I used Harley Collision to do the repairs on my vehicle after an accident. The vehicle was delivered to them on 4/23/26. I was told the repairs would initially be done by 5/6. There were issues, and I didn't get my car back until 5/19. As soon as I arrived home, I noticed several fit issues. I went back to Harley on the same day. While they were fixing, they messed up the paint, told me to come back on the 20th. On the 20th, the paint job they did was bad. Was told to bring back on 5/26 so they could work on fit issues and redo the entire paint on bumper. Dropped off on 5/26, mentioned to Harley, hearing noises coming from back, they said they would look into it. Harley delivered car to my house on 5/28. Still had fit issues and still had noises. Took to another body shop who pointed out the 2" drop when I opened my door. Called Jason, the owner of Harley and demanding meeting. Went over all issues with him in person. The fit issues of the taillight, panels and door, trash in paint and the noises I hear from the back. He said they would address them all. So, for the 5th time I returned my car to Harley Collision on 6/1. Received car back from Harley on 6/8. Went over car with Jason, he said they couldn't hear any noise. Amber the manager advised that I take my car to the mechanic, could be something that happened before wreck. I took my car to the Ford dealership on 6/16, and within an hour the mechanic noticed 5 loose, hand tightened bolts holding my suspension on. This was the noise I was hearing. Also discovered that Harley broke my plastic molding when dropping my bumper to paint and instead of replacing or even telling me, the taped it. Ford mechanic installed foam tape to eliminate noise, but it's still broke. Ford repaired LR Brake line bracket, rear axle bolts, both upper shock mounts loose, evap underbody tubes not secure, wire harness not secured, RR quarter trim broke. read more
