Getting things set up and the repair process was excellent. Their reception gets zero stars. The lady is rude and made customers stand in her lobby while she was on the phone for over 15 minutes. She was tending to business and the conversation was about invoices. It was just rude that she never acknowledged the customers or told the person on the phone that she had customers waiting. After her call she indicated it was her regional manager. For more reason zero customer service if she can't tell her superiors she has customers. There was a old gentleman waiting to just give her keys and he just stood there waiting. She would not stop her business conversation at all. Customer service from the front office gets a zero. Editing to add that the repair process was excellent and my advisor Kent was superb. He was extremely helpful and getting me set up and with the right rental. Kent and the repair crew get all 5 stars from me, just sad that that excellent customer service was not carried by the face of the business. read more

I took my car into this Caliber location because it was a Progressive recommended shop with a "lifetime warranty". Huge mistake. They returned the car after three weeks with so many problems it was laughable. For instance, the headlight stuck up from the fender about 1/2". When I took it back, the manager said there were some 'issues' and I could bring it back the following week. When I told him I brought it back now because his rep told me to bring it and they'd have a rental waiting he actually said to me 'hey I'm trying to help you out'. The $7k for the repairs apparently wasn't enough to warrant a decent repair he had to 'help me out' to get it right. The second time they had it for another week and, of course, delivered it just before closing on a Friday. The body panels didn't line up and the manager blamed it on the 'brackets', not that they couldn't assemble it correctly. The door panel that they broke while dealing with the hail damage was 'no problem' and he could get that part. That was more than two weeks ago and, shockingly, no call. After the first delivery I thought this location was just quite incompetent, but after the second I realized that this is the level of quality they give all customers and hope most won't notice. A 'lifetime warranty' means nothing when they will not make any effort to repair it properly. I don't know that this location is typical of Caliber's quality but this very simple repair was so bad I don't plan to find out by visiting another location. Edit: Caliber, if you truly want to address the problems at this location, my file should not be difficult to locate as I had to bring my car in for a fourth week of repairs resulting in Caliber paying rental fees. The reason I will not reach out to your "community manager" is that I view these responses as merely trying to portray Caliber as responsive when, in fact, the appropriate action would be to contact that Caliber location and address their failings. read more

I want to sincerely thank Caliber mobile auto glass repair. They truly saved the day for us. We had a crack in the windshield of our truck and another auto glass company came out to repair our windshield. The other company removed the windshield then refused to place the new windshield and left our truck with no windshield. Caliber came out and put in the new windshield and even cleaned up the mess left by the other company. I have been to them twice and both times I was impressed. Their communication is amazing, I always knew exactly what was going on throughout the process. Ken was the best. He was kind, knowledgeable, and responsive whenever I had questions. He made my bad car situation go a little bit better. The GM was also very helpful in addressing my concerns. I was rear ended and other insurance had me go for estimate. Enjoyed the initial service advisor so agreed to have them complete repairs. Went back in to drop off and he was no longer at that location so handed a card of person who was taking over. Never once ever got to meet him. Never came to greet or introduce himself in any of my visits. He did email with updates but that was extent. Car completed prior to time quoted so I was pleased with that. All the repairs completed came out great. Lines on the back end look nice. Paint. Not so much. The bumper and back door that we're replacing were darker tint than original. Service manager continued to express it was due to the material and would never get a match. It was noticeably different by 5 coworkers and friends. Caliber agreed to amend the paint color. A week later when I pick up it was noted that bumper had been painted. When I asked about the door he stated my concern was the bumper.. my concern WAS the paint color! So now I have a vehicle with three non matching colors. Please avoid going here. It's not worth the aggravation. Dealing with accident and injuries and compiled with this nightmare. I should have done more homework before settling on this shop. I strongly recommend going somewhere else read more
