned in new condition do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I shouldn't have to pay someone and point out everything they missed to watch them try and fix it on the spot. read more

Only to call a couple weeks later to find out they decided not to fix my car after telling me they would and ordered parts. We worked with Carlos one of their service advisors and we found him and the rest of the staff to very professional. He consistently kept me and my insurance company informed as to the progress of the repairs and costs. This facility WAS a high quality body shop as 911, but as Caliber Collision I would not recommend them. They get one star because they are willing to fix all their mistakes as you find them. The body repairs were good but none of the mechanical repairs were done correctly and had to be done a second time. They failed to order new seat belts from the dealer so my car had to sit an extra 2 days waiting for the belts. It took 2 tries-6 days total to fix the gas gauge that stopped working--and they damaged a tire that had to be replaced. They installed a new air condenser but failed to install any seals on the connections--that cost them nearly $600 for the dealer to fix. When I contacted the manager to discuss my problems he acted concerned but never returned my calls. When the regional manager had to approve the air conditioner repair he acted concerned but didn't want to know any of the specifics of the problems I was experiencing. read more
