Then after waiting a week I called back and found out I had to go in again because he hadn't estimated it correctly either. When I went in the second time I was given the same sour treatment by the same guy to even see my vehicle which I had an appointment for him to look at. Then I found about a week later that he forgot to send the report again! So State Farm called the company and asked them to submit it. Now this morning, 3 days later... I learned that he forgot to send it in again!!! Off to a new collision center! This place is a joke! This happened on a Saturday morning just five days before Thanksgiving, and based on the damage, I honestly thought I'd be without a car for the entire holiday. Desperately, I reached out to Paul, my trusted store manager at Firestone Covington, and he suggested I contact Bratch Auto Body in Kent. It was already around 10 AM, and Google Maps showed they were closed on Saturdays. I called anyway, expecting to leave a message - but someone answered and told me to bring the car in right away. From that moment on, everything was outstanding. The store manager inspected my car, gave me a clear estimate, and an expected completion date. I was shocked (in the best way) when he said it would be ready by Tuesday. The price was also very reasonable, much lower than I had expected. Since I needed a rental car, I planned to walk to Avis in the rain, about 20 minutes away. But the young lady at the front desk stopped me and said she would ask her boss to help. A minute later, the store manager personally drove me to the rental location. The kindness truly meant a lot to me, especially because of the unusual events I had to go through that day. On Tuesday at 2 PM, I picked up my car, fully repaired. The manager carefully walked me through what was found and fixed, showing photos from each stage of the repair. I don't usually write reviews but these guys delivered and went the extra mile. I had several…read moreinterior items damaged by a big stressed out dog we had to leave in the car for an hour. No other repair shops would do these interior repairs. They also helped me with advice for insurance, in case insurance could cover the amount. In the end, I found that my deductible was so high that I just paid out of pocket for the seat belt replacement. American Collision had a reasonable quote, and came in under the cost. And also estimated 2.5 hours of work and came in under the time, saving me more money. They also helped stuff the side airbag in, which the dog ripped out of the headliner. I didn't even ask for that but they made it look a lot better just because they're awesome and nice. I am definitely coming back here if I need any work done. I won't think twice about it.

By the end of it, it was spendy, but they did amazing work putting the car back to original condition. The paint matched very well when they were done, and all the seams between the door, hood, and fender are all symmetrical. Kandice was awesome in reaching out to give me updates every few days on the status of the car. Diana was also very helpful in reaching out as well. At the end of it all, the car came out beautifully. A couple days after I got the car back, Diana reached out to ask how the car was driving and if I was happy with it all. I mentioned there were a couple small scratches in the clear coat of the bumper that weren't there before (which is half to be expected as they had the car for a month and there was a lot of work to do). They told me to bring it down the next morning and they buffed out the paint on the bumper in 10 minutes and were able to make the scratches nearly disappear.
