Receptionist and staff are extremely unprofessional. There were things out of their control which is super understandable I am not faulting them for that. The manner in which it was handled however was disappointing. Also I dropped the car off with gas in the tank and pick it up with nothing in it, I couldn't even make it to the nearest gas station. Manager made a joke about it as I left read more

Someone backed up into my parked Hybrid car and messed up my car's bumper and electrical sensors in a hit and run. Toyota said they could not fix the problem, but referred me to here. We had a great experience here. Caliber Collision were efficient, reliable, and informative every step of the repair. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I want to give a big shout out to Sergio for helping us with the repairs and making our car look like brand new. read more

These guys were absolutely amazing! I just recently took my car here to get it fixed from a semi-truck that hit my driver door. I went to this location and they helped me very quickly. Renee which was the representative for progressive was super good at explaining everything to me and went in depth on what needed to be done with my car so I could get it back out on the streets. They kept me updated almost every single day and along with Renee also calling me and updating me. They are super good at communication here and they have very good customer service! They left my car looking brand new! I appreciate all the hardwork you guys did. I will definitely be back again read more

These guys took great care of my wife's car. 1000% recommend taking your car here if you want quality work done. Ask for Renne he's great!

I was sent to Caliber Collision by Farmers insurance and I was treated great. My entire experience was great from when I walked in and through the entire process. Sergio was great and very thorough with explaining the entire process and making it easy to understand. Great service and I had a great experience. I definitely recommend them for any services. read more

I was hit by a semi truck being his fault. I had to deal with a liability company. All they want to do is send me a check for both the damages and the rental. That made it difficult according to Susana. I had a hard time getting my car into the shop because they are not linked up with caliber collision. I had to keep calling to get my car in the shop. Susana was not very good with communication and returning phone calls regarding this situation. However they assigned my case to Jimmy and he took care of my car. Got it done in a decent time. They did an ok job on the detailing of the left side that got repaired. I am missing a ice scraper that I had in my car. If I had to go back again I would but I will have to ask for Jimmy from the get go. read more

Such a wonderful group of people to work with! I was involved in a automobile accident and stress was already at its peak as well as physical pain. However it was a relief to have my car repaired with friendly, kind people who understood the situation. Renee was an absolute joy to work with, caring and understanding. Everything that I asked for Renee was able to care for me. His services were on time and very down to earth. He explained everything to me in detail so I could understand. I would highly recommend this place because of his service! Thank you so much again Renee! read more

Sergio was an AMAZING Service Advisor. I called him before even going through this service center and immediately worked it out with my insurance and was on top of my paperwork after our phone call. He kept me updated with the process and was truthful all along. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. If I ever need anything in the future, Sergio is my go to. This service center does not deserve less than 5 stars. Thank you again. read more

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision from the moment I first walked in to the moment it was time to pick up my car. Everyone greeted me with a smile every time I was there (even when I asked silly questions). Manny was completely honest with me along the way, and did great work on my car. He even finished two days earlier than expected. I'm completely satisfied with the service I received and recommend this shop to anyone in need of repair! read more

SO HAPPY!!! Best place to take your car to! Volkswagen Ontario recommended I take my Jetta to Caliber Collision and said they were the best guys for the job. Once all the haggling with the insurance was done, Caliber took my car in and were done fixing it before we even expected! In addition, they had great customer service. Beyond amazing actually. Destiny the receptionist was well-informed and was so nice and Daniel was the inspector who made sure my car was taken care of. Daniel was also so nice and professional. He updated us with the status of my car from beginning to finish. He made sure everything we were concerned about was checked and fixed. When I picked up my car yesterday, they even washed it and waxed it for me! Totally didn't expect that, but I am so happy and appreciative. My car is running great and looks like it was never in an accident. read more

Walking into Caliber Collision, I had a lot of anxiety already due to the fact that my car was stolen & having to go through all the insurance paperwork, it's not easy, & very stressful. Daniel Meza, former artisan was the first person to pick up my documents & completely had the most welcoming costumer service persona. Professionalism from Daniel was 10/10, appreciated his strengths of communication, skill of updating the client (me) with set dates/ times. He is very fast and light in the office. Great experience at the Ontario Location due to the acquaintance of Daniel Meza. Thank you. read more

Great place, friendly, and dependable! My car looks amazing! I would definitely use them again!

Fender Benders are not fun but Caliber Collison made it less stressful. They worked to get our car back to original condition.

