My car was sent here after being in a bad accident. It was on the verge of being totaled but Rudy saved my baby. Although I went a month without my car, I was consistently updated about the progress on it every Tuesday and Thursday faithfully. I have a metallic orange car and the paint job on the car looks like I just took it off the lot at the dealership. One of the great things about having your car fixed here is that you will receive a lifetime warranty on the service they provided. Also they are Nissan and infinity certified so if you are apart of those families, this is the auto body shop for you. read more

Hit by a semi truck on the 10 freeway. Edgar did a flawless job repairing and was amazing to work with as far as insurance stuff. Everyone at Caliber was incredible. Thanks Edgar! read more

I recommend this Caliber location to anyone that needs repairs after an accident! I was treated very well here and my vehicle repairs exceeded expectations! I was given a promised completion date and it was completed within that timeline. KENNY was the person in charge of my repair, he was extremely personable and always kept me informed of the process of my vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned inside and outside when I arrived to pick it up. In my humble opinion, it's rare these days to come upon great customer service but this Caliber Collision location was a pleasant experience all around. I will now recommend and refer anyone to Caliber collision in Montclair for any of your vehicle repairs! read more

My car was in an accident two months ago. The Local Calliber Collision were busy so they shipped my car this location. Kenny called me the minute he received my car to let me know that he had it and that if i had any questions please contact him. Kenny is the BEST he kept in contact with me and Mom at least twice a week. Even when my insurance was stalling he would do his best to help us out. Once everything cleared he got the parts and told my Mom that he would contact us every Tuesday and Thursday. He kept his word always so polite and courteous. Thank you to the whole Calliber Collision Montclair team for getting my car back to me. I would recommend this place to anyone that has body repair needs. read more

Caliber Collision was great to work with. I was actually referred to them by my car dealership after an accident on the freeway. They kept me in the loop and I usually knew things even before my agent did. They delivered my car back to my house promptly and a whole lot cleaner than when I gave it to them. I have toddlers. Then there was Mark, the guy who delivered my car. He was so friendly and warm. They delivered it at night but he didn't rush me to really look at the car. Waited for me to find my extremely bright flash light and then waited almost another 10 minutes while I drive it around. He assured me if there was anything wrong to let Caliber know and he could come back and pick up the car. Highly recommend this Caliber Collision location and Mark to help you anytime. read more

Caliber Collision is great! The times I've had unexpected issues with my car they were able to take me in within a reasonable time and repair my car. They do a great job explaining what is wrong with your car and what you need to get done, as well as what they recommend you get done. Kenny communicates the details of the repair process well and helps you throughout the whole process with whatever questions you may have. The prices are very reasonable and the service was overall fantastic! read more

Caliber Collision really knows how to keep you informed and happy. Dropped off a vehicle that was hit in a parking lot, luckily for me the woman took responsibility so her insurance took care of all costs. I was able to choose a body shop and since this place is close and has a very reputable name they made the cut, the estimate time was a little longer than expected but I'm no expert so I let them do their job and they finished earlier than originally stated when I got the vehicle back it was like nothing ever happened, everything is as good as new! All through the process I was sent text messages letting me know it would be finished on time, that I could contact with any questions. I have a lifetime warranty in writing, and am very pleased with the service. read more

Caliber Collision - Before and After shot of a job well done. - Body Shops Near Me - Montclair, California

Awful business. My car was taken there after an accident and caliber collision left my car broken. They used glue instead of replacing parts and other parts were left broken. I tried to take my car back there and tell them they didn't fix it and they did nothing about it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. read more

If you need a place to fix your car in a timely and professional manner then this is the place to go. Kenny helped me get my front tires replaced at a great price with no inconvenience. The workers are super honest with their assessment of your vehicle and wont upsell you on anything you don't need. Not only is the service great but the interior lounge area was super nice, clean, and professional. 10/10 recommended for any repairs on your car, no matter the issue. The workers are super friendly and make sure everything is taken care of. read more

