I forgot to update this years ago...After taking my car to my own mechanic (since Calibur refused to look at it) He found a huge mistake that Calibur had made. They removed 2 parts and never put them back when reassembling my car. One part caused the shifting problem and one caused the break lights not to work. After my mechanic informed them of this,the manager sent me a letter of apology and a check for a full refund of the work they did. Dealing with the accident was enough of a hassle for me and i wasnt looking forward to the round-and-round with the insurance company and the repair shop. To my surprise caliber collision didnt give me any of the hassle i dreaded. What really impressed me was the way they handled an issue that came up after the intial repairs had been made. The AC was making a funny sound and the alignment seemed a bit off. I took the car back, and again with no hassle, they fixed the problems right away. You hope never to need a collision repair shop but if you do, take it to these guys. read more

Not a good experience at all, I dropped my car off on June 18th and just got it back from a different location on August 23rd. The first time I picked up my car I had damage to my rear bumper door and swirl marks all over the my car. After taking it back to them and demanding that they repaint it properly and fix the damage they did they gave me a half assed touch up job with a paint brush and a nice wax. I took it back to another location and explained to the what happened at the sister location and they said that they could fix it. Instead their was more damage on my vehicle from the roof to shitty touch up jobs on the door, damage on my fenders and now damage to my interior. I had my car at these locations for over two months. I'd advise anyone taking their vehicles here to look at their vehicles closely to see the pry marks from their inexperienced technicians and crap painters to realize they have no idea what they're doing. All in all F this place and the fake attitude they have going around that make it seem like they're gonna help you out when in reality they'll ruin your 40K car and lie about their practices. read more

I have nothing but praises to sing for this Caliber Collision in Norco. I used Caliber Collision out of state so I am familiar with the company, but this particular location goes above and beyond for their customers! They were kind enough to help me replace clips on the plastic lining that goes under the grill, and mount my license plate without any additional cost. (I'm from out of state and front plates weren't required there.) This saved me so much time and headache, and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. This review is long over due. My son was hit on the freeway and the police and tow person assessed the car would be totaled. The trunk was pushed to the back seat. We said our last good-byes. But Caliber in Norco fixed his car and it looked BETTER than the day he first got it. I was currently involved in a collision where the back axle was bent. Just picked up my almost new gmc Sierra today and am very happy with repairs. I was rear ended and pushed into car in front of me. My truck's front and rear bumpers were damaged and bent. Tow assembly was also bent. Isaac my caliber contact was great in keeping me updated through out process. I called him a few times with silly questions and demands and not once did he get an attitude or made me feel like I was bothering him. He made the process great. Caliber did a thorough inspection. He was extremely helpful the entire time and made sure all my questions and needs were answered. My experience with your shop was great. Actually beyond great. I received daily updates via text and phone calls for additional issues. My insurance set everything up for me and that was awesome. The whole process was too easy. The work done on my car was beyond expectations. They even took out a small dent on the driver side door. Awesome! My son's car was hit on the car door, rear quarter panel, and side of bumper. Dropped off car and didn't hear from them until 4th day on a Saturday and was told, the person I was working with was let go and they will be getting to the car soon. Got a call Tuesday and was told that car will be going into paint. They called late Wednesday indicating car was ready. Picked up car late Wednesday, car looked good. I had previously written a negative review of their pricing to which I was contacted within a week and they offered to adjust the pricing to the original cost they had quoted. I had preciously taken my Porsche into their shop and they had done a very excellent job on repairing it. I don't recall who I spoke to regarding the the situation regarding the pricing however they were very apologetic and handled it in a very professional way. These guys quote everything insanely high for people. But then they quote low for insurance companies. They do sub par work. In particular they failed to match the paint color on my car. Wow!! I wish I could give 100 stars. Seriously. Extremely EXTREMELY happy with the wonderful service from day 1-all the way through three weeks of repair! Day 1-i didnt just "drop off" or "tow off" i should say, a badly damaged brand new car (which was t-boned), but rather, staff took time to go with me out to the car and elicit any other concerns i had with the car, i had some issues from prior burglary and shattered window and replacement not working, and some other new troubles. They noted all of them and assured me all would be investigated and fixed (even the separate window which of course i said i would pay out of pocket for) Sal was the best! He called regularly to give me an update on how the repair process was going, what stage we were at, any unexpected or expected delays, he even assisted in asking my worthless insurance (progressive) about waiving the deductible. They did not waive even though not at fault but thats another story. He handled dealing eith my insurance 100%, thank GOD. I literally had zero stress with them in terms of fixing my own car. Obtaining reimbursement from progressive for deductible and rental car from other's insurance...thats a diff storybut THANK YOU Sal for making it painless!! Sal also personally tested the window and trunk openings several times and magically both began working perfect and still are! He has the magic touch or is an auto whisperer LOL When i arrived to pick up my Suby, she was shining and sparkling like the day I drove her off the lot just a couple months ago! Manuel and sal provided a free detail much to my surprise as well as a wash and even took time to get the water stains out of the paint/door panel which, where I rent, are unfortunately hit w/ sprinklers (my suby is BRAND NEW 2018 less than 5000 miles, so the water stains were very saddening) i did not even mention the water stains and yet manuel and sal saw them and removed them! The detail and wash really meant a lot to me bc im terrible about going to thr wash and cant really do it myself where i live sadly. Also--importantly she drives like new AND looks like new--CANT EVEN TELL!! I was worried about noticing damage in alignment but again, drives like i remember it. I really cant say enough positive things about Sal, Manuel, the manager as well. The office itself is beautiful, they even offered me a free diet coke when i first brought in my suby on the tow truck, exhausted and sweating from being broken down out in the desert for several hours, the diet coke was a godsend. Didn't want to fix my truck after they kept it for 3 weeks screwing me around and i had to have it towed elsewhere. I honestly wouldn't have wrote a review had i not received an email asking me to. The irony is, in my email there was this BS story about how Veteran friendly they are and how they went out of their way to " give back". Im a veteran too with special license plates that i found disrespectfully shoved under the seat, after my truck was shipped to another shop. Mandy was to busy deal with me,I came in for an estimate and she kept me waiting a long time when they finally helped me the guy came out and said that it was a total for sure. Anyways Mandy said that they mostly work on high end vehicles and that my Toyota wasn't worth their time. As a returning customer, I called to make an appt to get my car looked at. The girl who answered the phone asked what insurance I had then told me they don't "write for Allstate". I wasn't sure what she meant since my Allstate Agent told me to take it to the body shop and call the claims dept if it's over my deductible. I explained this to her so she then asked make and model, when I said CLK350 she said we don't work on Mercedes here. Got into a very minor fender bender. The front bumper was pushed in against my tire so had to tow my truck to Browning Dodge. Dodge sent it to Calibur Collision. All they had to do was replace the front bumper. There was no body work or paint needed. No broken headlights, just the bumper. It took Calibur Collision 2 weeks to replace the bumper. I had to call them to get any info on my truck. They would tell me when my truck would be done, but it wouldn't be done, and nobody would call me. Then when it was finally done, they left some of the protective wraping on the bumper, and had to take the bumper off to peel it off. And there were some charges that could not be explained. read more

