So, here's the deal Subaru of Ontario once told me that this place did the first repair on my car and then got sent back for them to fix it again (front bumper paint chipping, broken mounting brackets, bumper tabs all broken, and missing mounting clips). It turned out they haven't even seen my car until they corrected the problems, and the worse part is that I wrote a detailed review of poor craftsmanship or lack of on the first repair. Progressive Insurance sent me to Caliber but I will never go anywhere else after this first experience. It starts with a phone call, and the person on the other end of the phone (Mike) was so friendly and polite. When I brought my car in, I dealt with Rene and he also was friendly, and was patient with all of my questions. Empire Nissan dealer had my truck for some testing. While in there possession, they made made some scratches to the roof of my truck. My truck was taken to Caliber Collision to repair the damage. When Nissan returned my truck I noticed that my whole cabin was dirty with what it seemed white paint dripped all over my door panels on all four doors. Caliber Collision did not even make an effort of cleaning after themselves, after working on my roof with doors wide open and leaving there footprints all over my truck. Nissan then asked me to take it back to Daniel at Caliber Collision so he could take care of it and clean my truck with no success. They pointed at each other for being at fault. I was not going to argue for what should have been a simple car wash by either one (Nissan or Caliber Collision). Caliber Collision did a great job of repairing my truck but they were dirty at it. instead of keeping a customer, they lost one. I will not recommend or go back to this place after their poor customer service and attitude of "I don't give a shit." I will posting a video of what my truck looked like, when I received it. Just got home from this shop and it was my first time but they made it feel like it was my 2nd or 5th time going here. They were very helpful and nice and professional. I came to estimate how much the small scratch on my 2017 BRZ would cost me and they quickly suggest that they will just gonna buff it for free to make it look 90% good and to help me out because to get it 100% done it would cost me $700 and i was suprise that they suggested to do it free and i was very happy. For sure the next time i get a bigger scratch or damage on my car i will come to this shop first. I was very anxious when I had to pick a place to repair my bumper since I always hear horror stories about bad mechanics/repair guys. But this place changed that mindset. They provided excellent customer service -- they were very polite and courteous, communication was superb (they updated me abt my car and reaching Michael wasn't a pain), they were thorough with the details (even showed me the parts they replaced -- which I really liked), and they handled my case in a timely manner. This is the second time I have taken my truck here. They were more expensive but they found more damage then the cheaper place. They guarantee there work forever which is awesome. My only complaint was that they were suppose to try and buff out my old headlight because the driver side one was replaced. They said they did but I pointed out to the writer that there was still bird poop on it. I took it back later and they agreed to put a new headlight in no charge for the labor but, I had to buy the headlight. Amanda at the front counter is awesome. She is so nice and friendly. read more

I dropped my car off for repairs. Daniel Mesa handled my paperwork set me up with a car rental he was very professional throughout the process he even introduced me to the repairman who would be working on my car. He kept in close contact with me the whole time. A rear bumper was shipped that didn't seem to fit my car correctly and Daniel contacted me immediately and asked if it was ok to keep my car an additional day to put the new bumper on. I was fine with the additional day for my car to be repaired properly. I picked my car up the next day and my car was clean and there were no indications that my car was in an accident. read more

Let me start off by saying my car is my baby i would go to great lengths to make sure she is always in great condition. Unfortunately my car was involved in a hit and run accident where the entire left fender was completely ruined. I had shopped around for a few months before deciding on a body shop, and let me just say im glad i came here! Not only did they do a superb job on fixing my fender, but they also did an amazing job on getting the exact same pearl white color for my car. a friend of mine has the exact same car and when his car was returned from his auto body shop the color was completely off, so this was a big deal for me. I was involved in a hit and run accident. Vinyl wrap destroyed , new tail lights destroyed ....the whole nine yards....then Renae Najarro came into the picture. Mike and Daniel were very professional and helpful throughout the process of getting my wife's car fixed after and object flew into her lane and damaged her car, at night, when she was on her way to work. Two separate times they came to my house and pick up my wife's car after the vehicle was having problems that was likely unrelated to the accident. After the second time, they dropped my car off at the dealership for me. Caliber made this tedious process easy and convenient for me, they were full service and worth the money. They even fought with the dealership on my behalf, telling them that this issue with the battery was not related to the accident and that they need to fix this and not charge us because this issue is covered under their warranty. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Caliber Collision, I highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future, for the next time a flying object decides to hit my wife's car. read more