Completely goofed my car with a $9k repair bill but with their help I was able to get it fixed a week earlier than expected. Highly recommend Rene for any work needed on your car! read more

Excellent service and returned car as expected! Highly recommended! Sergio provided excellent costumer service

I had car accident on 28Oct2019. My car was towed to caliber Ontario that night and I didn't pick up my car until 12Dec2019. It took 45 days to repair my car. From the 1Nov-18Nov (18days), my car was just siting in the caliber waiting to get repair. Later I found out from 1Nov-18Nov, my insurance company tried to contact Caliber collision multiple times for pictures and estimate but never got response. My insurance company also has records shows they tried to contact Daniel from the repair shop many times by phone calls and emails but never got responses. On the 19Nov, after 19 days of waiting my insurance company finally got the pictures and estimate from the caliber and stared the repair on the 20Nov. The fault driver's insurance company only paid me 25 days car rental and lost of wages cuz they determined the 45 days of repair was unreasonable. I had paid out of pocket for 20 days' car rental and not even mention my lost of wages. I tried to contact caliber cuz I think it's their employee's fault that not respond my insurance company on time, wasted total 18 days and caliber should cover my cost but they told me they had nothing to do with that. I am so disappointed with caliber and they customer service, they don't care the customer satisfaction and just want to make the money. I was very busy at work and just go back from the deployment that why took my awhile to post this. I just wanna future customers to keep your eyes on the repair process and don't made same mistake I had. read more

Got into a car accident not by choice lol. The last thing you want to deal with is finding a reliable place that is going to fix your car. I came across Caliber Collision. Good thing I did. They assigned my a service technician by the name of Derek. First day I arrive here Im greeted by the most friendliest receptionist you will ever meet. Then I meet Derek and show him the damage to my car. He says yeah we can do it. I dropped my car off and they were able to fix it in less then 1 week. It had a decent door dent on both of my driver side doors. The whole week the car was getting fixed I got text and voicemails left in my phone letting me know how the work is coming along on my car. Very good service and very good work..thank you guys so much for making this whole process a lot easier for me. read more

I 100% recommended going here ! My boyfriend went here to get his emblems put on his car and They gave him amazing customer service! Finding someone who is great at what they do and knows how to treat their customers was a very big relief for us ! We have the manager Mike to thank for such a great experience ! He was fast he also took him in last minute and the quality was absolutely great ! We truly appreciate you mike ! Thank you ! read more

Garbage! I was rear ended in March and the fender was barely damaged. The work was done at a different location but they screwed it up so the warranty work was done here. They improperly installed the fender and it grinded out my back tires. When I brought my car in I was accused of damaging the tires myself and was forced to buy 3 new tires. They went somewhere to get a buy 3 get 1 free and took the free tire for the one they promised to replace and billed me for their own screw up. They refused to give my car unless I paid right then and there. I will never go back to any Caliber Collision after how I have been treated at two different locations. read more

I have never come across such shitty service in my life that I felt the need to write about it. By sharing my experience, I hope it saves others from enduring what I had to go through and also to return their service of putting me through hell and back. The Con artist by the name of Rene was extremely SHADY and Unprofessional in regards to the repairs being done on my car. He will advise a plan with the on-site insurance adjuster so that you are somehow required to pay out of pocket for damages that were non-existent prior to drop-off. They will replace your OEM factory parts with CHEAP BOTTOM GRADE low quality after-market parts which doesn't even fit properly and will do a HALF-ASS job at restoring your vehicle to its original condition! On the DAY OF my car was to be finished and ready to be picked up, Rene, on the very last minute calls and informs me that they needed to keep my car LONGER for "parts/repairs". Unfortunately my rental was only covered until that day (scheduled day of completion), so Rene assured me he would inform my adjuster and call Enterprise about THEIR delays and that additional days on the rental would be needed. And of course he neglected to even keep that promise and Enterprise ended up charging my card! When it finally came time for me to pick up my car, Rene, rather than billing my insurance or the other party's insurance, charged me for the additional damages they found, even when my insurance notified me through mail and emails that I owed NOTHING to the shop at the time of pick-up! But it doesn't end there, they still somehow managed to cause MORE DAMAGE to the undercarriage hoping that it would go unnoticed!(be careful and extra thorough during your walk around before and after) I had to COME BACK and drop off my car and go through the stressful process and having to set up a rental not twice BUT THREE TIMES for them to finally get it at least 90% right, only after multiple complaints otherwise they would have brushed everything under in hopes you would not notice! If you love and VALUE your car and want to be RESTORED to your ORIGINAL and/or at the very least to a resell-able condition, then save your TIME and MONEY (I wasted BOTH) by avoiding this place or any Caliber Collision for that matter (should have listened to my agent from his prior experience with them) but ESPECIALLY this place off of Wineville in Ontario. These people are NOT up-front about what's being done to your vehicle let alone the parts being put on or replaced! Explore other options (because you definitely have them!) and avoid THIS place at all costs. read more

People here are awesome! They really take care of you! They made my claim easy!!!!!!!!

