I had an issue with scrapes and dents on the front bumper and hood of my car due to an accident in which wood flew from a truck into my car. Caliber set an appointment for the next day. At first it was a two week job. I was shocked that three days later, my car was ready. They even cleaned the inside (which was a blessing cause it was dirty. I definitely recommend them. On March 14th after ordering 4 different Bug Deflector`s for my Ford F-150 Robby installed it for my perfectly! I came to him 4 times to install each Deflector he installed them with no problem, he took the time to assist me with no problem. He has installed several accessories for me the past year! My car prior to February 16th had been in the shop for 9 months. Upon picking up my car on yesterday from caliber collision there was still some issues with the car: a piece from my Altima that was missing in the doorway, a large key scratch on the passenger door , the tire pressure light was on in the dashboard, reading three tires needed air,and it failed the admissions yesterday. I reached out to caliber, and received a return call from Brian Freshwater:Regional Manager who promise that he would make it right: in which he did he took care of my admissions, the tires and he promised to take care of the paint job and replacing the panel in the doorway. I recently did a review of caliber collision and it was based on my disappointment of my car not being properly repaired. Went back today and talked to Mike, the manager. He explained what happened and after getting a second opinion the problem was discovered and repairs will be made. What I like about this incident is that was handled in a professional manner, and I felt I was treated very well, and I want to thank Mike, and the entire staff for their courtesy. Linda Prickett, who manages the office, and serves an administrative role at Caliber Collision, located on 6920 Richardson Pkwy, in Morrow GA., was extremely patient and understanding when I had questions about the quality of service my vehicle received. Hence, the reason why I'm writing this review. After having my car repaired last week, from experiencing a no-fault-accident, Caliber Collision fixed my car's back bumper. However, there was a part behind my car's back wheel that connected my new back bumper to the car, I felt needed tightening down a little better, but I was told by one of their representatives that they were not responsible nor able to completely fix that. Linda Prickett stepped in right away, calmed the situation that was beginning to escalate between me and the representative, and arranged for me to bring my car back a few days later in order to have that particular part assessed again. My car was completely fixed within 30 minutes of me returning it, by Daniel, who was extremely professional, and who also did an impeccable job on what I was told "couldn't be fixed"! Thank you Daniel!! Nevertheless, it was all due to Linda's excellent customer service skills and professionalism, coupled with her ability to persistently follow up until the customer was completely satisfied, that I'm happy with my car. I came to caliber collision morrow because my car was broken into and I needed my door fixed . Linda Prickett greeted me upon arrival . I was early for my estimate appointment and she made sure I was immediately taken care of with my adjuster. She was very patient and kind upon my return for service. I can tell Linda loves her job and she loves what she does. She made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. She possesses the utmost level of customer service. I will not ever use another Caliber Collision shop again. I sent my car to the Caliber Collision in Morrow, GA after it was hit and they told me my car would be taken care of. They did their assessment and tear down on my car and after a whole week of waiting I find out my car is being totaled from the other drivers insurance. I did not agree or settle and I went through my insurance company to get my car repaired. In doing this I had to find a new collision shop and start a new claim on my end. I chose another collision repair shop and all that needed to be done was tow my car to the new collision shop from Caliber Collision in Morrow, GA. Caliber left my car in pieces and said that because of being deemed a total loss, they will not do anything else with it. So if I take it, my car is as is. They threw most of the pieces they took off my car into the inside and made a complete mess of the interior and treated my car as if it were trash. When it came time for the new shop to pick up my vehicle, I called the new shop to confirm my vehicle was indeed picked up. They not only told me they won't be picking it up, but that they won't even touch the vehicle seeing that it was a total loss. Seeing that I made my claim through my insurance company and this was a new shop they wouldn't know it was a total loss. I later found out it was Caliber Collision in Morrow that sabotaged my claim process by telling the new shop that my car was a total loss when my insurance company deemed my car repairable. There was no need for Caliber Collision to get involved. Then to make matters worse, they tried to keep my car hostage due to the fees that were owed. Keep in mind, I'm not the at fault driver. I already made sure that the fees would be covered by the other drivers insurance and Caliber Collision still tried to get me to pay out of pocket if I wanted to have my car released. I had to start my claim process all over again and while I was doing that my car still sat on Caliber's lot accruing more storage fees. I now have my car back in much better condition, but I have to take my car back to have some last touches added seeing that Caliber lost or threw away the other small parts needed to finish the job. Long story short, I sent my car to these people thinking they were honest and trustworthy. They are anything but that and I have spoken to many other people who have chosen Caliber as a trusted collision shop and have had the same done to them. DO NOT use this company, you have been warned. read more

I've taken my cars to Caliber Collision on two previous occasion and received phenomenal service. I was called by Linda to bring my call in a week early on October 4th once they received my car it was like they were holding it hostage I received no communication from my adjuster Justin we talked only once but he had my car for 4 weeks. I communicated with Linda who kept me updated on my car she's awesome ,caring and should be managing this location. I finally came in to talk to the manager Steve he was no help and I understand where Justin gets his lack of customer service and communication skills from. I only had a small fender bender on the passenger side of my car they repaired that fine but now my car is making a loud screeching noise which they will not talk responsibility for and I was informed that my car was sent to Goodyear for one of the weeks they had it.
