My car got a dent in the bumper and they had really good service would recommend to other people

I am giving 4 stars because customer service should be within the whole business not just with one person. I was rear ended and the insurance company recommended this company for the repairs. I came in for an estimate and Mr. Jesse Perez was the one who helped me. He explained everything that he could see with out it being taken apart that was damaged and let me know that when they take it apart more damage could have been done. He let me know he would get back to me with the estimate beginning of the next week since it was a Friday. Tuesday I receive a call from their receptionist saying that the insurance company had taken full responsibility for the claim. I explained I was at work and would need to call her back since I hadn't talked to the insurance company about my repairs yet either. Literally not even 3 minutes later I received an email about my repair appt date and time from her. I called back on Wed morning to find out why an appt had been scheduled when I told her the previous day I needed to talk to the insurance company first before moving forward. She proceeded to argue with me on the phone that I didn't know what I was talking about and it wasn't an email from them. When I asked if she wanted me to forward her the email to her so that she could see that it was she continued to be rude and tried talking down to me. Totally unacceptable customer service. I then told her I would be contacting the insurance company and then would decide if I would go with their company or not. I have 2 reasons as to why I chose to let them do my repairs : 1. They support our VETERANS in a huge way and coming from a military family and my son being in the service this was huge for me. 2. Jesse Perez - he made my experience worth it and worth looking past their receptionist. It's unfortunate that one person can make or break business. In this case Mr. Perez made it. Your receptionist should get training on customer service and should be there for the customer even before a contract is signed. read more

My car window was shattered at 5:30 Monday morning and by 5:00 that evening Caliber has my window replaced and my car washed. After spending all day at the bank, the DMV, and on the phone securing my identity, it was so refreshing and nearly brought tears to my eyes. Took my car because I was hit from behind pretty bad. With everything else being so difficult I am so thankful these guys were so helpful. They were able to accommodate me when I dropped and picked the car up. They also gave me a ride home when I dropped off the car. I got updates on my car every Tuesday and Thursday and it was ready to be picked up on the date that was told to me when I dropped it off. I was involved in a car accident and had my rear bumper damaged. George made my experience so smooth! I didn't have to worry about anything. My car needed to be painted on the rear bumper and they color matched it perfectly. Once I took it in and they took apart the rear bumper they noticed more damage that would need extra parts. They ordered them quickly and it only added a few days to the time they needed my car. They also dealt with the insurance regarding the extra parts being billed. When I picked up my car it looked as if it had been detailed which was such a nice touch. Definitely recommend. I will be coming back when needed! Don't forget to ask for George! read more

I had my VW towed here because they were an approved vendor for my insurance company. Mistake #1. There was engine damage due to the accident that they stated they had a VW mechanic repair. A month later when they said my car was ready for pick up ... I drove off quickly to find my car over heating and breaking down. Needless to say it is now at a VW mechanic that is making the correct repairs. Don't rely on this establishment to do any engine work. read more

I had repairs done here after an accident and was surprised to get my car back and there were still issues. There were things that rattled and bolts were not tight. Hoses had holes. Overall I was disappointed. I went back and they fixed some of the issues, and had to take it back again The only thing that takes this from a 1 star to a 2 was the EXCELLENT service from the shop's manager making sure I was taken care of on the 3rd go back and even provided a rental car. After leaving i had to go to another audio shop to get other things fixed, but now everything seems to be better. I'd check other shops next time read more

Recently I experienced one of the worst things that we can experience in our daily lives. I was in an accident and my insurance company (USAA) referred me to Caliber Collision to perform the repairs on my brand new 2014 Corolla. Adrian the service rep took care of my paperwork quickly and with utmost understanding. He also made several update calls throughout the time time that my car was in the shop. He was very helpful and provided me with a link to the work being done on my car the entire time. The shop was able to complete my vehicle repairs an entire week in advance! My vehicle looked and drove the same as when I drove off the lot. I am extremely satisfied with the work that Caliber Collision performed and with the excellent customer service provided by Adrian. WALK AWAY! This has got to be the worst auto repair shop ever! I am military and was recommended by USAA insurance, however, I will never ever come back to this place. I am so mad. My car is worse off than ever. Took 6 months, 9 visits, parts falling off on the freeway, and two front bumpers but finally my front bumper is replaced. I get in my car and they broke my electronic DVD player cover by forcing it closed. Why were they messing with it you may ask? I have no idea! But they broke it and that is the final straw! Total BS!!! Sure they offered to fix it. However, they were not competent enough to simply replace a front bumper. No way was I going to let them mess with something electronic in my car. Saul was such a big help! He was very professional, courteous, and made me feel very comfortable. He really took care of my poor car and worked around my schedule of getting me in. I recommend him to anyone who needs any type of car repair. I felt that he treated my vehicle as if it was his own! ll-in-all a very positive experience with a knowledgeable pro! Went to pick up my car and Manuel not only put my car back together but fully detailed it. My car looks brand new, I didn't even recognize it. It honestly looks better than when I purchased it! Had been to this location twice at no fault of mine & both times they were great at keeping me informed through out the process of repairs and claims with the AAA. The repair work is awesome that they do, my black 2015 car looked pristine when completed but the second time my vehicle was a total loss. Nobody wants to have to worry about taking their vehicle for auto body damage, especially after an accident. This is a stressful situation for anyone. However, from the moment I called to schedule my drop off and spoke to Selena, she made me feel so at ease from the get. Once I dropped my Jeep off and met with Jesse, who also was very pleasant to speak with and advised me of all work to be done this experience just got more and more comforting. The most reassuring was meeting with tech, Daniel who went over what most of the process would entail by him personally. I can't thank him and everyone else enough for taking care of what is literally my baby! I was updated via text daily on the progress of work and ETA of competition. The level of communication from the shop exceeded any expectations I had.
