Paint has been flaking off on all three components since November of 2023 so contacted A-1 back in March and now it has been two months since they said they would repaint because the technician that did the original job is no longer with the company. Your three-year warranty is no good if the paint constantly flakes off and you don't honor it. You need to contact me immediately with a firm date of when you will repaint and I'm tired of your excuses that your technicians live far away.

It's not often a business talks you out of spending money--but Carlos did!…read moreI stopped by Seidner's Collision Center for an estimate on paint that had peeled from the trunk of my car. When Carlos learned I only planned to keep the vehicle another two years, he advised me not to spend the money on an extensive paint restoration, as I wouldn't recoup the cost when I sold the car. Since I wasn't concerned about a perfect color match, he suggested a simple touch-up instead--and offered to do it himself. About 15 minutes later, I drove away very happy with the results. I'm incredibly appreciative when I encounter business people with common sense, honesty, and integrity. Thank you again, Carlos, for your kindness and excellent customer service.
