It took 3 months and two weeks to this business to destroy my van. I brought it in with a damage to a rear door, caused by a pickup truck that hit it in the back. I took it back from the Norco Caliber Collision with more problems : the dashboard computer is no longer working (it worked after the accident), the stereo system is not working properly (it worked after the accident) , the upholstery is falling down (it was perfect after the accident), they took it down and did not put it back the right way, the glue shows off on the side of the van... they did a very cheap work that took a quarter of a year. Antoinette has been extremely rude and unprofessional each time I called to ask about the work they were doing. She has made fun of my accent, hang up the phone in various occasions and promised to send emails which she never did. Each time I talked to her, she has promised that the van will be ready in two weeks, next months, three more weeks, one more week, few more days... 3 months and two weeks and the van was still not ready. It came out from this shop with more problems that it had when I brought it in. I was involved in an accident and took my car to Caliber due to my insurance company's recommendation. From the time I dropped the car, the staff at Caliber Collision catered to my every need. Josue was my service agent, and my Man is beyond communicable, attentive, and just so damn nice, and that helps in situations such as this. The 2 ladies at the front desk were so welcoming, and even assisted with providing a ride for me to pick-up a rental. Caliber set a deadline of when my car would be ready, and stuck to it, which is what I appreciate! When I picked-up my car, it honestly looked and drove better than new, and I had to ask Josue who worked on my car for me to thank them personally. I met the actual technician by the name of Sergio, and the detailer (surprisingly the same gentleman that gave me a ride to retrieve my rental), who's name is Emanuel. They all did a superb job from beginning to end, and not one detail was missed. I appreciate the assistance from Caliber and their staff, and would recommend them to everyone whenever an unfortunate accident occurs. I'd have to say this is the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. First off, the staff was wonderful! As soon I walked through the door I was impressed. As I walked in a gentleman named Carlos greeted me with a big smile! He offered me coffee and asked if he could help, then he guided me to a young lady Selena, who was so sweet! Another gentleman, Issac handled my repair. He was great! He called me on Tuesday and Thursday to let me know the status of my car. Once my car was ready on Friday, I couldn't pick it up. They offered to bring me my car and took my rental back to me! The same gentleman Carlos delivered my car and explained the warranty! He also told me the names of the guys who fixed my car Jessie and Daniel the painter. They did wonderful work and my car was perfect! And, to top it off my car was cleaner than when I brought it in! Thank you to Manuel the detailer for going above and beyond. I work at a rock quarry where there are dirt roads to get to my office, he left my car immaculate! These people really took care of me! Jesse is the BEST!!!!!! I went to almost 8 different body shops to be denied and rudely turned away by every shop and I finally on a last effort went to Caliber Collision's and they were the only shop willing to help me with my car. I was very welcomed and greeted by Jesse. Hands down was the absolute best service all around but Jesse was by far the best. I felt immediately comfortable speaking with jesses and he made me feel very welcomed. He was very understanding and worked with my schedule and got the job done extremely fast! He was professional, courteous, went above and beyond expectations for my vehicle. I could not have asked for better help. I definitely will be bringing my business only here. I was rear ended but luckily it was minor damage. The insurance company first sent me to Caliber Collision in Corona, since it is closer to my work. I went there twice and they just didn't seem interested in fixing my car and were not very friendly at all. Then the insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision in Norco, and from the first phone call, to when I showed up to get my car repaired, they were incredible! I took my car in on a Monday and they said a week later on a Tuesday it would be ready. They actually had it ready for me to pick up that same week on Friday. I like that they did not over promise. They kept me informed about the progress by text which was great. Also, the process of getting the rental car was extremely efficient. Caliber called and took care of everything. The very best thing is they fixed my damage, but touched up every scratch on my car (the entire car!). It looks brand new. My car got crashed into and I took my car to caliber collision for the first time and as soon as I walked into the door I was treated very nicely by maria who took pictures of my car and started my process right away, everyone at the shop were very nice and explained everything that was gonna happen with my car. I took my 2017 RAM REBEL truck for some serious repairs after I hit a concrete post. I was referred by 3 different individuals to this place. I new the truck was in good hands but after I saw it...... I was speechless!!!! IT LOOKED ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE DEALER LOT!!!! This is regarding Caliber Collision in Norco, CA. They are the best! They are fast, thorough and knowledgeable. Everyone knows what they're doing, including the front desk so everything was done quickly. I had a rental car in less than 10 minutes! Everyone was very friendly, and explained clearly so I would understand. Special kudos to the Service Advisor, Issac Mercado, who kept me updated and answered all my questions. The whole office had a calm vibe, which isn't the case in some places. They did an excellent job on the repairs and they also washed my car & cleaned the inside as well with attention to details. Exceptional help overall. I could not have asked for a more helpful group of people. I am truly greatful to have been able to use such a simple quality service with very little effort on my part. Thank you. This was my experience: I thought my car had minor damage from a small accident on the freeway. Jesse however, took a look at it for no more than five minutes for the inspection and recommended it should be left with them because the damage seemed extensive. Oh and was he right the car was in much worse shape than what I could have ever determined. They had a rental car service pick me up, rent a car (this is covered by my insurance), and be on my way to work in a short amount of time. Throughout the repair process I was sent live updates to know what was going on and what to expect. There isn't a bad thing you could say about this location and this company in General. Joe and his team are very helpful and work very hard to get you back to everyday life. I was rear ended on a Tuesday and was supposed to be leaving that Friday to drive my car back up to the state of Washington. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to drive my car up since there was such little time between the accident and when I was supposed to leave, but the Caliber team came together to make sure my car was taken care of. Even with such little time to work on my car the job turned out great and my car looked brand new again. Someone backed into my car and punctured my front bumper. There was also a little bit of damage behind the bumper. I took my car into Caliber Collision, and they took care of everything from point A to point Z. Not only did my car come back shiny and good as new, but they also made the process extremely easy, and kept me updated every step of the way.
