Caliber was recommended to me so I brought the truck in, and from the moment I walked in the door there was nothing but professionalism. They took me home after the evaluation of the damage and kept me informed of the progress while the truck was in the shop. When it was completed Caliber made arrangements to pick me up to get my vehicle. They ended up bringing it to me cleaned, tires dressed, and vacuumed. The bumper and paint job looked amazing! My Mercedes was hit by a semi truck and required some extensive repairs. I took my car to this Caliber Collision and they really took care of me and my car. Because of the extent of damage it took about a month before my vehicle was ready. During this time, Brian would call me often to update me on the progress and to address any concerns I may have. Brian really went out of his way to answer all my questions, going as far as sending me pictures of the progress as well as diagrams of the procedure. I can't thank Brian enough for his excellent customer service. As far as the body shop they did an excellent job repairing everything. I absolutely loved this place they were very helpful since the first call I got from them, they arranged everything to work out with my extremely busy work schedule, they gave me a ride to pick up my rental after I dropped off my car for repair after I was hit in the back on the freeway, they called me at least 2-3 times a week to give me status on my car which took a little over a week for repair but left it looking as new as before. And even for delivery again my work schedule is crazy busy so they delivered my car to my house!! I am beyond happy with their customer service and would recommend anyone to come here! Literally the worst. I was in an accident and chose to take my car here because I had dealt with a different location and it was fine. This one... not so much. They had my car for over a month and for the first two weeks it sat there not getting looked at while I had to pay for a rental. Nobody ever called me, the only info I got was when I called them. It got moved around to two different locations without my approval. Then at the end they said it had to go to the dealership because there was a part that only they could fix. So if we knew that all along why did they wait til the end? Also when it got to the dealership they said nothing was wrong for them to fix. After about 6 weeks I get the car back but something doesn't seem right so I took it to the dealership and they found that damage from the accident wasn't even fully fixed!!! Unbelievable.
