A small time operation and Mike who owns this place is very rude. Says he is busy doing bigger…read morejobs with a dealership and never followed through with a call back to set an appointment. I was referred to him through a mutual friend which makes things worst. Mike was trying to save me on the deductible with some fancy paper work to the insurance company, but I'd rather go pay my deductible elsewhere to get professional service and have good communication. Recently I was involved in a car accident, and first rate towing was amazing. John showed up to the…read morescene, my car was undrivable. I am not from the area and a had a month supply of belongings with me as I had been living in a different state. I was far from home with no one else who could meet me. John offered to drive me to a close hotel and then waited to make sure there was a room available and offered to continue to drive to different hotels in the area until a room was available. He then helped me unload my entire car, it was deemed to be totaled, with no complaints. He helped make sure I knew the next steps to file an insurance claim and what I needed to expect after that. I was able to take videos of my car and pictures, he was very understanding. This was a very overwhelming situation and he went above any expectations. If you ever need a tow or are in an accident 100% make sure these guys are the one to show up because not only will your car be taken care of, you will too as a person.