My car is my baby so I had VERY high expectations on how they were going to leave her after I got into an accident. And let me tell you, they were met! There was not a lot of bodily damage. The left rear tire was really bent in, my alignment was completely off and to the left. I had suspension problems and even my blind spot monitor was broken. I read really great reviews on other collision body shops but I went ahead to a Mazda dealership (to get my deductible money's worth) and they recommended Caliber Collision. Will worked with us and did an amazing job. The entire staff was great to be around too. They did mess up on the text messages they sent for an update on your car. But besides that, everything went very smooth! read more

My car was damaged due to the Santa Ana Winds earlier this year. My insurance directed me to caliber collision. Edgar has been nothing but helpful and patient the entire process keeping me updated with text reminders as well as phone calls. My car was fixed in a timely manner with no delays! The added detailing, washing, and delivery of my vehicle courtesy of them was an added plus. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! read more

I am conflicted! My Prius was 'tapped' on the rear bumper by an 18 wheeler on the 60 one night. We were directed to Caliber by AAA. They said they needed to replace the bumper cover. We got the car back and it looked great. Nice and clean, minimal overspray and very clean. Our handler, Max (not his real name) seemed to go out of his way to make sure we were happy and made sure we knew about the full lifetime wtty on all their work.-Great- a few weeks later I noticed the bumper seemed to be sagging a little. The wife didn't mind since we had a 'Lifetime Wtty' but I felt we should bring it back ASAP. So I did and spoke to Max again. He told me that my insurance coverage calls for all new parts but they had used a used bumper cover in the repair. They would order a new cover from Puente Hills Toyota and call me when it came in. Within a week they had it and it was repaired in a day.! A week later it was sagging again! Our new handler, Sara(not her real name, either) said 'Yea, they all do that' but she would order a new bracket and that should do it. When it came in she had it put on right away. Within a few minutes she brought round the car and tossed me the keys and said "your car is done" By by! I went out to get the car and the bumper was covered in dust and hand prints in the questioned area. Sara did not accompany me. Also, the bumper didn't seem to be fitting much better, and I could see the bracket they replaced. It was white and the old one was black, its a grey car, BTW. I went back in, already late for work, to try and find Sara to ask whats up. Once I got her she said that we must have bashed the bumper from below and broken the tabs and that was all they were going to do for us, oh, and the brackets come in black or white, no choice. This is when I got conflicted! I asked Sara if I could have the old bracket. She said, sure, just wait. I waited, and waited, and waited. Longer than they had it to put the new bracket on. Finally she came out with one, mine, I assume. At first I did't see any damage to it. She didn't show me, actually she was gone by now. So off I drove. With a saggy bumper. I have since looked at the bottom of the bumper where it presumably was hit and could not see any obvious damage. read more

AMAZING!!! I would give them 10 Stars if possible I love this place my car had a dent on the driver side. The insurance sent me here to get it fixed so glad they did everyone was so friendly. I was glad caliber was able to accommodate my schedule and deliver my beautiful car to me on a holiday weekend (Friday) totally across town. Ruben the tow truck driver was courteous enough to call me with his ETA per GPS and again when he exited the freeway. He was given the wrong address but quickly called to verify and got to me in 5 minutes. Thank you caliber for getting my car back to me a week earlier than scheduled. read more

Went to Caliber Collision to repair my daughter's vehicle. Her car was hit in a parking lot at school. There was front passenger side damage. We went to caliber collision - had no problem checking in vehicle. We were told vehicle would be ready in a week and half. They finished the car early - completed in a week!. Ruben from caliber delivered our car to our home. What a nice surprise. The car looked great. Ruben was very professional, and advised that if anything was wrong with the vehicle to give them a call, and they would fix whatever was needed. Caliber Collision did high caliber work, and their service is awesome. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle collision needs. Thank you, Ruben. read more

I have a 17-year-old daughter that's now driving so I have been to a couple of body shops lately. I have to say that Rudy at caliber collision in Montclair was by far the most knowledgeable understanding person that I have dealt with and body shops throughout my whole life. I give this place five stars without a doubt. Once again if you go there look up Rudy and ask for him he'll take great care of you. read more

