I went to the Norco Caliber Collision as my car needs repairs done after I was rear-ended by another driver. My insurance uses this company as one that is within their network and I did not have any qualms with it as my father had been sent there when his truck got dinged by another driver maybe a year ago. It was repaired and done. I went expecting my car to get fixed. Instead Maria takes a look at my car and makes some nonsensical comments about the paint on my car, however an estimate was given to my insurance and they were paid for the anticipated cost for repairs. I got scheduled to drop off my vehicle and made arrangements to do so. I get there about 10 min early and there was a gentleman already assisting another customer who was also not getting good news about his car. Stood there at the reception desk for a while waiting, someone walked by into another room without acknowledging me and someone finally said someone will help you. Someone finally did help me and the gentleman that came out mentioned he would try to get things started as everyone was on lunch break. I got scheduled when everyone is gone? Why wouldn't employees schedule their lunch breaks accordingly? Stagger the lunch breaks to ensure there is someone present to assist customers, it's only common sense. The gentleman has me sign the paperwork and I leave my vehicle. I leave the location and later on get a voicemail where Caliber Collision states they can not complete any repairs and I need to come get my vehicle. I returned pretty annoyed that this place wasted so much of my time, they made me wait 4 days to drop of the vehicle and then tell me they can't do anything?! My insurance stated they had no "notes" about this and would have to call Caliber. The receptionist at Caliber gets Maria for me and she has the gall to say it was my fault for not understanding her piss poor comments during the initial inspection. Maria is an idiot. MAKE IT CRYSTAL CLEAR that Caliber Collision is inept to repair anything. My mistake for not having taken it to Corona Auto Body shop instead, they made repairs no problems back in 2020. I happened to see another review where someone complained about the same thing, some garbage about their white paint from Toyota (the dang manufacturer) and they had also dropped off their vehicle and got told to come back because they would not repair it as well. What kind of service is this? They took their Toyota to Corona Auto Body shop as well and had NO ISSUES. I would never bring any vehicle here EVER again. read more

I was referred here by the insurance company of the driver that hit me. They were truly the best choice. They had great service at every step of the way. They gave me a ride to my rental car and texted at each point of the repair process. They actually finished early. I could only get there 15 minutes before they closed so they handled getting my rental car back to enterprise. I was so thankful after my accident to be treated this well. Spoked to them and dropped my car January 5th and now I picked my car January 10th. They even car washes my baby. There's never a fun reason to go to a body shop. Your car is messed up, which affects, your work, school, family, fun; whatever makes you tick. I had a negative experience with a different Caliber body shop and after several attempts and 7 months of my car being in and out their shop, I still hadn't been taken care of. I gave up and just decided that one day when I had a couple grand laying around, I'd pay cash at a custom shop to get my car fixed. I walked into this shop because a new problem had arisen from the old work that had been done. They new upfront that I wasn't interested in being a paying customer. That I was looking for someone to correct someone else's mistake. Yet from the moment I walked in they took my concerns seriously and looked at every avenue with which they could help me. I don't drive a $100,000 car, but I drive a car I love and I want everyone to treat it as though it were as special to them as it is to me, and every employee from Jessica at the front desk to the General Manager Joe, made sure that I and my car were taking care even though there were mildly outlandish requests by me and my car isn't the easiest to work on. There's never a fun reason to go to a body shop. If you have to go though, taking your car here will assure you that you have an entire shop working diligently to make sure you're happy with the results and to get you back into your car as quickly as possible. read more

I can't thank Caliber Collision Norco enough, for not being competent enough to repair my vehicle. We took our vehicle in for an estimate, in which they scheduled a repair drop-off date. If you have a young adult daughter, beware, they'll treat her as though she can't handle acquiring an estimate on her own. Drop-off day, for vehicle repair was so unprofessional. Again, my young adult daughter was treated as though she was helpless. Good thing I showed up. The car was improperly marked as to what required repair. As soon as I questioned them, the all but professional employee advised they may not be able to complete the repairs due to a potential recall on Toyota white paint. Funny they didn't say anything on the day of the estimate. Claim already submitted and approved by AAA. We left the vehicle and within 30 minutes were informed of their incompetence and lack of confidence, we had to pick up our vehicle. I then contacted Corona Auto Body, informed them of the situation. They happily advised us to take the vehicle to them, despite the recall. Corona Auto Body not only provided same day drop off, they processed the recall through Toyota. Not only was the collision damage repaired, but the recall repairs as well, simultaneously. Our vehicle looks wonderful and the repair was completed in half of the time that Caliber estimated. Skip Caliber and head to Corona Auto Body. They are personable and kept us informed. They are AAA approved. So long Caliber and your incompetence. Save time and money, skip Caliber. read more

Caliber Collision did such an amazing job on my Civic. I was in a car accident, and i was pretty upset over the thought that my car wouldn't come out looking the same as it did before the accident. I was completely amazed at how good my car looks. It looks better than it did before the accident! Isaac was the guy who was looking over my car. He constantly sent text updates and called whenever he needed to. I loved that i was kept up to date, and not wondering about when/if my car would be done. My car was in the shop about 3 weeks which sounds like a long time, but the outcome was definitely worth the wait. My wife's car was hit in a parking lot and needless to say, the offender did not leave any information. A scenario like this is very disheartening in the first place because you end up paying your own deductible and then having to leave your auto at the repair shop which becomes an inconvenience. The only thing you have at that point is when will I get my car back and how will it look. The color of my car is black so I always have concerns if the look of the auto and paint will look as good as factory original. When I picked up my car, I was mesmerized at the beauty of the workmanship and how deep and reflective the repaired area was. Manuel made it a point to make sure the car was fully detailed. The black was so great that it looked like a reflective black mirror. I haven't seen my car look this good since the day I purchased it. I'm very impressed with Manuel's work and highly recommend Caliber Collision in Norco. In fact, I'm an Insurance Broker and I have referred many of my clients to Caliber over the years and because of my experience with Caliber and Manuel, I will continue to do so.
