She provided information on how to proceed. Before she hung up, she even asked if I knew where they were located to assist with my journey. I really appreciated that. I arrived and the business was very clean and neat. I was greeted immediately. Again... so appreciative of that type of customer service. Sedashia walked right out to take pics to start the process. She asked if I had any questions and was helpful with her responses. She promised a quote within 2 days. I received the quote via email the same day. She even texted me to let me know it had been emailed so that I wouldn't overlook it. Customer service is top notch here.

I'm in college and honestly don't know much about cars, so I was…read morereally stressed after my accident, especially having to deal with insurance and everything that comes with it. From the start, they were super patient and explained almost everything in a way that actually made sense without making me feel dumb or talked down to. They also helped guide me through the insurance process, which made everything feel way less overwhelming. These alone made a huge difference for me. They handled most of the communication with my insurance company, so I didn't have to go back and forth or try to figure everything alone. They would just keep me in the loop really, which I really appreciated because I always knew what was going on with my car. The whole process was way smoother than I expected. They kept me informed about timing, parts, and progress, and everything moved pretty quickly too. I never felt pressured into anything, which made me feel like I could actually trust them. One thing that really stood out was how convenient they made everything. They towed my car to shop, dropped my car back off to me when it was finished, and even returned my rental, for FREE! As a student with a busy work & school schedule, that helped me out SO SO much. When I got my car back, it honestly looked amazing, like nothing ever even happened. The paint was matching perfectly on both sides and everything looked super clean. They even cleaned the inside! Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and professional, you can tell they actually care about all customers and not just doing a job to get paid. Finding a place you can trust is huge, especially when you don't know a bunch about cars , this is definitely the best places. Super grateful for their help as I would 100% come back if I ever needed anything again (hopefully not anytime soon). I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if you're not super familiar with car stuff like me! Thank you so much to their team!

I've taken my vehicle in for the same repair FIVE times, and the issue was never corrected!…read more Luckily, I had insurance to assist me with the cost, but I still had to come out of my pocket for each visit. The repair for the "check engine light" would clear for approximately 2 weeks and reappear each time. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. The owner would give one repair cost over the phone to my husband and charge me a different repair price on the premises...He claimed that the computer was at fault! As if that wasn't enough, they lost the engine cover to my car without making an effort to correct. Refuse to return a $15 overcharge and want us to deduct it from our next charge when we bring the car back to be repaired! This business was initially dependable about 18 months ago, but given the recent circumstances, I would advise you to choose a different car repair shop. This place is more about money than it is about quality service. It's like playing Russian Roulette...Just don't trust them!

I was on the highway 300 miles away when my tire almost fell off my car with my two and four year old inside. They were the last people to touch the car before a road trip. I even came back and asked them to check out some noises and lack of power. Turns out, I was leaking transmission fluid. When I brought this up to them, They apologized and then went on to question who might have been have unsuccessfully trying to steal my wheel or sabotage my life. Disregarding responsibility for a thourogh job and safety. Offensive lack of ownership. I bring this up because I cringe every time I pass either shop.
