Still would give zero stars if possible. Emailed whoever responded and never got an email back. Just got my car fixed at an electrical repair shop. Had to replace the blower motor and resister. There was a damaged wire that arced and damaged both. Considering your guys who "never touched" the wiring while fixing instantly reached in blindly to move wires around to get it to turn on and then when it stopped again right after blindly messed with them again it's YOUR SHOPS FAULT. The motor and resister blew out while YOUR mechanics hands were in my car and we were standing watching him. The money to fix it was never an issue, it was principle. You should be standing by your work and the guys who do it, not lying to the customer and their insurance. Bottom line: Beware of this shop!!! They don't stand behind their work, lie, and just plain don't do good work. My car still looks awful from the badly done paint and door placement. read more

My friend was treated unprofessionally. Caliber Collision did damage to the car totally unrelated to the original issue, and then someone named Maria acted rude and refused to acknowlege any possible wrongdoing on the part of Caliber, despite offering to show pictures and evidence. It took hours for my friend to fix the damage but otherwise I advised him to sue... Worst customer service ever! read more

If there's a lower than 1 star that will be our rating for this shop. 39 days ago we brought our vehicle here and the guy that did estimate was very judgmental, disrespectful and doesn't know how to listen to our concerns. We felt that he rushed his estimate and never pay attention to small details that we are pointing out. When we told him that we don't appreciate the way he talked to us which is disrecpectfully his respond was "well if you're not happy with me you can go to a different shop to repair your car" we did not expect that respond, he should apologize because we felt that way, and not giving us message to leave and find another shop. That's very rude of him, we felt sorry for some staff that did a great job and went above and beyond if there's any. I can't speak for everyone we only sharing our experienced with that guy. We are very lucky that we moved to all magic paint shop at Norco because they did an excellent job, respected us and they made us feel that our concerns are important. read more

A year ago Caliber did the repairs on my Mini cooper...but recently I brought my mini cooper back to have my fenders repainted. First off they told my husband they didn't specialize in mini coopers( how odd when they fixed my car the first time?), then secondly the lady said she would get a manger to come look at the car for the estimate. He never came out, my husband was given a lame excuse and then told that it would be close to $1000.00 to paint the small skinny fenders added on for my car! Its was like they were giving us some outrageous price so we would go away. Funny thing was, when we were there the last time the tech( which he was amazing and totally loved my car!) told us it would be around $500.00 to do the fends and to bring it back when we were ready! I decided to talk to Gregory the area manager and once I expressed them I was offered to go to another location and they would take care of me. We brought our car in here on Thursday and it was ready to pick up in two days. We've used them before and they have been awesome every time. They have wonderful customer service and they went above and beyond. From the first person we met when we walked through the front door, we we're greeted by a very kind and helpful receptionist till we were greeted by Christian and he helped us and was awesome from start to finish. He washed our car before we picked it up and he went above and beyond what was expected of him. He should be commended for his great service. He was an excellent employee and I would definitely deal with him again if I got the chance. Every time we use Caliber they give us the best service we could ask for. After reading some of the previous reviews I was kind of nervous to take my car here. However, Isaac did an amazing job. When I first brought my car in I was told that the dents will be out but bc I have an older car the paint wouldn't match. I was still content with that. They said my car would take a week to fix but it was ready in 5 days. I just hate that they're closed on Saturdays. Anyways, when I arrived to get my car Isaac walked me out and showed me my car. My husband's truck was damaged when our 5th wheel hitch broke and our 5th wheel landed on the bed of the truck. We have used Caliber before with other vehicles throughout the years. We took the truck to them. After having them do an estimate and telling us they would not touch the shocks because they dont do that. They then called and said they would not even finish the bed of the truck because we had airbags and they also don't do that. So after having the truck for a week, nothing has been done and found out they wont even touch the truck and we have to find another place to take the truck. read more

I was hesitant on taking my car to a shop. It's kind of like finding a new barber or a salon to goto. I was referred and was told to speak to Issac. Issac is a hell of a guy. Very professional, polite, and no questioned asked he took the time of day to assist me. Antonette was very sweet, and always had a laugh with her. She stayed in touch with me through the whole process. The work here is amazing. On top of that they guaranteed it for a life time. Staff here is very helpful! They Went beyond expectations. I am giving 4 stars because customer service should be within the whole business not just with one person. I was rear ended and the insurance company recommended this company for the repairs. I came in for an estimate and Mr. Jesse Perez was the one who helped me. He explained everything that he could see with out it being taken apart that was damaged and let me know that when they take it apart more damage could have been done. He let me know he would get back to me with the estimate beginning of the next week since it was a Friday. Tuesday I receive a call from their receptionist saying that the insurance company had taken full responsibility for the claim. I explained I was at work and would need to call her back since I hadn't talked to the insurance company about my repairs yet either. Literally not even 3 minutes later I received an email about my repair appt date and time from her. I called back on Wed morning to find out why an appt had been scheduled when I told her the previous day I needed to talk to the insurance company first before moving forward. She proceeded to argue with me on the phone that I didn't know what I was talking about and it wasn't an email from them. When I asked if she wanted me to forward her the email to her so that she could see that it was she continued to be rude and tried talking down to me. Totally unacceptable customer service. I then told her I would be contacting the insurance company and then would decide if I would go with their company or not. I have 2 reasons as to why I chose to let them do my repairs : 1. They support our VETERANS in a huge way and coming from a military family and my son being in the service this was huge for me. 2. Jesse Perez - he made my experience worth it and worth looking past their receptionist. It's unfortunate that one person can make or break business. In this case Mr. Perez made it. Your receptionist should get training on customer service and should be there for the customer even before a contract is signed. read more