This is an honest, trustworthy, helpful and generous shop beyond my expectations! For less than five minutes, two guys solved the problem everybody else said it is unsolvable unless I spend hundreds $. I had worried about that over two years. And the center manager Michael didn't even charge me a penny. They are also an authorized shop for many major insurance companies. God forbid, In case I had any collision need repair in the future, this shop will be my #1 choice! K read more

Excellent Work as always from Derek and his staff at Caliber. Highly recommended for any repairs.

Damage to my rear and front fenders on my BMW damaged my parking sensors and body. From the minute I first called Caliber to when I picked up my car I was presented with over the top customer service. Even when I dropped my car off and was waiting for my rental shuttle, the front desk receptionist proactively called the rental company after 5 minutes or so to check on the status. They matched the paint color perfectly and my car looks newer and better than before the collision. They also provided updates and were accurate with the estimated time to complete my repairs. I was very satisfied and would not consider going anywhere else. read more

My gf car had been hit in the parking lot right side passenger door. Look to me a little dented and scuffed up. They gave us an estimate to take it in and they will have it ready the same day. I thought they were full of crap since my last incident with another auto body shop wasn't all that great. We went to pick up the car and it was flawless. They even washed the car which is something the last shop who I had dealt with didn't do. Next time I need to use an auto body I will for sure give this guys a try even though they're a little out of my way. read more

I came here for a paint match and an install for my hard top on my jeep. The customer service was always so great and they got right on the job. Things took a turn when they accidentally matched the wrong color to my car, but without hesitation they assured me they would fix it and make it a priority job. This was all true, they complete fixed the problem in a professional and timely manner and I am so happy with my hard top and it couldn't look better. read more

First and most important for me is customer service. This specific location has 10/10 rating in this area. Gerry was assigned to my car after my accident. His loyalty to the customer vs anything else is AMAZING! He took the time to consistently update me on the status of the repairs to my vehicle. If he spoke to state farm (my insurance) he contacted me for an update. The receptionist was just as amazing with her customer service and professionalism (sorry I cannot remember her name). Second, and more important for some, the repair work: my A Frame had to be replaced along with various paint issues as the car was under a semi truck. Paint is great quality although I am a perfectionist and will be calling them regarding a spot in the morning. However, knowing their customer service, I know they will make it perfect which is why I am leaving this review now. When I went to pick my car up, the detailing aspect was overlooked. There was a residue all over the inside of the car. When Gerry saw this, he apologized and asked to keep the car for an additional day. He also offered to pay an additional day on my rental car since I was over my insurance limit. Upon arrival the next day, my car was better than brand new. The manager had decided to send my car out for a full professional detail. I am so happy with the attention to "doing the right thing even if you don't have to". I live over an hour from this location but will ALWAYS return to this location if I need service in the future. Thank you Ontario Caliber! Signed, One HAPPY customer read more

A guy changed lanes into my new car. Less than 4000 miles. Fiat 500L. I brought my car in for repairs. The repair guy was communicative and I received texts BUT communication was one way. My new tires skidded on a curb with visible marks. Rim was damaged with deep scrapes. I asked that the tires and Tom be replaced. When I went to pick up the car, they had touched up the rim and repaired and cleaned the tires. The service writer said it wasn't necessary to replace the tires and rim. It has bugged me for a month and half so I thought I would leave a review. read more

First I want to start by thanking my assign Rep Gerry From Ontario. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle repair, helped me with the other parties insurance to pay for the damages of my car. My car insurance referred me to Caliber Collision to get my car repaired after a minor accident and I must say, I'm glad they did. My car took a week to get repaired and Rene was outstanding with keeping in touch about updates on the repairs and out of pocket costs. They even drove my car to my residence once it was completed as I was unable to pick up the car myself due to a conflict of my work schedule and their closing hours. The work done on my vehicle was great; looks new! I will definitely be recommending them to others and will return myself if my car needs any further work done! read more