I was recommended to go here by the insurance company of the person's insurance company that caused the accident I was in. And although Caliber was very nice and informative. After getting my car back the quality of the repairs is not what I expected. They had my car for a month then when I took it back for a concern they actually made the other side of the car with no damage look bad. I haven't had time to call back with other concerns which I will be doing Monday and hopefully they will make my car look like it should October 9,2016 I just received an email to see how you did. Again I'm very unsatisfied I did bring my car back and they were nice about fixing things wrong but after getting it back now different things wrong and then when taking it back to show the issues I was made to feel like I was just being to picky. Really I just want my car back to the way it was before the accident. Don't think that's to much to ask and I shouldn't feel like I'm asking to much. My car got clipped by a motorcyclist, needed a paint job and some repairs. I didn't want to take it to seidners cause I had bad experienced with them on my car, so I decided to try another place. But honestly I think a unknown body shop can do a better job than these people here. It took them a week to finish my car, came in to pick it up just to find out they did a sloppy job on my car. The paint job was horrible ! There were air bubbles, uneven paint job and there were paint being chip off my car. I brought it in to have my car looking new again, but in this case I get more marks on my car. I just hope they don't break anything in my car like the other reviewers mentioned about their car. Lucky my husband was there to help me double check everything, he notice there were a missing clip to my bumper and told them about it or else I would have drove off and end up losing it in the fwy. I wasn't happy with the job they did due to new marks on my car and so on, so I had to leave it there till they get it correctly. Sadly to say it's been there for almost 2 weeks now. This 2nd time around they better get it right! I'm not driving my car home to be unhappy with it. Hopefully these peoples are more professional than the peoples at seidners and don't play around with my car and end up breaking stuff. 2 well known body shop and yet they both do shitty job on repairing their customers car. Smh !!! I came back today to get my car and found more marks on my car on top of that the bumper clips are showing and it's not even at all. Do these people know what they're doing! Omg, this is so frustrating. I wanted to talk to the manager, but my husband didn't want to leave the car there any longer than it has and end up with more problems to the car later.
