Caliber did an outstanding job replacing my truck rear bumper. GM Mike took good care of me by ordering parts and painting the bumper ahead of me bringing the vehicle in to replace the bumper. What that meant to me was that I only had a one day down time for my vehicle. The new bumper was level, the paint color match was perfect and the place lights and trailer light plug in worked. If that wasn't enough, they vacuumed and washed my filthy driver side floor mat and removed dust from my dashboard. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in--that is quality customer service. Caliper Collision made my car look better than it did when I bought it two years ago. I accidentally backed in to another car and paint was chipped off a small area. Caliper Collision quickly repaired it in two days (as promised) and allowed me to leave my rental vehicle for pick up by Hertz. They buffed and shined it so much that my car looked like I had it refinished. I am so happy that I chose Caliber Collision to repair my Kia van. They went above and beyond, what I expected. Between my insurance company and Caliber, they kept me informed, either through text messages or phone calls to let me know how far along they were with the repairs or any delays, especially since they were trying to find parts for my 2011 van. I have used Caliber Collision in Delaware twice now. First time unfortunately my insurance company ruled my car to be a total loss but I was so impressed with Caliber that I went back a second time after my new car had been sideswiped in a parking lot. They were quick to provide an estimate and worked with my insurance company to make the process smooth. Got scheduled for repairs within a couple of weeks and repair completed in days.