Caliber Collisions is DA BOMB! My car bumper had a few scratches that really bugged me so I went to see Caliber Collisions (Formerly the old location of Haddicks Auto body) off Valley Blvd. One of Haddicks former staff members Suzanne who I had dealt with for years assisted me with the quoting process and it was quite efficient! Although it was a brand new system where she had to re-enter all my information again, I didn't mind it as there was a popcorn machine and a fridge stocked with coffee and soft drinks to keep me occupied! Suzanne took my information quickly and we went outside for a "walk around" inspecting my car marking the areas that needed attention. Suzanne gave me a price estimate and timeline on the spot and offered to drive me back to my residence which wasn't too far away. Later that day, she confirmed the price and work timeline of my car and when it would be ready through their convenient text service. The auto body work was done the very nice day and I was notified of it via text. Although I was busy for 2 days and had not picked up my car at Caliber Collisions, Suzanne was sweet enough to drop my car off at my office which wasn't too far away! Talk about service! I'll definitely be bringing my auto body needs to Caliber and will always look for Suzanne! Thank you again! read more

I was in a hit and run collision and was missing a whole bumper. I took my car in and everyone there made everything so easy I didn't have to worry about anything. They assured me my car would be done in no time. Everything went smoothly. When I pick up my car it look amazing like if it was never hit. Their work is top of the line. Very quick and professional. If ever in another collision will definitely be going back and will recommend to anyone who is looking to have work done on their car. read more

Absolute the worst place to take your car if you've been in a collision. You try to get responses from people and they give you the run around. Also, you put in an "order" they forget or put it aside until you constantly call them about it. My car and my dad's car came out with a bunch of problems they never had. read more

I just want to say that I'm very satisfied with the service Caliber Collision has provided me with. Edwin has been really helpful since my car went in to get fixed. He's called me to keep me informed with what's going with the repairs, as well as allowing my dad to visit on fridays to see the progress. My car looks like new and I'm beyond happy with the work. And to Ruben thank you soo much for taking the time to bring my baby back home. You guys don't know how excited I am to finally be on the road again with out having to rely on my dads car! You guys are the best!!! read more

Absolutely amazing service. After my accident, they called to keep me updated and informed, and I got my car back a little earlier than I inspected. When I went in to get it, my car looked just like before the accident, and maybe even a little better. The front reception staff and technicians were very professional and informative. Hopefully I don't have another accident, but if I do, I'd want my repairs done with them again. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. World class customer service. They really took great care of my Yukon XL after the accident and was great at communicating to me every step of the way. There was a small hick up along the way when I thought I would receive my vehicle back at a certain time and made reservations to be out of town that weekend. Dave, the manager apologized about the situation and then paid for a rental car for me and my family so our vacation wouldn't be interrupted. Mark the delivery driver brought my baby back even on a busy Friday evening and was super helpful and friendly. Great job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car to be taken care of. read more

By far the WORST place to do business with. I would never recommend! I was in an accident and had my car Towed to caliber on March 5th got it back 3 weeks later with a broken rear view mirror and head light that had "passed inspection" and was brand new not working. I had to constantly reach out to my person handling my account to get answers. I had the car towed TWO separate times after picking it up to keep having the light fixed and it kept being delivered back to me not repaired. They wasted my time and at the end of the day blamed it on my ins company. He said he would have the mirror fixed since they had tried to glue it together after it supposedly came lose and when I asked when they would fix it he said it was delivered broken but never communicated that with me so decided they weren't going to fix it anymore. WORST PLACE EVER! I had such a great experience with the caliber in riverside last time and was very disappointed with the caliber here in LA. read more

They did great work on my car. The tow truck driver Mark was great with bringing my car right to my apartment.

I have to say that Calliber Collision has outdone themselves. From the begging of the process when they received my car until the day my car was delivered Mike was keeping me updated with the status of the work that was being done on my car. The girls answering the calls were friendly and Ruben was very careful and professional when he delivered my car. The job you guys did on my car was amazing that i feel like i have a brand new car!!