Warning, explicit review. I have never come across such crappy service in my life to the point where I've felt compelled to leave a review to do the public a service in hopes to save others the hassle and also to return their service of putting me through hell and back. The Employee by the name of Rene was extremely SHADEY and Unprofessional in regards to the repairs being done on my car. He will advise a plan with the on-site insurance adjuster so that you are somehow required to pay out of pocket for damages that were non-existent prior to drop-off. They will replace your OEM factory parts with CHEAP BOTTOM GRADE low quality after-market parts which doesn't even fit properly and will do a HALF-ASS job at restoring your vehicle to its original condition! On the DAY OF my car was to be finished and ready to be picked up, Rene, on the very last minute calls and informs me that they needed to keep my car LONGER for "parts/repairs". Unfortunately my rental was only covered until that day (scheduled day of completion), so Rene assured me he would inform my adjuster and call Enterprise about THEIR delays and that additional days on the rental would be needed. And of course he neglected to even keep that promise and Enterprise ended up charging my card! When it finally came time for me to pick up my car, Rene, rather than billing my insurance or the other party's insurance, charged me for the additional damages they found, even when my insurance notified me through mail and emails that I owed NOTHING to the shop at the time of pick-up! But it doesn't end there, they still somehow managed to cause MORE DAMAGE to the undercarriage hoping that it would go unnoticed!(be careful and extra thorough during your walk around before and after) I had to COME BACK and drop off my car and go through the stressful process and having to set up a rental not twice BUT THREE TIMES for them to finally get it at least 90% right, only after multiple complaints otherwise they would have brushed everything under in hopes you would not notice! If you love and VALUE your car and want to be RESTORED to your ORIGINAL and/or at the very least to a resell-able condition, then save your TIME and MONEY (I wasted BOTH) by avoiding this place or any Caliber Collision for that matter (should have listened to my agent from his prior experience with them) but ESPECIALLY this place off of Wineville in Ontario. These people are NOT up-front about what's being done to your vehicle let alone the parts being put on or replaced! Explore your other options(because you definitely have them!) and avoid THIS place at all costs. You have been fairly warned. read more

Rene is great to work with! Just took my fiancee's Scion TC in to get a panel replaced on her trunk. He was very kind and helpful and found the part at a dealership down the street. Worst experience in my whole life! I never dealt with a company that has unexperienced workers working on vehicles. I had to take my car back, they did the worst Job ever!!!! There was dirt in the paint, they ruined and dirtied my new car, it will never be the same.They Even scratched some of the chrome, the windows. . I gave Greg the manage the opportunity to make it right, and I'm sorry to say this, it still not done correct. I drove off with one of my lights not working, I could of got into a car accident. The lights are on crooked, I have to take my car to another place. Greg tried his best but doesn't work on cars, SO HE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE. HE needs to hire licensed WORKERS who know what they are doing. If you want to save yourself from a horrible experience, DON'T waste your time HERE. All these good review on yelp must be fake cause I only went here because of the reviews. My car needs work and extra cleaning because THEY have unprofessional staff that doesn't give a Damm about your vehicle or respect your vehicle. So sad but true. I was involved in a traffic accident and needed to find a collision center/body shop to repair the damage as my insurance company could not make any recommendations. I checked with my Nissan dealer and they recommended another shop. After checking that shop out I discovered it had several bad reviews. I chose Callber Collision/Ontario because of their positive review. Well I am glad that I did. They were courteous and helpful from the time I brought my vehicle in to the time I picked it up. The service agent assigned to my case, Adrian Aldama, was exemplary in his handling of my case. He explained the process and even explained the possible outcomes in the investigation by the insurance company. I was told exactly what the repairs would be and they were listed on the invoice. The repairs were made exactly as stated and they were completed two days ahead of schedule. I was not pleased to have been inconvienced by the actions of a careless driver but I am glad that I chose Caliber and didn't experience the hassles others have reported in their reviews. read more
